This place made everything right. Contacted me, apologized, explained why the issue with not getting all of my smoothie I paid for happened, and that it wont be a problem in the future. I really couldn't ask for anything more with respect to customer service, exceed my expectations, THANK YOU. The word is if you add ingredients that bulk up your shake, you get it all, regardless of size. So yeah, like I said previously, I love Jamba Juice, I will find them whenever I'm out of town, and now I'm happy there is *finally* one here in town. They are consistently good everywhere you go, including here. Staff is always friendly/great, will definitely return. Her name was melanie I think, working any service job isn't easy or always fun but it's always nice to see someone with a smile and willing to help with us deciding on what juices we wanted. the other gal working was grumpy and didn't seem like she was having a good day, which I get but if she was the only one working I wouldn't be giving five stars but the Juices were good. read more

Glad to have Jamba here in Richland! I have been here a few times and my drinks are always pretty good! The prices are the same you will pay at any other Jamba Juice in the US -- another reviewer mentioned they were over priced (which some may find true), but personally, I'd rather pay more for whole/fresh fruits & juices than a cheap fast food "smoothie". As for the service, I will agree that most are high school students, but it has never bothered me. They are typically polite and attentive to their work anytime I have been there. I do find some inconsistencies here and there with my drinks but this is a very new Jamba and I'm sure they are learning and that will get better over time! I am taking off a star for being closed on Sundays. I completely understand some establishments are closed on Sundays, and can relate to and appreciate being closed on a Sunday. However, I have never been to a Jamaba Juice that is closed on Sundays and and my selfish desires for smoothies on Sundays is taking precedence. read more

Every visit I have here is amazing everyone is always nice and the smoothies are great. It is really nice that when Josh is working he asked how I am doing and was able to remember me by name on my second visit. I have been to Jamba juice in different locations throughout my life and this one is by far the best. Every employee is incredibly nice and does an amazing job at making smoothies. The prices are ridiculous and my drink was horrible. Had a surf rider that was supposed to be stawberries, peaches and lemon lime. Couldn't taste anything except the very strong, very sour lemon lime. And even that tasted like it had been in the dispenser too long. read more

By far the best selection of juices and smoothies in town. They always have lots of staff working and the service is fast and friendly. This place is my go-to stop after the gym. Waited and waited for our drinks (two). When they finally called my name they had one drink done. They did not even know what the other one was. When the second beverage was finally completed, it was wrong. I had no desire to wait any longer, and said " forget about it." No apology, no offer of a refund, no free beverage coupon. Service is consistently slow. The vibe is low energy, other Jamba's I've been to have more upbeat employees. One employee was berating another while we were waiting when we came in the other night=negative impression. Pros: the smoothies are well made compared to the local competition. They just don't seem to go above and beyond, it's bare minimum here. read more
