Terrible customer service. I questioned my total because it was much higher than what I've paid there before, and I simply asked for a breakdown. I still paid in full. When I got home, my crab puffs were missing and my chicken was cold and dry. I called to let them know and was told to drive 25 minutes back for the missing food. When I asked for a refund instead, I was accused of questioning the price because I "just wanted a refund." Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was extremely disappointing. read more

I love love love this place. I always enjoy the daily special or the almond chicken dinner special. SO GOOD. I've yet to had almond chicken anywhere else that tastes as good as here. 10/10 for everything. read more

stopped for the first time. got seated right aways. then sat there for a little over 10 minutes, three servers standing in the back chatting. two different servers walked by the two of us a couple different times, no water no hi by Kiss my what ever, just total ignoring us. We finally got up and left. wont be back to that establishment. read more

Panda garden is where I go for Chinese food in the lower yakima valley. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. The service is always fast and friendly. It is consistent in service whether we order for pick up or dine in. Our favorite entrees are the lemon chicken, which is small pieces of chicken lightly fried in a lemony sauce. Another one is the cashew chicken. Which has a variety of vegetables and chicken stir fried in a brown sauce with cashews. The combination plates are big enough to share, but the lunch specials are a deal! If you can stop in during the lunchtime, it is a great value. read more

Love the food here. Great value for the price. Take out or eat in it's always a pleasure.

I just got a wonton soup and just wanted wontons and broth because I thought they would put more since they don't put a lot in there regular orders. They didn't, I will not be coming back:( read more

My first time visiting Panda Garden. The food was very good. The prices were very reasonable for lunch. I recommend this place and will return again in the future. read more

WARNING: the portion sizes here are massive! I stopped by Panda Garden with family during spring break for lunch, and have no major complaints. The General Tsao's chicken was delicious and so were the crab puff cake appetizer. The staff were very friendly and polite, and we didn't have to wait long for the food. The restaurant was clean and quiet, perfect for conversation. The food was pretty greasy, but that is to be expected with fried food. My only complaint was that we underestimated how much food came on a plate (and that's totally our fault). Definitely recommend! read more

We walked across the street from the truck stop. We ordered Pork Noodle Soup and Vegetable Fried Rice. I also got a Strawberry Milk Boba Tea to go. Everything was delicious. The only bad thing was the service was slow. And the waitress only brought 1 set of silverware because they were washing dishes and she forgot to bring another. I had to ask another server for some chopsticks so I could eat my noodles. read more

Very disappointed in Panda Garden! Have been there many times and always got good service. Today, after lunching there with my grandson, I inadvertently left my carton of leftover Almond Chicken (enough for a supper serving) on the table. When my grandson rushed back fifteen minutes later to pick it up, they said they had thrown it away! (If I had left my sweater, would they have thrown that away too?) I will NEVER eat there again! read more

Friendly service, and the food was very big portions. I will be going here again before I leave town.

Great service and pretty good chow. I ordered take-out tonight...wanting to bring it back to the hotel, eat and watch some TV. I phoned in my order...when I arrived about 15-minutes or so later, it was ready and waiting for me. Real nice young girl rang up my bill and also went and got me some flatware and napkins. Back in the hotel I open up the grub... Hot & Sour soup, Twice Cooked Pork, and Pork Egg Foo Young. The hot & sour soup tasted good but just too tangy for me...sorry. The twice cooked pork was awesome. Very tasty. And then there is the pork egg foo young...they nailed it perfectly, and the gravy made it beyond anything I was expecting. All in all this meal was perfect. This restaurant is a family business...these are your neighbors and friends. Go show your support...you are in for a treat...!!! read more

American greasy "Chinese" food. Pretty plain with an unfriendly staff. I've heard good things from other people but maybe because there aren't many other options in the area and it's fairly cheap. read more

food was decent, we ordered a variety of meals and everything taste the same with a fishy kind of taste (not a fan) but overall OK food. Big portions for a good price! Service was good and fast. read more

