I told him not to worry about it since they were closing in an hour and I live in Richland so I wasn't trying to drive out of Richland. We hung up and he called me back not 2 minutes later to let me know he he called the Kennewick store for me, they had some & was going to have more JUULs brought to the Richland location and that he would have them in 30 minutes for me. I feel like costumer service like this is so rare nowadays and I really appreciate him taking the time to do what he could to get the product I needed in the store for me. I did not request any specific numbered spot, but it seemed like I could safely assume it was NOT in the full sun. Checked in today to see the pet policy is NOT as lax as I was told at booking. Walk the dogs along the asphalt road in 98 degree heat for the fenced dog park. Oh? I have old dogs...they don't need a "park" environment, just a safe place to potty. After pushing the issue, I was told that I suppose they could use the grass area between the pull through spots, but it did not seem preferred. Then I got to the allotted spot. See the dead TINY tree photo.... 1) no shade...and it had zero chance of it when making my reservation over the phone a month ago. 2) the plastic cover over the outlets was broken, then poorly masked to look as if it was one piece. 3) There are obviously water issues between the 2 emergency shut off emails today and the dying grass around my assigned location. I pulled an employee over to show them the broken plastic (to ensure I couldn't be blamed) and I was told that I could probably move spaces, but I'd already plugged in for the AC with my pets on board and had the "never leave your pets unattended" policy pointed out in the office anyway. If I were the manager trying to get to pimp out for high reviews, I'd personally be working harder on putting people in better empty sites when they aren't full. An extra $28/night for a false expectation and resort services I'm not officially allowed to use. Consider me unimpressed.

They have added so many extra product and off shoots in the aisles that only one person can fit at any time. There is one younger male associate that always seems to be working, but always appears and acts like everything is horrible in the world, let alone trying for any kind of customer service. And that's fine, we saw a sign for this place and at this point we were desperate for gas. Make sure to look out for the building on your left, since it's going to be on the left side. Pay attention to the middle four ways will cross. Pulling in the place looked super busy and run down, I was second guessing if we should go in. I'm glad we did, had to wait on the pump since it's slower than expected. Walking in the restrooms are located in the back near 'coffee' section and before you get to 'auto'. Walk in from the left, go to the back- bam! They are there on the right. You will see four family bathrooms. They are big and have enough room, not to mention they were really clean. If you didn't see this just know paper towels are near the door not sink! Walking around the place, I saw some under 2 dollars candy and of course I grabbed some. I got some gummies and treats we've never seen but wanted to try. Then got a large cup of ice for a great deal. Thank goodness we overpacked on drinks in the car because it's saving money from buying bottles. Making my way to cashier, she was super sweet and you can tell hasn't woken up yet. Which is fine since I feel like this a lot of times at work. I was able to get two corn dogs with my snacks for such a great deal. Getting back to the car; hubby enjoyed the snacks and corn dog! It was thicker than normal but so delicious. We enjoyed this little spot and glad we stopped by.
