A really nice soup, sandwich and salad place wIth an emphasis on fresh ingredients and attention to detail. The atmosphere is fun and upscale and the food always delivers. Portion size is perfect for lunch and/or dinner. The Pastrami sandwich is the bomb and if they've got the tomato soup, grab that too. They've also got beers available to wash it all down. Customer service here is horrible. It took two phone calls to get a platter of sandwiches ordered. The first call to place it, the second for a price. The order was incorrect as well. I didn't receive one third of my order and asked for that portion to be refunded. I got "we'll give you a sandwich coupon." This was an order for work. I did not want a coupon (plus coupon was less dollar amount I didn't get). Then I was told I had to come in for a refund. Again, not happening. I ordered and payed over the phone. There's no reason why a credit can't be done over the phone. Then he credited and I asked for a receipt to be emailed. Gave the email, asked for it to be read back and he couldn't because "it already sent." So apparently he can't look in the sent file? Asked for the amount refunded and got "17 something." The entire time, he's mumbling, couldn't care less about this conversation and not listening to a word I'm saying. I still havn't' received the emailed receipt and I'm sure it will take another phone call. I've only had Graze in both Kennewick and Richland a few times and while the sandwiches are fine, the customer service is ALWAYS lacking. read more

Yum!!!! Our group stopped by here on the way home from Walla Walla. It was worth the stop and has converted me into a pastrami lover. The only thing I wish they had was outdoor seating because we had a Golden Doodle with us and had to sit outside by the businesses like high school loiters. Haha ah well, I would still come back! I have had many great recent experiences picking up Graze to-go orders since my previous review. Crystal as well as Madison have great attention to detail. My salad order always has some type of modification and I have rarely ever had an order mis-prepared. My recommendation: Lunch on Saturday/Sunday is the perfect time to eat lunch in the restaurant. Dirty, refuses to acknowledge problems. With the knowledge of past health code violations i decided to try again, Looked at the menu picked out a sandwich for me and a co worker. Get there and stand unacknowledged for enough time to make me feel dumb, while one standing there I see a girl making salads and kicked myself for not getting one. She plates the salad, THE. TAKES HER GLOVED HANDS AND CLEANS OUT THE BOWL AND STICKS THE SALAD FINGERS IN HER MOUTH. Wow gross i thought but i rationalized it wasn't food going to a customer and it was just going in the sink.
