This business is a fraud. Under new ownership, they go by Rollin' and/or Radical Rolls. Unfortunately we booked an ice cream truck for our daughter's graduation event, and they have been unwilling to refund us when they do not have a truck available, even though we booked a year in advance. Despite attempts to reach out to this business for a refund, they remain unwilling. What a disappointment and disgrace to our community. Absolutely loved my first visit here. The ice cream is delicious and yummy. I brought my husband to Rollin, it was our first time coming here. Staff was kind to help us pick out our flavors. We loved the service and the ice cream. So many flavors to chose from. Staff was very sweet and kind. Owner is super duper nice and very sweet. Wait time: 7-10 minutes (so worth it!) This place doesn't know how to run a business in 2019. My little sister wanted ice cream on her birthday, so tonight we followed the listed hours and address on Yelp to get her ice cream. When we got there, right in the middle of their listed working hours, there was no truck. Just an empty, dark parking lot. My mom called the phone number and we got no answer. So my sister called. Someone answered, and said in a confused if not upset tone that even though their hours said they would be at the location we were at, that wasn't true. In fact, they aren't open on Mondays & Tuesday's at all. So we asked over speaker phone if they'd be at that address on Wednesday, to which she then added that they aren't open on Wednesday either. Why this wasn't included at first, I couldn't say. We asked if they'd be open and at that location on Thursday, and I think she said yes. I'm not quite sure because at that point, we hung up, but not until we heard the sound of a toilet flushing just before the call ended. I have to admit it was funny, but It's clear this business doesn't know how to operate functionally in the year were in where customers expect information listed online to be accurate and up to date. If they care about their customers (and wanted to avoid little girls crying) they would spend some effort on SEO and set up their online presence correctly. If you've tried rolled ice cream before and weren't impressed this place will change your mind. My family has had rolled ice cream before and at other places, it's been a treat for the eyes at other places but it doesn't always have the flavor that satisfies a craving for really good ice cream. This place does! There's options for people looking to try something different and also for people wanting to go more traditional. It was super busy when we went on a Saturday evening in summer so there was a long line. And being made as you order there was a little bit of a wait- but the employees were great and the location is awesome so we didn't mind the wait at all. Even being super busy I'd guess, between the line and waiting for our order, it was only about 10-15 minutes or so, definitely worth it for one of the best I've creams we'd ever tried. read more
