Hot damn, hands down a true hidden gem. And of the few instances a place lives up to calling itself the best. Just came from Missoula and heading to Kennewick and I tried tons of different places and this is by far the best thing I've eaten. I was gonna take pictures so I kinda just wolfed it down. The chicken was breaded perfectly, and the meat was moistured well. This beats chick fil a or canes any day. The foo at the front offered me sassy sauce and I said sure and laughed, but that foo wasn't laughing and I see why now. That sauce slapped. That's all just the chicken. But damn, the sides were fire too. The wedges were the best I've EVER had and tbh I always go for wedges unless there are crisscuts offered. And shiii, their breading was flavorful. The inner potato itself was like a well seasoned bake potato, idk man. It felt like every part of it was meticulously crafted. Tbh I know this spot would blow up if others knew. Burbank always hiding something good. And lastly, damn, the max was the perfect type of Mac for this meal. Closest thing I can compare it to foo, is the Mac from the shakeys buffet. That's a hidden gem too because that buffet rarely has that anymore. If you know what I'm talking about, this one was better dawg. Like forreal. My dumbass feels stupid for not buying more to take home but tbh, I wasted so much Cash Luna on dogwater spots between here and Montana that my ass is dirty in dough so big mistake. Don't be dumb like me. This spot was super cheap so like there's no excuse. One of the true mad respect earning 5 star spots. I hope the cool kids don't ruin this one. Imma try to come back and plan another 5 hour trip to get here again one day for just this and then flea market. Shout out to the foo for pointing me to the sassy sauce. You're a real one.
