Waited about 15 to 20 minutes and drive-through service was incredibly slow. There was no one else at the drive-through or anyone else in the parking lot. Before leaving, I informed them they got my order wrong, and took them a little longer to treat please a beverage upon leaving one of my children noticed that we had another item in another item missing had to return to retrieve it . Portions are small presentation, sloppy . Prices are a little more or just about the same as competitors . Lacking customer service. Suggestions to update everything menu and presentation of menu as it is falling apart Be advised they do close a little earlier than most restaurants I believe they close at 7 PM and open at 9:30 AM. read more

This is SO close to being a GREAT burger stop. Staff is friendly , fries are hot, service is quick, place is clean... all benchmarks of a great burger joint EXCEPT the cheap, frozen burger patty!! I'm not expecting a house ground waygu grass fed black angus quality but just use some nice fresh 80/20 and this would be perfect! Only person in there. Ordered a mushroom swiss biggie burger and once again, they messed up my order. I got a single under cooked, raw cheeseburger. Had not been in there for months because every time I go there they screw up my order. Kudos to the cashier though very nice friendly and polite and makes a mean milkshake nice kid. I've visited Burger Ranch a handful of times. The burgers were OK but better than a Wendy's or Burger King. A little greasy but sometimes you just feel like a greasy burger. The last two times the service has been AWFUL at the drive through. I thought I'd give it another try hoping it was just a bad employee but this last visit was hands down the worst experience I've ever had ANYWHERE! When I questioned what type of chicken was on the chicken sandwhich she snapped at me. I just wanted to know if it was a patty or an actual fried chicken breast. I ordered anyway but when I arrived at the window to ask again the cook came over and said "Who orders fried chicken at a burger place?". I had other items on my list (including a burger) and told her it was okay and just to remove the burger. She snapped at me again because I didn't want the sandwhich. I understand people have bad days but please leave the attitude at home. The staff at this location are obviously unhappy and it shows. I refuse to ever visit this establishment again. read more

I just spent almost $10 on a fish and fries basket in the driver through. Get back to work and they gave me the worlds smallest chicken strip & fries I've ever seen. Then when I call to tell them about it no one answers the phone and the mailbox is full. What a rip off. read more

I haven't been to Burger Ranch since they closed the location down the street from us. I was very impressed to say the least. The service was very friendly and the food came promply. The food was better than I expected, but then again its been a few years of eating at places that have lowered their quality throughout time. One bite took me back to the way it was years ago. I went to this location for the first time last week while on the east side for worker. It was a pleasant surprise. I ordered a basic hamburger with all the fixings and a medium drink. The food was fresh and hot. The employees were great; and the service was quick! I will surely visit this location again when in the area. read more
