You can call in your order ahead of time and if there's a line at the drive-thru just walk to the walk-up window to pick it up. They have adorable treasure hunt-themed punch cards. And it wasn't because I was necessarily disappointed with my drink, but it had more to do with the employee and their customer service skills. She seemed bothered and impatient when it came to taking our order, and even started tapping her acrylic nails on the iPad screen making me feel rushed while waiting for my app to load. Now don't get me wrong I totally understand if she might've been having a bad day but that's not reason to be taking that out on people. I'm an understanding person and totally get that they're expected to move at a fast pace but keep in mind there were no other cars behind us it was just us and one more car at the window and we were more then willing to wait. She's a young female broista with what looked like brown below her shoulders straight hair.
