I have never waited in a coffee line for this long. and YOU CANT GET OUT OF LINE at a point. So I was stuck in line. By the time I could exit, I thought I might as well order after 15 mins. Nope! They're chit chatting for 8 minutes. How is ONE PERSON taking orders and they don't check if there is a line. The gal was very nice but kept touching her hair and clothes. And money. Then drinks and straws. So freaking gross. ALSO, I paid $7.25 for LOTUS. WHAT?!?! It wasn't flavored enough, so I had a slightly flavored club soda. After 25 mins of my life and $7.25. I will never go here again - happened to be the closest one and was the worst experience I've had at a coffee stand. read more

They make me feel like I'm their friend and we are just catching up for a few minutes. Smiles are always genuine and they don't just say "how's it going" to make small talk, they will say something more personal like "are you working today?" Or "how was your holiday" haha its suuuuuch a small difference in a question, but how's it going is empty to me (personal presence). I love their coffee :) doesn't hurt being a lady and getting it a lil cheaper than a guy! The coffee is really quite good. In Texas, we don't have these places, and the girls (ahem, baristas) really make the experience much more enjoyable. They are flashy, not trashy. And their customer service is excellent--they have there own individual personalities, and have great stories when there is time. Plus, they are motivating me to finally get inked up--some really wonderful art displayed on equally charming and wonderful canvases. I leave each time I've gone there feeling a little peppier than when I entered the drive-through. Be aware, the turn is tough if you drive a land barge. And make sure you get the frequent buyer's card--it's so worth the trip. I haven't run into any one of them (of late, I've been going daily!) who isn't having fun with their job, and that spirit is quite infectious--but in a non Covid-sorta way! read more

The girls here are AMAZING and so nice and genuine. The coffee is great and you can really tell they care for their customers. It is women-owned and local, 10/10 would recommend! They have teas, matcha, coffee iced hot or blended, redbull, lotus, Italian sodas, smoothies, spark, and pretty much anything you could think of. They also have basically the widest selection of sugar free flavors in the Tri-Cities, and use high quality syrups. Everyone is so welcoming, and the girls are gorgeous! Coffee is pretty solid here, which surprised me, perhaps unfairly. One doesn't expect much of a novelty venue, I suppose. Nonetheless, they executed a competent peppermint mocha, which is tricky. Balancing astringent with astringent is rarely done well. Burlesque did better than okay. The service is decent, and if you like female skin, there's a decent acreage on display. The decor is a bit cheesy, as one might imagine backstage at a KISS concert, but that's inherent to the concept and I deduct no points. "For those who like that sort of thing, I think it is just the sort of thing they would like." The gender divide on the reviews is interesting. I came across this place while trying to find a place that served food before 8AM in the morning since I work a very early shift, and wanted to avoid fast food. The barista was very nice and answered the questions I had. They have a small selection of food available and from the looks of it they just started offering a breakfast sandwich. I decided to get this and an iced earl gray tea. I was pleased to find they whip up the food on the spot, cooking up the egg and cutting up the ingredients, instead of having pre-made food in a display counter. While it did take a bit to get my food it was delicious, hitting the spot after a bike ride there. I'm sure that if/when I forget to bring lunch to work with me again I'd definitely return here. read more

I found out about this place yesterday while visiting the other stand on Ely st. The girl working there informed me they had 2 locations. This one is just as classy as the other with some added bonuses. First bonus they serve some of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Second bonus there was 2 girls working instead of 1. Third bonus is that you can go inside and they have free wifi. Fourth bonus the coffee is better than Starbucks. Good bye Starbucks hello hotties! read more

My wife and I decided to stop by Burlesque Brew instead of Roasters today, and it was a waste. We waited outside in the drive through (we were the only car) for ~15 min and when we were greeted, the barista complained about making fraps (apparently that is what the only other customer inside was ordering), so we didn't order them as we were planning. The mocha was mediocre at best, and the do not have rock star, only red bull, which means as the customer you get less bang for your buck. Finally, the barista was not particularly friendly or apologetic of the wait, and was wearing shorts and a sweatshirt... Which we were not expecting. Would we go back? In a word, no. read more
