On March 28, 2026, at 10:27 PM, I arrived through the drive-thru to order food. Then I was told they were closed and had to wait behind another car for over 13 minutes before I could get out. Not only was my time wasted, but also that of several other customers. When they should've just closed the lanes so customers wouldn't have had to go through the drive-thru and waste their time, they lost over 12 customers there. Yeah this place is utterly ridiculous I get off from a long trip and head in to use the bathroom around 8:50 and a lady that's white, obese couldn't get the name said we can't use the bathroom it's only for customers. I go to get my older brother and he tried but nothing worked and was forced to take me elsewhere. I never in my life had to do that at any restaurant or jack in the box until this one. Service was absolutely horrible by the manager and the woman at the window. Went through the drive through, and the man (who was the manager) taking the order was extremely rude, and couldn't get my order correct. Went up to the window, the woman at the window read my order back, I tried to ask a question, then she ran my card. When I asked about the order, she gave me a nasty look. Then I asked for her to read it back to me, and she refused. She turned around, tapped the managers arm, and told him to handle it. I spoke to the manager and he was equally rude. I asked about the order, and he wouldn't read it back, so I had to tell him what I wanted cause it was never correct when I ordered at the drive through speaker. He gave me a refund, on the wrong stuff, and when I asked for a copy of the receipt, he would not give it to me. He would only let me take a pic of the refund receipt, and not the original receipt. I went to reach for it, then it dropped to the ground. He asked me to move forward, and he would have someone come out and get it. The woman that initially was rude went and got it. I asked her a question, and she ignorred me, and walked away. As she was walking away, she said the guy I talked to was the manager, laughed, then went inside. This is THE WORST customer service I have EVER received at any place of business. I always go to places with great energy, saying my please and thank you's. You would think, that with so many bad reviews, the owner or corporate would do something about this place. However, The Manager of Richland WA. Jack in the box, forgot sauces for our mega munchies box delivery and refused to take responsibility or provide compensation for the 12 extra miles, or our loss of income for the 45 minutes that were were unable to work. This also left the customer eating cold food which he said he was not happy about. Manager was rude and unprofessional and triggered us to be the same to him. We hate being triggered. read more

My son and I went through the drove at Jack by Columbia Point this morning on 5.8.24 @0505 this morning..I ordered the number 21 which is a Supreme croissant, hashbrown, and I ordered a small coke..they charged me .60 more cause they had to give me a medium coke cause they said they dont carry the small cups anymore...I was never notified of the up charge since they had to give me a medium, they gave me a sausage croissant instead of a Supreme....these kids never get in trouble and the higher ups always promise to make things right and they NEVER do...I have held off posting a bad review, but the owners never follow through with what they promise us patrons ...I have the receipt showing what I ordered, a picture of what I actually received, etc...I tried calling them immediately when I left their parking lot when I realized the error they made, on purpose, I believe and their phone always rings busy..they busy their telephone lines out at night and early mornings so they don't have to deal with angry and unhappy customers....WHEN ARE THE OWNERS GONNA START MAKING IT RIGHT FOR THOSE OF US THAT GET SCREWED OVER BECAUSE OF SALTY EMPOLYEES...What has us customers done to deserve this kind of treatment? read more

I went to the fast food restaurant by Winco on Clearwater. This restaurant has one of the rudest cashier employees I have ever met. I stopped in to get drinks for me, my kids and husband. I had to go to the restroom badly so I waited for the cashier to acknowledge me. He just ignored me, finally I asked him if I could have a key and told him I would buy something when I got out of the rest room. He looked at me rudely and said, "No, you buy something first or you don't get a key." I assured him I would buy something, showed him my wallet and he said rudely once again, "No, you buy something or you don't get a key." I said, "So even though I plan on buying something you won't let me use the restroom?" He said, "Yeah" with an attitude and then turned around. One of the rudest people I have met in a restaurant. Went there last night and was the only vehicle at the pick up window. Ordered a salad and a sourdough Jack combo. They grabbed my card real quick and paid, then asked me to pull ahead and park elsewhere to await my food. Pulled ahead and looked in my rear view mirror seeing no one. Girl comes out with my food 10 minutes later. Didn't receive a drink and I politely asked for my coke. Girl questions me acting like she already gave it to me. She then goes and gets my coke. Once she hands it to me I ask her why they had me pull ahead with no one in line. She said it helps them get the food out faster to other customers (that aren't there) and the manager told them to so they can decrease their average drive through time. I go "oh, so your manager wants you guys to be dishonest?". She shrugs and said "yeah, I guess so", then walked away. Got home 1 minute later. Fries were cold, sour dough jack actually was less greasy then normal and tasted good. Honestly, I won't go back because if the manager can't be honest and value the comfort of the customer going and picking up food from the PICKUP WINDOW like it's intended, how can I trust they aren't doing anything nasty to my food? Also, just took a couple sips of my coke, had one little bottle of water in a 4 hour span prior. Somehow I kept on needing to pee multiple times all night. That never happens to me. I came to Jack in the Box in Richland and had a simple order. I had a #4 medium size with a Diet Coke and two Monster Tacos. I was the only car in the drive through when I ordered. After I had paid I was given my drink and told to go park next to the white car. After about ten minutes they finally brought out my order. I drove home and found that they had completely forgotten my tacos. Of course, I live six miles North of the greasy spoon so I wasn't going to drive all the way back. Go to McDonald's, Wendy's, BK....just not to Jack in the Box. They are incompetent. read more

