In town to visit family and in the sub-100 degree heat, froyo couldn't have come at a better time. While this shop is a bit hidden (along with the rest of the stores in this strip mall), it is a gem of a find. The beach vibe was super cute and family friendly. There was indoor and outdoor seating, although I'm not sure how well it would hold up during a busy night as there wasn't much in the air conditioned indoors. Staff was friendly and helpful. Several options for our gluten-free and vegan friends. Lots and lots of options for toppings especially for such a small store! My only complaint is the actual froyo/dispensing. The dispensers were lever-style but functioned more as an off-on lever so you got a huge plop of froyo instead of the usually slow, gradual stream. The first time around I accidentally got A LOT of pineapple. In retrospect, that wasn't the worst thing because it was delicious but I tend to get a little bit of several flavors rather than a lot of just one or two as this system caters to. Just be cautious. All in all, I will definitely come back the next time I'm in town for a summer treat. read more

Businesses in the Tri-Cities are very generous to our Military Veterans and as a Disabled Veteran I appreciate this small thank you for our sacrifices in defending our country. People realize that all veterans pay a personal price for their service. Should anyone doubt this join me at a Disabled American Veterans meeting. Now imagine my surprise when I went to Yogurt Beach and was told that they do not offer a small discount as a thank you to Veterans. Their product is good, service terrific but there are other Yogurt stores in town. Took my family to here on the evening of 8/8/2020. Only the drive thru is open. When we drove up to the window and tried to submit our order she (teenage girl) started going on about a mask; I told her I can't wear one (Gulf War vet/pneumonia on the lungs reduced my breathing capacity.) She then slammed the window on me and my family. We ended up going to get frozen deserts from McDonalds. Later when I got home I tried to call to talk to a manager and I am sure I got this same rude teenage girl who told me masks were law etc. I told her she can't refuse service to people who can't wear them; she laughed and hung up the phone.
