Went in tonight, they failed to put one of the six burritos in and the only resolution was that we could get a credit for one that we had to use within 7 days. I told them I'd be writing review and I told them that that was an awful resolution. In fact, the person who is missing an item is out of town for the next week. Placed a mobile order and waited 2 minutes at the speaker before saying something because there was no greeter message and no one acknowledged I was there, there was 1 other car in the whole drive thru right before me. This Taco Bell always has a long wait time but the bare minimum should be a greeter message or even an acknowledgment if it's going to be a minute, rather than just letting someone sit there. The food here is usually pretty standard for a Taco Bell, but tonight I received a warm (literally no ice and above room temp) and completely flat soda, no acknowledgement of anything just handed me my things and closed the window. I know it's my bad to keep going back. But I still have never in the last 3years gotten the correct order.

I came through the drive-through one evening and ordered a chicken bowl and a side of chips and cheese. They forgot my chips. They didn't give me a fork or napkins or hot sauce and I had to go back through the drive-through three times to get all the stuff that I needed for my order. The last time I went through they handed me two coupons one that was five dollars off my next order and then a free taco or soft taco coupon with my next purchase tonight. I went through the drive-through, thinking OK I'm gonna use my coupon and the blonde manager working tonight told me that she wasn't allowed to except those coupons even though it was that store that gave them to me, if they are going to hand out coupons, they should at least honor them. I won't be coming back to this location and I'll be telling all my followers about my experience as well. Shame on you Taco Bell. I thought you guys were being nice and instead I look like an idiot with an expired coupon I will be calling corporate as well. read more

Ahhh T-Bell. The Bell. Teebs. The food is so bad, but so good. Nothing like a late night run south of the border for some nacho fries or a Mexican pizza. Or nachos. Or some other combination of carbs smothered in scientifically altered nacho/plastic cheese. The food is just cheep enough that you can buy enough to eat until you hate yourself. Certainly, they add an ingredient that makes you forget about a fit filled sleep of bubble guts and trips to the baño to release the hot snakes. By this time tomorrow, when you look, sloppily over at your wife with her belly button hanging out and she gives you "The Look", you know you are dusting off the stained white undershirt you are wearing, throwing on your flippity flops, and making the pilgrimage to track down forth meal (or eighth meal). I'm in the customer service business, and the manager of this Taco Bell clearly doesn't think she is. She knew she got my drive through order wrong and still sent me back into the long drive through line. Having a long slow drive through line is bad for business anyway. I'm not sure why she would think that's a good solution. They also try to charge for more than three free waters even if you are obviously ordering for a lot of people. read more

We had to drive out to the Tri-Cities today, because I had a job to do. We stopped for gas and saw a Long John Silver... and I was so excited. I used to eat at them, all the time, as a kid. Sadly, they aren't easy to find now, so I hadn't been to one in years. We went in for lunch, and it was THE. BIGGEST. MISTAKE. of the day. I'm serious. The worst meal I've had in a long time. ALL of our food tasted disgusting, and we ended up tossing it in the trash. That's right...... TRASH!!!! The oil that their fish, chicken, shrimp, fries and hushpuppies are cooked in is DISGUSTING!! It tasted so dirty. It took a couple hours to stop tasting it... and we chewed gum, drank soda and still were tasting it. HIGHLY disappointed. And you can bet that we will never darken the doorway of this establishment again. ATTENTION MANAGEMENT...... CHANGE YOUR COOKING OIL! I'm serious.... it's extremely bad! I have never experienced worst customer service. Both my food and drink sizes were wrong. They were also out of all sauces except sour cream, which is out of their control, but they added less meat and other fillings despite already not having all of what's supposed to be included. I went back in just to get the issues corrected, no arguments, which isn't a typical issue. The woman working drive through came over and instead of just acknowledging the issue, she decided to talk down to my boyfriend and I. As someone who works in customer service, I understand just having a bad day. There is a difference in having attitude to a customer which I would have been find handling, but being talked down to is a whole other issue that does not simply result from a bad day. I also got a soft shell taco and there was very little of anything at all. I have never been so disappointed and angry from a customer service experience. read more

This is one of the worst Taco Bell's I've ever been to. Last time we went, my fiancé got the xxl grilled stuffed burrito and he opened his burrito to put hot sauce on it and there was one piece of steak in the entire burrito. Tonight, the drive through woman gave us a bag with only 1/5 of the order in it. When we told her we were missing items she took our first bag and gave us a second one. We pulled forward and realized items were still missing. I walked in with the bag she gave me and told her items were still missing and she just laughed and started speaking Spanish to the other people in the back, walked to the back and grabbed our original bag and tossed it to me on the counter.
