You can't buy happiness but you can buy bagels. Sometimes it is the same thing, right? We'll, we were greeted with happiness. The person assisting us was helpful and recommended a breakfast item. The restaurant is small, and clean. We waited 15- minutes, and we're on our way. The bagel Sammy was hot and easy to eat. We were looking for some savory flavors, and the items were bland. We ordered a salmon schmear, and it was not delightful or savory. The staff made some for us upon request, and the schmear tasted of Tuna water from the can mixed in with cream cheese. We were expecting to have some salmon chunks mixed in. Definitely not requesting this again. Not sure if we will try additional items in the future. read more

I've loved this place for years! Today when I went, the drive thru line was really long, so I went inside. Gave my 5 begal and 2 coffee order. Ladies worked together on mine and the cars in the drive thru. In walks 3 families (1-4 kids in each), and they just kept plugging along. They did an amazing job, as always! Only good bagel in town but small in size. One suggestion: Turn your toaster up higher...too many times it is just warm bread.

The bagels are great. There is usually some variety. They always seem pretty fresh. The staff isn't very friendly at all. I don't think I've ever even seen a smile from any of the ladies working here. I work very close to here and I would go more often if it was more of a welcoming place. An update: There is a new woman working there. I do not enjoy seeing her. She has messed up on my order the few times I've seen her. She's not friendly. She doesn't even bother saying "Thank you". The bagels aren't that special that I need to put up with rude people with zero customer service skills. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I give Some Bagels 4 stars for their bagels and coffee, but 2-3 for service. I love that I'm getting a deal for my breakfast. I can get a bagel or bagel sandwich with coffee for the same price as a latte at Starbucks. And their bagels are fantastic. So far my favorite has been the Cranberry Orange toasted with regular cream cheese. So what about that service? I've typically used the drive thru because I woke up late and now I'm getting something before work, so this review can't speak to service inside the building. However that being said I rarely get a smile or a 'good morning.' The ladies that have been at the window almost seem annoyed that I'm there. I do my darndest to win them over, so we'll see if I'm successful. Even this morning I overheard one talking to another employee about my order as if I was burdening her. Sad, I really like this place and I'm the opposite of high maintenance. Despite my experiences at the drive-thru they offer great products and they have established themselves in the Tri-Cities. Stopped by this morning for my breakfast sandwich. Always great food and fresh bagels (which is the only reason I keep going). The customer service is always mediocre, unless they know you, they aren't very outgoing or seem to appreciate your business. The place is old and dirty on both the inside and outside. It could definitely use a makeover, and I'm almost positive the business would take a turn for the better if they did some simple up keep. Took N for Some Bagels this am (pun intended). He ended up with a ham, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich with a butterfinger iced coffee while I treated myself with a toasted dill bagel topped with salmon cream cheese. The girls working took hardly any time at all to create these lil pieces of heaven. I ordered an Almond Joy iced coffee but wasn't too impressed -- N's coffee was better. We both enjoyed our orders. Upon arrival the two ladies were playing cribbage at one of the booths but quickly got up and greeted us. We were the only customers in the place. While sitting down, they did have two cars through the driv-thru that they attended to quickly. The inside is dated, has older booths, and a mismatched table; they have placed a red shelf unit for children's books, children's artwork lines the back wall, and they have high chairs available. Although heir signs are written in light chicken scratch on napkins/wax paper, this little hole in the wall seems like a wonderful place to being your little ones. Overall, it's a very down to earth place with delicious bagels. They even have day old bagels and small containers of cream cheese you can purchase for at home pleasures. read more

My first visit to my new neighborhood bagelry. I ordered a plain bagel with lox and cream cheese including red onion and capers. The price was $7.50. For the price, not bad but definitely could have been better. The bagel had a good chew but was not browned and therefore was a bit undercooked. The portion of salmon and capers were adequate; however the onions were not. Service was good. The young ladies behind the counter were pleasant and wanted me to be a satisfied customer. The dining area looked clean but could use a few touches of decor to make the atmosphere more inviting. Maybe have someone paint a mural/murals of outside cafe/street scenes. Easy to keep clean and would add a great deal. You could substitute art but that requires more maintenance dusting, etc. The kitchen area needs more attention to detail to show better from the counter. I recommend maling the kitchen floor all concrete: ditch the patches of linoleum from the dining area. Paint the walls and better organize the clutter. read more

I am a frequent customer of the bagel shop in Kennewick. The staff is amazing!! All the girls know my order without asking, they are sweet, and quick to get my order to me so I can be on my way to enjoy my sandwich on my 30 min lunch hour. I appreciate the shop getting more "everything" bagels, I take a late lunch and they were always sold out. Now I can enjoy just what I like. Don't judge the bagel stand by it's cover! I've been here about 15 times within the last year and I've always had AMAZING bagels. 100% fresh every time, and certainly better than any other bagels I've found locally. Customer service has always been good, but my interactions are pretty quick here. The young gal with short dark hair and glasses (I forgot her name!) is incredibly nice & provides good suggestions when stock is low (as expected late in the day). She even had a little lunch meat bite for my dog who went through the drive-through with me! My fav is the dill bagel. Like this joint for: fresh bagels, good espresso, quick service, loyalty program, texts with specials. 4 starts because: I would love to see the building updated a bit... a nice clean paint job and some comfy indoor seating would be more inviting. read more

This place is terrible. Doughy, soggy bagels and the people there will promise you whatever and just figure it out later. Ordered a dozen NY salt bagels as a tester for a larger, regular order, and any podunk baker should know to use the proper quality ingredients. Instead, they literally dunked plain bagels in a bucket of table salt. They were quite literally uneatable and even my most food-accepting tester couldn't even swallow the first bite due to the quality and the flavor. Was craving a breakfast bagel. Stopped here on my way through town, and was pleasantly surprised! Ordered a veggie sandwich on a dill bagel. YUM! Veggie flavored cream cheese was a great consistency, not too drippy to eat in my car. (Sometimes veggie bagels can be an absolute sloppy mess.) There was a .25 fee for using my debit card, which irks me, but my bagel was less than $4. The lady @ drive thru was pleasant, and gave me a scrap piece of ham for my Boston terrier. I want to give it 5 stars for the bagels, but 1 to zero stars for the service and coffee. The staff CAN NOT make espresso drinks (latte, mocha, etc) do don't even try. The last time I was there, the two employees acted as if I was rudely interrupting something. The bagels here are great; however, don't get the coffee. I ordered a 12 oz iced americano with cream, I was given a 16 oz watered down mess that tasted awful. Ether the person that made it was having a bad day or they just don't know how to make espresso. read more
