Loved the chicken teriyaki meal- chicken has good flavor, was nice and fresh for a hot summer day, and was very quick service. I would say it's a more than generous portion for the price. They had their AC out today, so that was unfortunate, but will definitely be back. They also own the newest restaurant in the new vista field area. Also having some 'gluten free' options are nice to have. read more

I really enjoyed Chicken and Bowl's Honey and Garlic Chicken Bowl. The service was friendly, and the inside was very clean and sleek. Overall great experience! A lot of food for the price as well. The only thing I didn't like was the rice in the bowl. Im not sure if it was because I got the honey and garlic, but the rice was very mushy and coated with a very sweet taste. My guess was the combination of pickled radish (which on its own was great) and the honey made the rice very sweet, which was kinda weird. Other than that, the bowl was great! Maybe a different flavor would be more of a 5 star. read more

Tasty food and lots of it. Kinda high but made 2 meals out of the sweet and sour. Plus it was delicious.

Bowl is pretty good, I got the sweet and spicy. My only complaint is the place had no water cups for seating inside and the bowl was $18. Overpriced for what it is, if it was priced around 14 I would say it's a great deal. Good food just overpriced read more

I'm visiting family and we were looking for a new place to eat in Richland, Washington and we were not disappointed! The sweet and spicy bowl was delish . Great portion size, the girl servicing us was very nice. The place is small with a few tables. If I lived here I could see myself being a regular and taking it home! Definitely recommend this place! read more

So yummy! What more can I say? Really great fried chicken. Bit of a wait since it's cooked to order but I promise it's worth the wait. read more

They are kind and quick to serve! For the price one pays, they also offer plenty of food (which happens to be delicious and refreshing). Chicken is quite crispy. The ambiance is cool, relaxed, and clean, also. read more

I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Will be back! Note: Seating for a party of larger than 4 may be tough. Went during lunch hour and it was busy with very little seating available. read more

Really good food. Honey garlic chicken bowl is delish. Definitely recommend for a simple Korean flair meal

The honey garlic chicken is amazing! It actually reminds me of the sauce that bonefish grill uses for their bambam shrimp. Also really good portions. The rice was a touch soggy today but again still good. the plain fried chicken was cooked to perfection and huge drumsticks but without the flavoring on it, it wasn't salty enough. I would recommend getting the fried chicken but letting them add one of their sauces. The honey garlic was my favorite and has the perfect flavor profile. Their spicy sauce doesn't have quite enough acid and heat to it but still very good. The veggies they put in the bowls were delicious too especially the Asian pickled cabbage. It would be nice if they could have a few small squeeze bottles out with extra sauces. They didn't have napkins, salt, pepper or soy sauce out. That would really put them over the top if they had these on each table it would probably draw in a ton of customers! If you could dip that fried chicken in those sauces.....Omg P.S, The employees/owners were super nice too and cute setting/clean space. read more

Tried Chicken & Bowl for the first time tonight and we'll definitely be back! It was clean inside, the service was fast and the staff kind, and the food was delicious! My husband got the sweet & spicy chicken bowl and I got the sweet and spicy tofu bowl. They weren't very spicy (which was perfect for me!) and the portions are way bigger than they look on the menu photos. read more

Chicken & Bowl - Sweet and Sour chicken (Honey garlic in the back) - Chicken Shop Near Me - Richland, Washington

The food was FRESH. The fried gyoza had the perfect amount of flavor and stuffing. The stuffing didn't lack any flavor and the outside was crispy without being overcooked or chewy! Dipping sauce was standard but still worked well with everything. The sauce on the honey garlic tofu is my favorite. The tofu was cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside. The chicken was also cooked to perfection. The sauce was the perfect combo of sweet and spicy. Placed over a bed of white rice with delicious toppings. I got all toppings because this was my first time trying the food. I 10/10 recommend. The service was also top notch, he let me know that there would be a wait as all the food is made fresh to order. He asked if I'd been in before and when I said no, he went through the menu and told me about how it all works. The menu is smaller at the moment, but we talked about how things are still getting up and running and how they are excited to expand the menu! I will definitely be back. read more

I have been all over the world. Their fried chicken is top tier. Crispy on the outside, full of flavor and cooked to perfection in the center. Was actually blown away read more

Sweet and Spicy Chicken Bowl with Spring mix was very good! It's not very spicy at all so hope that helps!

Excellent Food. We arrived during dinner time. I had a Tofu bowl and hubby had a Chicken bowl. Both were excellent. Rice on the bottom, but it did not overwhelm the bowl. Then special vegetables, and topped by the protein. We both had the sweet and spicy. The side order of edamame was prepared just right. We'll be back. Food was favorable. read more

Me and my husband stopped in tonight. The gal working, possibly owner was very sweet. I ordered the garlic chicken bowl and included toppings of spring mix, pickled radishes and the pickled cucumbers. My husband ordered the sweet and spicy bowl with no toppings (he's picky). Both bowls were amazing! Rice was perfection. Will definitely be back!!!!! read more

The food and service are great. They are under construction right now so the ambiance is not the best if you're dining in. I think they should serve the food in a larger bowl or on a plate so you can evenly distribute the chicken, rice, and veggies. Other than those little gripes it was awesome. The chicken is so crispy. Loved it. read more

This place is legit. Unique and flavorful rice bowls. I prefer the sweet & spicy. Love it!

Came here for lunch with the family and loved the food. Tasted the garlic chicken rice bowl, sweet and spicy rice bowl and garlic chicken. Also had the potato tornado!!! This owner is just getting started. Ambiance needs some work. AC/heating filters definitely need to be changed, just look up. Food, I had the honey garlic chicken bowl. Nice portion, rice and vegetables were excellent. The chicken was a little off. I couldn't put my finger on the odd taste. The frying by oil might have gone off or was scorched. The service was awesome! I really hope Chicken and Bowl makes a go at it. I'd go back and try another bowl. read more

My husband and I both got one of the chicken bowls and they were fantastic! The chicken was perfectly fried and both had great sauce. What could you improve? Everything! Walking in the door there were so many cobwebs on the sign. It was disgusting and then the windows and door had so many fingerprints. It was ridiculous. We walked in and thought they were closed. There was no food at all in their display case. There was a giant box in the kitchen. There was no one behind the counter so we assumed they were closed, but there were two people sitting at tables who said no they weren't closed. We stood at the counter for several minutes, but no one came to greet us. There was no sign or smell of anything cooking. Said they were open but sure didn't look like it. We won't be trying this one again. read more
