After the call we did ultimately get the order total time from order to delivery one hour and 52 minutes. I met the dasher at the door. Those cooks and servers work their butts off near those hot, muggy ovens and warming plates to keep their large menu stocked allll day. I've never had them tell me they don't have something I wanted and nothing ever looks or tastes like it's been sitting there for too long. I'm always impressed by how clean the kitchen is considering the massive amount they're constantly cooking back there, too. I went once went through the drive-thru about 10 minutes before closing time, and my friend had absolutely no clue what he wanted so we had to walk in instead. The staff didn't seem passive aggressive at all about the fact we were in there when they had to start cleaning up for the night. And the food was as fresh as it's ever been.

I was annoyed about that for a minute - and E called his mom. She said don't worry about it. I got my food and that is what mattered most. This location lacks empathy and compassion. The customers are invisible. All in all, I feel the customer service is horrible! Yes, you read that right. I've worked in retail and the customer is always right. But nope, at this place you're not!
