When I got home, my crab puffs were missing and my chicken was cold and dry. I called to let them know and was told to drive 25 minutes back for the missing food. When I asked for a refund instead, I was accused of questioning the price because I "just wanted a refund." Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was extremely disappointing.

I'm giving them a 4-star because one of us would have given 3.5 stars but the other would give 5…read morestars. Here's how we stacked up: The food is tasty. It is. One of us would have said slightly better than average casual Chinese food. The other one of us thinks this is some of the best Chinese food in a long time. The service was good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No disagreements there. The atmosphere - one of us found it at the lower end of casual Asian dining. The other one of us just didn't care. The value. One of us found it very overpriced. The other one didn't care and pointed to how expensive every restaurant is now, while the first one of us wanted to point out that this is priced for a much nicer dining experience (eg, atmosphere, presentation, and even the fairly tasty meal just don't support the pricing). Portions, at least on entrees (we didn't try the appetizers), are pretty good, so that helps. Also, one of us would point out that it's often described as "dim sum," but a handful of pricey appetizers is not what is expected as a "dim sum" experience. By this logic, every restaurant (or at least every Chinese restaurant) could market itself as "dim sum" if it has appetizers, which they all do. That isn't what I expect of dim sum. So, there you have it - we're split. We will return to try the appetizers (aka "dim sum"), but it won't be cheap. It seems very popular and I wish them success, with a few improvements.

The order was ready within 10-15 minutes and they remembered our request not to give us plastic bags, forks, or napkins. We really appreciated the attention to detail! I got an eggplant dish and shared my partner's tofu dish - both were excellent! The sauce was a light tasty garlic sauce that was flavorful without feeling heavy or overly salty. And such a good portion for the price!! Honestly can't recommend this place enough. Also unless it's breaded, we were told all dishes are gluten free because they intentionally use GF soy sauce. Incredible. Will absolutely be back. (My parents have since gone back and enjoyed everything they've ordered and always have leftovers).

The skewered chicken was my favorite item, while my husband liked the crab rangoon. The staff was bustling around bringing out fresh food and cleaning tables the entire time. Small pieces meant we could try several treats, my favorite being the sesame ball with red bean paste filling, my husband loved the coconut macaroons, the cream puff was delightful, and the vanilla roll and chocolate cake were okay. The soft serve was tasty. In July 2025 the price was about $17/person, well worth it for the quality and variety offered. We would return.
