Normally I wouldn't be writing a bad review on any Dutch bros locations. But unfortunately today my experience was a 0/10. And it wasn't because I was necessarily disappointed with my drink, but it had more to do with the employee and their customer service skills. She seemed bothered and impatient when it came to taking our order, and even started tapping her acrylic nails on the iPad screen making me feel rushed while waiting for my app to load. Now don't get me wrong I totally understand if she might've been having a bad day but that's not reason to be taking that out on people. I'm an understanding person and totally get that they're expected to move at a fast pace but keep in mind there were no other cars behind us it was just us and one more car at the window and we were more then willing to wait. She's a young female broista with what looked like brown below her shoulders straight hair. Not only that but the drink I ordered did not contain the strawberry popping bobas that we were charged for, that is disappointing tbh. Event happened at 8:10 pm at the Kennewick Dutch Bros read more

What can I say? If you're looking for your caffeine fix, and want your favorite drink, Dutch Brothers is a much better option than Starbucks is! This is a bigger Dutch Brothers than a lot of them are! Don't let the long lines scare you off, they are VERY good at keeping the lines moving, they usually will have someone leave the building taking orders! So bypass the Starbucks, and head right on over to Dutch Brothers if there is one near where you are at! You won't be disappointed with the product or service! read more

Please see attached photos- This is not my personal experience, but do think this should be brought to the managements attention. This attitude and service is exactly why I continue to take my business anywhere else. read more

I gave this place a 2 because my sister works at a Dutch and she was told that she could get an employee discount so she went to get a drink and she asked the man taking her order that she could get the discount but when we pulled into thr window the guy said that they didn't do the discount for employees. So we were irritated because we were only planning on paying a couple.of dollars for an otherwise not cheap drink and he wouldn't give jt to us read more

Came here for our first time and it must be a requirement to be upbeat and happy. The young gal at the window was from San Jose, CA and what a coincidence we live close to where she's from. It's like every corner has a Dutch Bros. in WA & I love it!!! read more

Not a fan of their chai tea. Probably one of the least favs I have had around the tri cities. Seemed watered down tasting. Not sure I will return read more

I swear we encounter the best team work at our Dutch Bros, at Columbia Drive. My husband has physically and emotionally tough days. If he stops at Dutch Bros, he comes home a much happier person. It isn't just the coffee. It's the great attitude! They are their to serve you and make your day a little better. The coffee is a plus. I have to wonder how they keep up great attitudes. Everyone has to vent about life a little but from what I've seen, the customer hears little of it. I mean, are they not human! lol I wonder what training they use to keep this teamwork where everyone supports the other? My husband will tell me about, well this girl always takes good care of me. I'm her customer and she loves her customers! Or that red head was there today. Lol. No it isn't the girls, he isn't like that but he cares back. We mentioned a Pasco location bragging about themselves being the most popular location. We looked at each other, and their teensy line and went nope, not even close. You people need to see the Columbia Drive lines and how quick they are! I would like to point out I have three Dutch brothers tumblers. I would like to pretty please suggest you sell the new lids, that will fit them. Otherwise they spill. Please consider. And thank you guys for always acknowledging my huge service dog when we comes through!I PS Are you using the Pike place fish market training? Why is it reviews follow that old adage, nine people love you but that one doesnt. And that's who you hear from? read more

My mom lives out in Finley so every time we go visit here this is our first stop before we even go to her house. Their coffee actually tastes like.. COFFEE! I don't know about you guys, but every time I get a drink from Starbucks (4 shots of espresso with cream and sugar is my go to) it always tastes like burnt coffee. Dutch bros is amazing. I wish we had one in Seattle. Not to mention every one is super sweet every time we come and even though the drive through line can be super long the line moves at lightening speed! I recommend the 911. It had 6 shots of coffee in it! The cocomo is pretty delicious if you like a hint of coconut with your coffee. If your not a caffeine junkie like me, they have a pretty awesome frozen hot chocolate, Italian sodas and variety of flavored ice teas. read more

My wife and I love Dutch Bros but this establishment (at least this particular evening) was sloooooooow. Thus the four stars. Nice establishment, nice staff, great coffee as always. We'll try them again. read more

Darn good service. Occasionally the coffee tastes scorched but not so often that it is a typical experience. Their care and concern for the needs of the community are outstanding. read more

Best Dutch Bros in town, super fast and it seems they have more of a selection. I really enjoy trying the monthly specials, caramel apple smoothie today! Keep up the good work bros. read more

Coffee is so so. Their white coffee is pretty flavorless. Dudes that work there are way too excited and jacked up on caffeine. Stop screaming at me! I just want coffee! Chill out dude bros! read more

Every time I visit this location I receive nothing but great service, exceptional customer service, and a great cup of coffee! Often times, I don't even mind driving out of my way to buy my coffee! The baristas are friendly, always leaving a smile on my face every time I leave! read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Columbia drive viewpoint - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Kennewick, Washington

I'm a regular costumer of Dutch Bros Coffee and I can't believe how terrible their service was. There was a blonde girl who took our orders, she messed up but we didn't want to cause a commotion so we didn't tell her anything. I gave her my stamp card and she claimed she gave it back to me when she clearly didn't (quite rudely actually). This will be the last time I go to this Dutch Bros location! If you want to be treated badly make sure to stop by this location. On a side note at least the drinks didn't taste that bad. read more

I love these guys. When I come I always order a Picture Freeze minus chocholate and extra caramel. They make it perfect Everytime. Keep up the good work guys. read more

I just bought a strawberry banana smoothie and it is like heaven in your mouth one of the best coffee shops ever I think personally if you're out of town or from here this is the best place to go to must be long lines or long waits in the Drive-Thru but let me tell you it was well worth it and if you don't want to wait you can go to the window and you'll be attended faster than the people that are waiting in their car so future reference to those lazy people get off your car and you get your coffee quicker read more

I love buying coffee from people who obviously like their job! A plus because they were really good at there jobs! The coffee was tasty, well priced, and any drink could be blended! The Kids coco came in a nifty take away cup and it was cheap! Wish this was in SEATTLE! read more

Love love love DB. Friendly baristas and their service is always great. We pill up to the window and the employees always have a smile on their faces and make you leave with a smile on yours too. I usually order Rebels or teas because they're my favorite. Although, Christmas Morning drink is great also. read more

Staff is always super nice, and they never fail to make sure you get exactly what you asked for!

I always get the same thing and just about all the employees know and have it ready when I pull up! Great customer service to go with the great coffee. read more

I would say this is a great place for kids to go, definitely not what I'm looking for when it comes to a coffee experience. The prices are OK, however the quality, not so great. There are usually a bunch of teenagers hanging around dutch brothers every time I go, definitely not the environment I want read more

this is honestly my favorite Dutch Brothers out of all the ones in Tri-Cities! The people that work there are amazing and obviously love there job and the costumers that come through. They always know exactly what I want even before i get to the window which is nice sometimes when you are in a hurry. Its amazing to see the workers actually care about how there costumers are doing that day and how they try to make you smile or laugh if you are having a bad day. read more

I go through here 5 days a week and I get amazing service 100% of the time. They know me by name, always treat me like they're excited to see me, and have my drink ready before I'm even at the window. By far my favorite baristas and the fastest Dutch bros in town. read more
