When we got there, right in the middle of their listed working hours, there was no truck. Just an empty, dark parking lot. My mom called the phone number and we got no answer. So my sister called. Someone answered, and said in a confused if not upset tone that even though their hours said they would be at the location we were at, that wasn't true. In fact, they aren't open on Mondays & Tuesday's at all. So we asked over speaker phone if they'd be at that address on Wednesday, to which she then added that they aren't open on Wednesday either. Why this wasn't included at first, I couldn't say. We asked if they'd be open and at that location on Thursday, and I think she said yes. I'm not quite sure because at that point, we hung up, but not until we heard the sound of a toilet flushing just before the call ended. I have to admit it was funny, but It's clear this business doesn't know how to operate functionally in the year were in where customers expect information listed online to be accurate and up to date. If they care about their customers (and wanted to avoid little girls crying) they would spend some effort on SEO and set up their online presence correctly.
