On more than one occasion I've been in here and witnessed a customer overreact about something quite minor. Mistakes happen. The owner or manager always handles it with utmost kindness and grace. I have been to this location multiple times. It has always been a great experience. Friendly and professional staff. The club sub I get is always fresh and tasty. The sandwiches here are by far my favorite of the sub sandwich chain shops. Great sandwiches which have a lot of flavor and are filling. My experience here has always been excellent. read more

To the manager- I dropped one f bomb when trying to tell the girl what the message was. Nor where was I "hysterical" until you called berating me. Post the phone call, your response sounds like everything other asshole response when people point out your short comings as a business. I guess that's what happens when daddy buys their teenager a business lol. Where to begin. Ate there 03/08 to celebrate a new job, ordered for pickup and ate inside, busy, dirty, whatever, i was just hungry at that point. My sandwich had a long piece of plastic, I brought it to the crew members attention, they asked if I wanted the manager to be aware, obviously i do. I sat back down, thinking a manager would've come over and asked for more info- nothing. I tossed my food. Niece took her food home, low and behold there's plastic in her sandwich too when she went to finish it at home. What the fuck? (Oh no, the f word!) So I left a review. Called in the morning and the person is trying to brush me off saying it's lunch rush, manager will call back. I try saying what the message is about n say there was fucking plastic in my food. No where did I yell or call them incompetent, nothing. Manager called back berating me telling me I'm not important, have you ever worked fast food, contact corporate, we don't want you as a customer, bye. I just want my money back. How is it im in the wrong when I didn't cause a scene in the restaurant like I should've nor was I noticeably angry until this asshat called. Simple refund. I will be calling the health inspector Monday because it was dirty in there and obviously they're not following proper food handling if you've got plastic in 2 different sandwiches. This is the second occurrence that I've pre ordered food on the app and my order got "lost in the shuffle" when we walked in and no other people were ordering food. We came in on the late side, about 1/2 hour before closing. The tall blond gentleman was very friendly and genuine in asking about each customer's day and he made our visit quite pleasant. The dining room was very clean and the orders were quickly delivered. This one employee really made my impression on this location! Way to go! read more

Best fast food sandwiches! The workers have always quick to greet me walking in and to take my order. My boyfriend would suggest ordering the Bacon chicken ranch sandwich which is warmed on their stove top, so yummy and melty. I would suggest any sandwich with their added bacon!! Definitely give Jersey mikes a try over Subway or Jimmy Johns, their quality of sandwiches are untouchable. read more

On January 22 we ordered online three sandwiches about 11:30 AM .Sandwiches were fresh. Philly cheese was excellent. The stickball was good. And the ham sandwich was good. My rating for this specific location has nothing to do with the quality of food, but more the 'feel' from the workers. While eating lunch today, I took notice of an older lady at the register who was irritated by a young child who had been handling the prepackaged cookies on the customer side of the counter. I do not feel the employee was in the wrong for saying something in this situation, HOWEVER, the 'looks' that she then gave a couple of the much younger employees, while serving customers at a very busy and very full store, was extremely noticeable! (rude, uncalled for, unprofessional, etc etc etc). This exchange of looks between the workers immediately brought me back to when my family was up ordering our meal moments beforehand. At that time I saw the same type of exchange of looks....... but had no reference at that time. All I could do was replay my family's order, to try and figure out what we would have done to result in the same 'looks' as I just witnessed this young mom, dad, and child receive. I then just sat quietly at my table, finishing my meal, and watched this line of 5-6 employees, as customers continued to file through, during a busy lunch hour. And wouldn't you know- their body language spoke VOLUMES!!!!!!!!! I got the feeling that the older lady was most likely a manager....... I don't if that's the case or not, but honestly, how extremely sad if that is the case! As an observer looking in, it was clear that she is teaching this group of young adults, beginning in the work force, how to have the most unprofessional and rude customer service attitude written clearly all over their faces. Was insulted by the owner of this establishment!! I served 20years for my country, showed I.D. as they give military discount. Was told by the owner its only for in uniform Veterans only. Owners of the establishment are rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning and I hope all of you won't either.

Customer service is terrible from only Whitney. Everyone else in the shop treated me with respect and was ready to help me... Here was the situation. I ordered a regular and giant sandwich and I received a regular sized bag in which I accepted. I then go on and get my giant sandwich and the bag rips and the sandwich fell so I took it back and asked for them to remake it and they did. Then Whitney brought my sandwich to me she started to talk to me as if It was my fault, she started to mimic me. I have never been treated with this amount of disrespect. I walked out of the store shaking and crying from how upset I was. I told my sister about this and she called jersey mikes. Whitney picked up the phone and wouldn't let my sister talk to the manager. She told my sister I have no common sense, started to laugh and then hung up on my sister. This makes me upset because jersey mikes was my favorite place to grab something quick, but after my interaction with Whitney. I will not be returning. I gave them a generous tip, I don't deserve to be treated this way. This is the reply to the gaslighting. Please post the video. I was two steps out of the store when the sandwich fell, I wasn't by my car. The sandwich fell right in front of the door. I've never been to Jersey Mike's before. But I was feeling like deli food so this was the stop I made. The store was clean. All the workers are really friendly and they worked as a team together. Even the manager was on the grill cooking up some Philly cheesesteak and a big kahuna. The sandwiches were great and I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the staff. It was a great portion of meat which is always appreciated. I will definitely be eating here again. We ordered an number 56 and number 26 a roast beef with provolone, a BLT with avocado, and a turkey with provolone. read more

Jersey Mikes is unequivocally the best sandwich spot, it's a little pricey but considering the amount of food you get it's a deal. Great sandwiches! This is a new location and the franchise is new to our area. Always hectic as a new business opens up and is hiring and training staff. With that said, very friendly staff and got our order right. I will definitely be back! read more
