I have never been here before today was my first time here and I tried two flavors cappuccino was my second and it tasted like straight MOLD!! I spit it out and about threw up all over the store. I told the kid that was there to check the machine and put an out of order sign on it or something but his reply was wow there is a weekly cleaning that would be terrible if someone didn't do it..... and did not put a sign on the machine! I thought this place was allright. The staff was friendly and helpful. The yogurt seemed reasonable. I am not usually one to go out to get yogurt all the time but it seemed like a cool place to hang out with friends and have a little. I don't think the yogurt was expensive here at all. I had a pretty big cup with toppings, and my total was just under $5. Unless I'm mistaken, that's about the same as a Starbuck's Latte. Based on yogurt I give 3 stars . It was decent . 1 non dairy flavor available. Watermelon , nothing special but it was okay. Employee barley spoke to us . The reason for a lower rating is that the bathroom was gross. Dead ants in the floor corners and just overall unsanitary looking. It wasn't even busy , just looks like it needs a good deep cleaning. I typically think the the cleanliness of all areas of a restaurant is important. read more

I LOVE frozen yogurt, it is one of my favorite desserts EVER! But, I moved up here from California where you have: Pinkberry, RedMango, Yogurtland and any other fruit or color you can name with "Berry" following it for yogurt places. It's SAD when you can say, "Wow, I wish I were in L.A. so that dessert would be cheaper." My FroYo is just like all the other yogurt places beyond the Columbia Basin when it comes to design: Modern Chic ala Ikea. It's not special when it comes to design, except for the fact that they attempted to put in seating into a place that is full when you have three people inside. Trying to find seating in My Froyo is almost like trying to find a Hobbit outside of the Shire: good luck to ya. It's IMPOSSIBLE! So, whenever I venture to spend an arm and a leg on tasty frozen yogurt, after I pay for my delicious treat I get the heck out of Dodge. There's no use hanging around the gaggles of people that are confused and attempting to forage through the masses to find a seat. Which brings me to my next point: People don't quite understand the concept of this entire "pay by weight" frozen yogurt phenomenon. It's AWFUL if you get stuck behind someone at the doorway who is in a trance going, "Wait, wait, so what? We just go and grab a bowl and put AS MUCH AS WE WANT into it? I don't understand. EXCUSE ME YOU'RE CUTTING!" Except it's not cutting. You're only cutting if you're in the line for the toppings or a specific flavor. So, if you're a lemming My FroYo might be shocking at first- lines are all a matter of perspective! If you don't want a topping, just jump to the cashier line (there are lines there). It's not cutting to go from the froyo line to the cashier line! It's a free flowing organism people! But anyway, My FroYo is DELICIOUS but a bit pricey for what it is. They're limited in their flavor selection, and only ever so slightly limited in their toppings department. Parking is about as much fun as finding a seat in the place. And watch out for the new drivers in the lot, you might lose a side mirror! read more

So I was SUPER EXCITED when I heard this place was opening. From where I am from in California we have a very similar place that I LOVED. First of all, WAAAAYYY overpriced, 48 cents an ounce?!?! So a small, enjoyable, filling yogurt for one adult can cost you over four dollars! I called my friends back in CA to check the price of the local place and found out that although the cost of living is probably close to double there, the froyo shop is 30 cents an ounce. Second, really bummed to see they didnt have any good kid sized cups, I have a four year old that needs the smallest of cups and all their cups are huge; at least one small cup option would be nice (for the record I asked for a smaller cup and was shown one other size in the cabinet below the cups and it was hardly noticeably smaller). All that said the flavors are yummy, I appreciate the fresh fruit and topping options and the place was VERY clean, with employees running around constantly cleaning and wiping. Hopefully, since they just opened, they can work out some of the kinks and I will be able to improve my review. read more

Why do their hours still say they are open until 10? I have gone here 4 times with my kids and they are closing the doors and locking up at 7pm or before... it's absolutely ridiculous. I like fro yo a lot but I'm by no means an expert and it isn't my favorite. It feels too healthy to be a dessert, you know? I need sugar, chocolate, butter, cream, and a lot of it to make it feel like I am getting my calories' worth. So when I had a craving for it in Tri Cities, I asked my friend where we should go, and MyFroYo was near-ish the airport. Not too many flavors (six) but tons of toppings and very fresh fruit. Some yogurt places have an attempt at fresh fruit but are actually soggy strawberries and pineapple, but this stuff was good. LA's KIIS was playing via Sirius in the attempt to make you think you were in the golden state instead of inland Washington. The music even plays outside too. Usher's "Climax" proved to be a tad inappropriate/hilarious soundtrack for fro yo on a Monday afternoon. The pay-by-weight is a little expensive here. I feel for a limited amount of flavors it was not worth the money when I couldn't have the amalgamation of green tea, honey, cake batter, peanut butter, and four or five other flavors that I usually like. Doubtful that I would return on the grounds that my visits to Tri Cities are rare, but a good stop for fro yo. read more