Overall, good experiences. If they were more consistent with regard to food and service, I'd be more likely to go 5 out of 5. However there are times when there seems to be too much soy, or or otherwise oversaturated. I would not get the fish and chips because they look like what you can find in a store bought TV dinner. A place we used to go before it closed, the Golden Pheasant, used to use the same batter they put on their prawns for their cod in the fish and chips, so I was expecting something more like that. If they made their fish and chips more like that, that would be a worthy menu item on a fish Friday. Otherwise, stick with the Chinese seafood plates. read more

I came in for lunch and for less than $8, you get a full combo meal so value wise, it's a steal! I ordered double sides of the chicken lo meal (instead of the pork fried rice) and I am glad I did--it was tasty. Would definitely come back for more when I am in the area read more

This restaurant has really good Chinese food for really good prices. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable and service was friendly and efficient. The lunch special menu is amazing - so much food for such a low price! Definitely enough to feed you two or three times. I am including a picture of the lunch special menu so you can see the variety of choices and all the things it comes with. We had the almond chicken and orange chicken. The egg rolls and lo mein were exceptionally good. Also, this place delivers in Sunnyside! read more

Unsanitary food, horrible service. There was sand in almost every bite. When I told the management, they became hostile and insulting. Try China Buffet at 2600 Yakima Valley Hwy UNIT 6, Sunnyside, WA 98944 instead. China Buffet was a better price, better selection, amazing good service, and sanitary environment. 不要在熊猫花园餐厅吃饭 read more

Excellent food. We got the Panda dinner special (Comes with Sweet and Sour chicken, pork fried rice, egg roll, and add another main dish. Ordered ours with Mongolian beef. Chicken Chow Mein with crispy noodles, ( came with a baggie of crispy noodles and a small carton of steamed rice) and 1 extra egg roll, they are veggie, so with my step dad not eating any pork, that was perfect. During the pandemic, 8 pm on a Monday night. They really impressed us. They had the door blocked, pick up and pay for your order right there in the airlock... perfect. Nice customer service. But the food, though. First, it was over 10#. I bought a bag of ice at AM/PM headed home, and the bag of food weighed more than my ice. All perfectly packed separately for sharing and all that. I tried them all, but the Chicken Chow Mein was what I really wanted tonight. It was sooooo good. All of that food, including fortune cookies and sauce.... $20.45. That is less than $2/lb for amazing food. I worked at an amazing Chinese restaurant back home, and aside from having any Phô, I would say this place is tied for my favorite, now. read more

Read the reviews on yelp and needed a place for lunch. Stopped in right off the freeway. The food was good, and generous portions. The service was minimal which I like. And the prices were very good. Good value, large portions good food. What more does a restaurant need? Oh, and the bathrooms were clean! read more

Definitely come here if you enjoy MSG poisoning. Otherwise, avoid. I ordered chicken chow mein. It was pretty typical of most American/Chinese restaurant chow meins. It was not bland, but most of the flavor must have come from MSG and salt, because it made me feel sick afterwards. read more

This place is a steady frequent dinner spot for our family. Always a good place for some good old fashioned greasy Chinese food. Highly recommend Panda dinner specials. As well as the potstickers. Reasonable prices. Usually call it in and it's ready in the average 15-20 minutes. read more

Excellent Chinese food! Their fried rice is good, egg rolls are good, sweet and sour chicken is good, lo mein is excellent--my wife and I have not had a bad dish here yet. Their portions are more than generous and their prices very low. They have excellent customer service and are doing a great job, even during the COVID pandemic. read more

So a its more like 4.5/5 but tbh it was great! I'm here visiting from California, so first off it was a order for delivery, they did deliver and had at the door within the time they promised, not only that. But the food i ordered Orange chicken, beef and broccoli, and their house fried rice. It was all very hot and fresh. The flavor was delicious and the orange chicken was perfect the slightl crunch yet soft wow. The beef and broccoli was fresh the broccoli had a get crunch and tatsed just as amazing. Bland is a word I don't use too often. Vegetable fried rice. My substitutions were correct (no mushrooms or baby corns add broccoli) but no taste at all.
