What a ridiculous hot mess. I don't even know where to begin. The wait in line was a solid 30…read moreminutes. It's assumed that with the Road Runner shrink-wrapped to the side of the truck, they would have some idea of haste. We wanted a burger like the one stacked a mile high in the photo. Bacon, cheese, lettuce and all the good stuff on a onion bun. What we got... was not what was in the photo. After placing our order, paying the $7 and waiting for another 30 minutes, we were presented this... Resting atop a bun that was certainly not onion, was a dry piece of flaccid meat that had to be made out of all the unloved parts of the cow. Adhered to the burger was a tasteless yellow square that looked more artificial then natural. I can only assume this was "cheese". Clumped together and stuck to one side of the burger was some shredded lettuce. On the OTHER side was a tomato wedge. Normally these are stacked on top of each other and not put side by side. I don't know what to say about the bacon. Mostly because we never got any bacon. A Bacon Burger with no bacon... what a world. On the bright side, I finally found my motivation to sign up for yelp. Thanks for that at least.

When I started looking at the different flavors of ice cream and popsicles that are offered at this Mexican ice cream shop I was a little overwhelmed by how many different flavors that are offered that I've never heard of before.....mamey, what's that?!?! But I was overly excited when I saw that they had mangonada in popsicle form.....mango con chili!!! Before coming here, I honestly didn't know I was into popsicles until I had their popsicles. Their popsicles are really flavorful with lots of big chunks of fruit pieces! I'm a mangonada fiend and my favorite popsicle flavor of theirs is definitely their mango con chili. It has all the flavors that's in a mangonada in a popsicle form! Their strawberry cheesecake and mango ice cream tastes good too but their highlight for me is, you guessed it, their mango con chili popsicle! The ladies who work there are all really friendly and patient. Kind weird, but because I think they make their popsicles in house, for some odd reason they do not seal the popsicle packaging. Free parking at their parking lot is a plus!

On our way home we were looking for a place to stop and have dessert and stumbled across this place. We pulled up and there was no one in line so we placed our order. A s'mores crepe with caramel sauce and a strawberries and cream waffle with chocolate sauce. In less than 10 minutes we had yummy dessert in our car. The crepe was full of marshmallows and chocolate. I don't think there were and graham crackers in the crepe just on the outside but I'm really not positive. It was kind of rich and really yummy. The strawberry and cream waffle was also yummy. There were enough strawberries and cream to have in every bite with the waffle and chocolate. They had a garbage can there do we disposed of our take out containers there. The only thing I would suggest is maybe have some wet naps or wipes that you can clean yourself or kids up with. Other than that PERFECTION. Hopefully we will have enough time to come back before we leave on Monday.