The staff is amazing. They are always doing something. Helping people, asking if people need help or making sure everything is clean! Can't figure out what people don't like about this place? I think it's great. It tastes good...you get to experament and they have a huge selection of toppings. The staff is nice and don't get in the way but help when you ask. People complain about the price but it cost me the same for roughly the same amount as if I went to Baskin Robbins. The difference is that it is an interactive experience that my kids love and they get to add all kinds of fresh fruit and nuts to their yogurts instead of just ice cream in a cone. Like I said before..when I left it cost about the same but healthier and more fun for the kids. read more

I love this place, I could live there! Their soft serve is fabulous, and the toppings are plenty. Most of the employee's a very nice, but a few seemed stressed out, and you might get funny looks if you spill toppings on their freshly cleaned tabletop/workstations. Their prices seem a little high, but I've learned that you don't have to go overboard to have a a good cup of frozen yogurt, and it is really fun to make it your way! Yogurt is a very healthy alternative to fattening ice-cream. Regardless of what everyone says, the yogurt is really not that expensive. And if you think 48 cents is a bit much, the price is worth paying. Eating healthier always required people to pay more (It's better than being bombarded with health problems and medical bills, which of course is more expensive than trying to eat better). MyFroYo always comes out with new flavors, so you'll never get bored! TONS of toppings, including fruit, nuts, chocolate candies, gummies, sprinkles, the works! Absolutely hate MyFro Yo. I can't believe people continue to go there! One the pricing is outrageous and the only sizes offered are XL & XXL. Which is beneficial for the business because they charge by the ounce. Yea, they have fresh fruit toppings but that's not worth the extra $$$ it's going to cost you. I LOVE MyFroYo!!!!! I LOVE that there are always new flavors when I go in, and especially love the "holiday" flavors...my favs have been peppermint, pumpkin pie, & red velvet cake. I like that the fruit is really real fruit! It's inexpensive and you can have as much or as little as you want. I get sad when I can't make it over to Pasco when I'm visiting...so hopefully they'll put one in Richland or Kennewick...maybe?? Please?? read more

I have to say to the people who are complaining about the price (you choose what goes in your cup) also I wanted to point out that the price is down to 39 cents an oz. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a healthier alternative to fattening ice-cream or other treats. This place was absolutely terrible. I love froyo & for this establishment to try to align themselves with the likes of Yogurtland as a froyo stop that sells by weight is ridiculous. First of all the flavors that are available are subpar. All of the yogurt flavors did not taste natural & were comparable to regular soft serve ice cream that you would find at some cheap buffet. There wasn't even service behind the toppings bar & the toppings weren't even organized in a logical way. Of all fruits, they didn't have fresh bananas. The seating was arranged terribly, & if you plan on bringing friends, you might want to call in & make sure nobody is in there first because all of the seats are crammed into a corner. read more

I NEVER leave reviews, but I was there 7/27 with family. My son and 2 nieces shared a table. As kids will be kids they knocked over their yogurt and as parents/grandparents we cleaned up their mess. The employee that was working (she had very short red hair) thought it would be ok to tell my son and nieces in a rude way to move out of the way so she can clean and mop the area. My son who is 3yrs old didn't hear her cause he was picking a toy of the floor, he sat back down and she began to push the chair telling him to get off, he looked at her crazy & she kept pushing! Not making eye contact with him or anyone, she just kept pushing with her waist & he moved. My blood boiled, because for 1 we were still using that table, 2 these kids were between 3-6yrs old accidents happen, & 3 we were already cleaning the mess. I did not make a scene, but their grandma did talk to the employee and she "apologized ". I get it she was trying to do her job by cleaning up the mess but the mopping could have waited & you do not push a 3yr off a chair! She looked to be annoyed with them but that's no excuse to be rude to children! read more

Great place to grab a treat! The frozen yogurt is great and you have your choice of healthier toppings such as blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, blackberries, walnuts...or not so healthy toppings such as candies, cookies, etc. Fun place for kids because they get to make their own creations. You can get a smaller cup by asking for the kid's cup. This place is clean and the employees are always helpful and friendly. They also have a mall location, too. read more