I'm I the only one who wonders why the Sourdough Jack looks nothing in person like it does in commercials? I'd been more than a decade since I've stepped foot in a Jack N the Box, but I was starving and it was near my hotel. I walked in and was greeted by friendly staff and the burger came out in minutes. Unfortunately, the tasty (looking), juicy, inviting crispy bacon and toasty bun they expose on TV wasn't what came on the tray. This burger (as I expected) was dry as a cookie, the bacon came microwaved, the cheese wasn't melted and flavor was non-existent. As you guessed I'm not a big fast food junkie (well not at this chain) and my attempt to resurface for a quick meal rated below average, but for those trying to save money and don't mind low grade fast food, this is your spot. So I'm sitting outside this jack in the box. It's 4am. They're 24 hrs day. Dude tells me sorry computers resetting it's gonna be 5-10 minutes. I say that's fine I'll wait. There's one parking spot in front of their restaurant that's not taken. Literally watched employees take the spots and come n go like it was rush hour. Having your employees take parking spaces is a horrible idea. After I made my order he had me drive around to the front like there was someone behind me! What the actual eff?! I've been frequenting jack in the box for over thirty years and I've never seen a set up this horrible from this company. District manager should see this crap. As far as Jack in the Box goes, this is a very good one. Friendly customer service, a tad slow, but well worth the wait. We ordered our burgers without the bun, since we've been trying to stay away from carbs. This wasn't a problem at all. They put the burgers in a nice little plastic bowl and used enough lettuce that we were able to pick them up and eat them. I had a jumbo jack with cheese and my husband had a bacon ultimate cheeseburger-- they were very good. We will definitely be coming back, since lately our go-to,Carl's Jr., has been leaving much to be desired in the quality department. We've tried the Jack in the box on Burden in Pasco, and it's pretty awful. Thank goodness this place has their stuff together. read more

update after coming here for a year, I've noticed some improvements I just wish management sees the feed back from customers. Employees are kind of more friendly lol still very slow even when I'm the only one there. But overall my orders are never wrong just the employees that are the issue. read more

Just came in, ordered a double jack, asked for a fresh patties, the guy at the register was cool about it, let me know it was gonna be a while, I said that's ok, no rush, I was polite as can be, figured it would be ok and understandable since I was dining in. The cook comes from the back, ask the guy if she's kidding her, and he said no, he wants fresh patties, then she just mean mugged me. Yeah, I don't normally eat fast food, but on major orthodontic adjustment days I'm trying to maximize my calorie-to-mastication ratio, so fast food it is. Why do I pick Jack in the Box? This is one of the only 24 hour fast food places that I know off in Richland. The food is pretty good and the customer service is great. The only thing that really bothers me about this resturant is if you try to order any type of ice cream or shake past midnight, it's not available. They always use the same excuse; "We are cleaning the machine right now". It doesn't matter what time you show up between midnight and 7am, the shake machine is being cleaned. WHAT!? read more

Rudest restaurant I have ever attempted to get food from in the TriCities. Was refused service when, after being ignored at the counter for over 5 minutes, I asked if it was going to take long to get a sandwich. I was ignored and politely asked again and said I was on my way to work and really needed to know. At this point the person behind the counter said 'he was refusing his services'. I was trying to get a breakfast sandwich for the homeless woman on the corner, so much for the attempt at a good deed. Will never go there again.
