Some pretty legit coffee and also nabbed the ham and cheese croissant and was pleasantly surprised. Almost wanted a second cold one yo go. Like next time I'm staying on a weekend and adding and adult beverage to this. Service was great and the gal behind the counter was great and helpful with suggestions. Sat down and knocked out some emails too. Will be back next time I'm in town!

Good location coffee shop in Richland WA. Perfect for a long drive. Busier Sunday drive thru if you're in a pinch for time. We didn't see any other menu besides the one close to the drive thru window so we asked the barista for one so I thought I'd take a photo of it for everyone else hoping To try this drive thru coffee spot if you don't know what to get! I think the iced coffee I picked tasted good if you enjoy vanilla and caramel flavored coffee! The karamel-macchiato kup was pretty delicious. The only reason I didn't make this review a 5 star because there were no other options to see the menu besides by the window & online which I could not get to pop up during our wait in the drive thru.

After hearing good things about this coffee shop from friends, I decided to give Kozy Kup a try. This small business' atmosphere truly lives up to its name. With an abundance of comfortable seating, amiable staff, and decent pricing, I am very pleased with my experience. The Americano and croissant I tried were both wonderful. Can't wait to return the next time I need a quiet place to study.

Matcha Green Tea latte with hemp milk, hot, for the win! Nice, new place. It has a drive thru. Come check it out! Added Nov. 6th - King Kup with Hemp milk and sweet cream cold foam is divine! Hubby quite enjoyed the Reese's protein shake saying it was extra peanut-buttery! This place is our new favourite coffee shop in town!

Good coffee! I will say, sometimes the workers are less than enthusiastic to be doing their job. I know customer service is not the BEST job or the most exciting, but sometimes employees are rude for no reason. We had the nicest window person today! The shop itself is so cute and pleasant to be in for work, coffee dates, or solo coffee time!

I got the Karmel Kup and it was delicious! Fair pricing and lovely atmosphere, definitely coming back!

The squash with it is fresh! I loved the creamy texture of the risotto. I haven't had halibut in many years! I loved the 3 dips with the house-made potato crisps. My favorite dip was the smoked steelhead. The crisps are very crunchy! Baked Feta Cheese w/ Honey Drizzle: The scone like pastries are really good! Super fluffy texture. Add the feta on top then an olive on the cheese, and take a bite! The warm pastry with the creamy sweet honey feta cheese and savory olive blends so well together. It's an amazing sharable appetizer and I highly recommend it. Apple Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream: The rich flavors of the pie are delicious! The apples are cooked perfectly and not too crunchy or mushy. The cinnamon isn't over powering the whole pie, but enough to know that it's there. My friend loves apple pie and rated it a 10 out of 10! The vanilla ice cream tasted good, but if you have ice cream outside on the patio be sure to eat it before it melts. It was 98 degrees. The hostess at the front when I walked in is so welcoming! The food was served at a good pace. Definitely a place worth visiting.

Out of towner here.‍ We came to the tri-cities for our…read morewedding anniversary weekend. We wanted an upscale, nice restaurant to celebrate our anniversary and landed on this Italian restaurant from a local friend's recommendation. I called ahead and made reservations. If you do this, beware it's AI taking down your request. So, I called the phone # listed online. It took me to the Lodge (hotel) where this restaurant is located and I was then transferred to the restaurant. I let the worker know it's my anniversary we are celebrating so I wanted it to be extra special and if I could have the best window seat for our dinner. She said she made note of it. Perfect! (So I thought). We arrived a few minutes early on a glorious beautiful day. As we checked in, the manager (I assume) was helping the nightly music act with her equipment, so she was preoccupied. (Nothing wrong with that!). The concierge was going to put us in a booth. I piped up and told her about my reservation. She then took us to the window "area" mind you, there was a window seat open, but she sat the menus at the table with our backs to the river view. ‍ The manager overheard me grumbling to my husband, offered us the window seat, but at that point I was already seated and reading the menu. We stayed where we were originally seated. The music was just outside the door, kind of loud to have an intimate conversation, but that was ok b/c the musician was good. Our server, Lacey was really nice, attentive & informative. The food was delicious! Look at my pictures, they do reek of deliciousness. Because it was our anniversary we splurged and had an appetizer and dessert. Appetizer: Frito Misto, basically like tempura. Fried calamari, zucchini, red peppers, onions with a delicious dipping sauce. Was not disappointed. Dinner: I had the spaghetti carbonara, which I've never had, the egg yolk was fun to mix into the dish and create this rich, delicious flavor with the bacon. Just spectacular. Hubs had the Ricotta gnocchi and loved it. He said it would have been even better if they had a little bit more sauce from what seemed to be braised pork. He dipped some of his gnocchi in my carbonara sauce and that seemed to satisfy him even more. Dessert: the manager offered us some bubbly at the start of our dinner, but Hubs had already ordered an Old Fashion, which also did not disappoint. I opted for no booze and she offered dessert instead, which we took her up on. We shared the cannoli. I love chocolate, hubs loves fruit, so it was a match made in heaven-- just like us. It was the perfect ending to the evening. I would typical dock a star for the mishap at the beginning of our meal, but the girl was "new" and I'm sure her manager had a teaching moment with her. The service and food all but made up for the mishap.

Then food was ordered. The server went around the table, but again had to be reminded that she did not take orders from everyone. About 30 minutes after the order was placed some salads came out, but not all of them. Then entrées started to arrive again for some people, but not all. The last three individuals to get their food were served around an hour and 15 minutes after the order was placed. I ordered the chop salad and the bruschetta appetizer. The chop salad had very little salami or cheese as described on the menu. The bruschetta was actually bread slices, not toasted, with a soft cheese spread and raw mushrooms. It was not very appetizing. My husband ordered the pasta carbonara and both of us, after one bite, described it as incredibly salty. We are huge carbonara fans and have ordered it at restaurants and made it at home many times. He picked out the guanciale and left about a third of the pasta because the salt level was off the chart! If we had not waited so long for our food already and been just the two of us, we would definitely have sent the pasta back. Much better restaurants in the area. Hopefully they get their act together because the location is awesome.

My wife recently ordered the "signature" Fish Tacos from 3 Eyed Fish, and to call this a "fish…read moretaco" is a massive stretch. In reality, it's a raw cabbage taco with a hint of fish essence--or perhaps a cabbage taco with a fish surprise, if you're lucky. After she gave up and ate just one, she brought the rest home. I actually measured the piece of fish inside: a staggering 1.5 inches by 1 inch. That was it. One single, tiny nugget per taco, buried at the very bottom of the shell. Because of this, you have to choke down several mouthfuls of completely raw cabbage before you finally reach your single bite of fish. To make matters worse, that one bite of fish was terrible. They apparently brine it in a way that leaves it aggressively, unpalatably salty. While the menu claims the taco comes with "slaw," it is just heaps of dry, raw cabbage. There was so much of it that you couldn't even see the three corn tortillas until you went digging through the vegetation. The sheer lack of seafood in a "signature" fish dish is appalling. Save your money--unless you really, really love overpriced plates of shredded cabbage.
