I was really looking forward to the door dash delivery on this one! $48 + $7 tip. Unfortunately, first bite was a wad of hair! A WAD OF HAIR IN THE NOODLES!Looking thru the rest of the delivery, there was 3-4 strands of hair in the rice!! WTF??! Called the restaurant to see if they'd reimburse me and they said 'You need to return the food so we can look at it" WHAT? That's 25 minutes to the restaurant, and return. First off- the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and excellent with service. The food was not so lovely. I asked for zero spice and even told the chef I did not want it near others food due to spice being used. Chef did cook mine separately but it was SOOOOO SPICY! I also did not eat it because it was so spicy!! I was super disappointed in that. I also felt it was odd that ice was used in all the sauces/noodles/veggies. It almost made the food soggy. The Tri-Cities is the gold standard for Mongolian grill restaurants. I've tried Mongolian grills in the Olympia area, western Wisconsin, even the absolute worst burnt-to-shit form it took in Reno, Nevada. I don't know what it is about this area, but, if you want good Mongolian grill, you can't get any better than in the confines of our quiet, often overlooked, community. After my heart attack, I was forced to go vegan and was looking for something other than an Impossible Whopper or Beyond Burger. What I remember was spending $79 and left starving and upset so of course I grabbing the tip. I also remember talking to the gentleman that was working when we ordered out drinks about the kids meal and that apple juice was extra which was fine. So the point of that being said is we intended to order a kids meal. She didn't get more food then what a kids meal would have provided. My reason for being upset is very simple, your staff could have just easily taken off the couple dollars and reduced it to a kids meal price. I don't remember them asking if we wanted to add more food to the kids bowl. Even if they did, that should've made my case to change it to a kids meal easier wouldn't you think? That would just go to show that we didn't realize there was different size bowls, hints the kids grabbing a bowl that they below half full. Also, what the waitress had offered after everyone was already done eating and we were getting up to leave was not to go get more food, no it was that she could have the cooks throw the food back on the grill and put water on it to make it less spicy and then add more teriyaki sauce to it. It could've been resolved very simply by changing it to a kids meal, but it was not an option they were willing to do. It was more of a "your 6 year old grabbed the wrong size bowl and that's on you" kind of thing. I would expect as I think most would for them to be a little more gracious especially knowing I only took a couple bites of my meal. Idk, maybe my expectations are a bit to high. read more

This place is your standard Mongolian grill. Service was great and the place is clean. The sauces were a little bland, so add extra. The veggie portions are cut too big which limits the amount you can fit in the bowl. This also prevents the veggies from being cooked enough. A good choice if you want to eat healthy. I can't say much about the building or the staff, I have only ordered food delivered. I have ordered 2 times and will not be ordering again. My meal was a very simple one, rice noodles, pineapple, water chestnuts. they screwed it up both times. The 1st time they just replaced the rice noodles with egg noodles. The 2nd time there were more mistakes like onions in it and egg noodles again, I even left a note in the order to just cancel the order if they were going to sub. noodles again. I wish them well and hope they can succeed as a business, but it wont be any of my business going forward. read more

I've been here a couple of times, and the food is pretty good. I think it depends all you put in your bowl. It's not really rocket science. I go for the medium bowl and don't stack it to high. If it doesn't fit in the bowl that you bring up, they upgrade your bowl to the next size up. I still have left overs left to take home. That's the best part, because the noodles and fixings just marinate in the juices for the next day and it even taste better. I came in about noon and the waitresses were really prompt on filling up your drinks and checking on you. Pretty big place, it even looks bigger because there's a huge wall mirror. It's pretty clean. I will be returning when I'm in the mood for Mongolian. read more

Mongolian grills of every kind are rather hard to review objectively, since the quality of the meal depends on what you put in the bowl. That being said, I would call the service pretty good, but the offerings a bit below average. Not a lot of sauces. The pricing structure is different from any Mongolian Grill at which I've eaten. Usually what is offered is all you can eat. This one gives you one trip to the grill, and a different price for the small, medium or large bowls you choose to fill. The prices go up for the same bowls at dinner. A tiny bowl of rice and a small bowl of egg flour soup are included. The service was friendly and prompt. read more

The Mongolian is fine. It has plenty of food options, variety for your bowl. But it does give off a dirty feeling when in there. It is an oily food. I'm grateful that there is one Pasco, it's a lot closer to my location - I'm tired of always traveling to Richland or Kennewick to get good food. The food is good, but it's not going to blow you away. And the egg drop soup is very average. The reason I gave them a 2 star is because they advertise Pho on the weekends, but I came in once and they didn't have any. The only reason I came there!! They said they didn't usually don't serve Pho when it's hot outside...?? Ok? read more

Great food and great service! My wife and I came for dinner on a Thursday night, and had positive interactions with everyone working there. Very friendly and welcoming. I like the way the pricing is structured - you can get the "All You Can Eat" typical of most Mongolian Grills, but if you know you're not making that second (or third, fourth, etc) trip to the line, you can just get a single trip with a Small, Medium or Large bowl, at an appropriately reduced price from the full buffet option. The ingredients were all fresh in appearance and taste, and there is a great variety to choose from. The sauce choices are also plentiful and the "recipe" for a basic sauce is easy to follow and ends up very tasty. We're new to the area, and are admittedly spoiled by our former Mongolian Grill, which served large won ton wrappers and an amazing plum sauce at the table - neither of which exist here... However, even without them, our dinner was very good and we have no complaints about what we DID get. As an excellent finish to an already great meal, the Fortune Cookies they serve are the best I've had in a long time. It seems like most Fortune Cookies these days really don't taste like much of anything, and are just there to fulfill some sort of traditional requirement. But the ones we got after our dinner were really great! Buttery with a hint of vanilla, but still crisp enough to break open and release the fortune inside. The overall look and feel of the place could use a little sprucing up, but it was well maintained and clean, so no real complaints there. We will be back! read more

Do not go here! They will unfairly overcharge you. The food lacked flavour and freshness compared to other Mongolian grills in the area. My partner and I both had a large bowl, filled to identical heights. Part of his meal (I'd say 20%) was put into an additional small bowl once cooked. The small bowl was only about a third full. We were charged for the 2 larges PLUS the small bowl. I understand they're a business so they need these processes in place - but being charged $8 for a third of a small bowl is not reasonable so this needs to be changed. We questioned it and nothing was done, we were still made to pay the full amount. Very disappointed, won't be going back. I would like to say our waitress was really attentive however so I do feel bad for not leaving a tip as their unreasonable system shouldn't have to affect her earnings. read more

I usually go to the Mongolian Buffet on Columbia Center Blvd, but since I work in Pasco, I decided to try this place for lunch. The restaurant is very clean and the food is fresh. It looks like they use spaghetti noodles instead of whatever noodles Mongolian buffets usually have, but that would be my only knock on this restaurant. I've been here twice for lunch and have had pleasant experiences both times. read more
