The order was extra rice extra black beans, extra sour cream, extra cheese. I don't know what some people expect when you ask for extra but I didn't expect to get barely the normal amount. I am going to second the opinions of a lot of these reviews and say I just don't think they care about proper portions because it's takeout. The rice in my bowl was unbelievably, inedibly salty and so undercooked it was more crunchy than soft. It's clear that nobody here is tasting anything they make. The kitchen was disgustingly dirty, stacked with dirty dishes in clear view and food scattered everywhere on the counter. Service was terrible, every worker apart from the girl making our bowls was slow, looked miserable, and was not doing their job to any respectable degree. This is the first and last time I will be put in the position of having to beg for food and will not be returning to this location. They seldomly have the elements for a salad and today was told there wasn't the option of getting the fresh corn salsa - until I saw another coworker parceling it from the mixing bowl into serving containers (only feet away). I politely pointed out that it was right there and got the "side eye" of the century from the server. "Please, it's right there," I begged (twice). The last two times I have ordered from Chipotle, they have gotten it wrong. I didn't leave a review either of those times. Tonight's visit necessitates a review. We placed an online order and picked it up at the window. Upon returning home, we discovered both meals ordered were wrong. One had rice in it and no beans. That meal was supposed to have no rice and pinto beans. The second meal was supposed to contain salsa and fajita veggies. It had neither. We went back to the restaurant for the first meal to be corrected and explained what was wrong. When we got home, we discovered the meal now had beans AND rice. The rice was still in the meal! Come on, people! How hard is it to get it right?! Attention to detail. This is so frustrating! I don't think I'll be visiting Chipotle in the future. I'll opt for Costa Vida instead. Pregnant wife went in 1hr before closing and ordered a burrito and 3 tacos. Burrito and tacos were all cold upon receiving the food.

I always love chipotle and can always count on consistency with my order. But of course the one time I'm pregnant and starving, I get a burrito bowl that is seeping with liquid from I'm guessing barbacoa juice? The bowl can't even hold its frame it's so sopping wet. And since when did ordering guacamole become them slicing an avocado in half and plopping it on top of the bowl??? Wow what a great change as the burritos, guacamole, chips, and salsa were fantastic. The service ordering to go was great and our order was right on. We went to chipotle because we had a gift card. After ordering, the cashier was having difficulty with the gift card. She went to the back to ask her manager how to fix it and then came back and told us we had to pay another way or leave. Since we hadn't said a word up to this point except for "okay" and "thank you" we were shocked by her rudeness. I didn't want to spend money at such a rude establishment and the manager didn't even come out to try and figure out why it wasn't working. Went through the drive through THREE times to get our food. Lady was super rude and didn't just take our order the first time. She said we had to order online, and after we did she said we had to wait 15 minutes. If you have a drive thru window you should probably use it to take someone's order especially bc there were no cars behind us the first two times we drove around.
