This place sucks at answering the phone! I've try putting my orders on the phone several times without any luck. I used to be a regular at this place, they have really good ice cream and Ezquimalez. They messed up my ezquimalez bad last time I'd had them. I asked for 8 coconut ezquimalez they gave me coconut water paletas dip in milk chocolate, instead of coconut cream paletas, the nastiest esquimales I've ever had! I used to order them all the time and they would always used milk paletas not water base ones for their Esquimales. SMH on top of that when I went back to take them back, they try to argue with me, like if it was my fault for not being specific when I've order the same thing multiple times before!!! And ever since, the 1 lady with the ugly birth mark on her face holds a grudge against me. Will never be back. read more

Love the food here but not the service. I was missing an item on Uber and when I called to ask what could be done the lady was rude and argumentative saying that she put my item in the bag even though I told her multiple times I didn't have it. Makes me not want to order from here again if they're more focused on arguing with a customer than helping them. read more

I ordered a elote on the stick and a fruta Rayada. Both were ok nothing special. My elotes on a stick have more flavor. I lightly char mine and I use Tajín which taste better than the one they use. Just my opinion tho. The fruit in a cup was ok. Every bite felt like it was missing something.
