The ambiance reminded us of an authentic Italian Trattoria and our server was friendly and gracious. I started with a Champagne and house-made Limoncello cocktail which was lovely after a day of driving. We shared a generous portion of the lasagne and 2 afagatos for dessert. The lasagne was obviously fresh made with wonderful flavor profile combining the rustic tomato sauce with the traditional bechamel sauce on top. If you're driving through the Tri City area, I highly recommend Ciao as a dinner destination.

Normally I wouldn't be writing a bad review on any Dutch bros locations. But unfortunately today my…read moreexperience was a 0/10. And it wasn't because I was necessarily disappointed with my drink, but it had more to do with the employee and their customer service skills. She seemed bothered and impatient when it came to taking our order, and even started tapping her acrylic nails on the iPad screen making me feel rushed while waiting for my app to load. Now don't get me wrong I totally understand if she might've been having a bad day but that's not reason to be taking that out on people. I'm an understanding person and totally get that they're expected to move at a fast pace but keep in mind there were no other cars behind us it was just us and one more car at the window and we were more then willing to wait. She's a young female broista with what looked like brown below her shoulders straight hair. Not only that but the drink I ordered did not contain the strawberry popping bobas that we were charged for, that is disappointing tbh. Event happened at 8:10 pm at the Kennewick Dutch Bros
