The portion was impressive and everything was delicious. Some breakfast places usually make their fried steak out of ground beef but to our surprise it was real, thinly pounded steak! Super tender with great crisp and flavor. Really liked the homemade country gravy on top too, Hash browns and egg were perfect as well. Atmosphere was clean and cozy, had vintage decor and some interesting taxidermy on the walls. Seemed like a popular spot with locals who were mainly sitting at the bartop scratching away at stacks of lotto tickets. We took a moment to see what they had, understand what the options were, and decided on a cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting, and a breakfast sandwich along with a drip coffee. The cinnamon roll was our appetizer, and I'm glad that we shared it, it was cooked very nicely and tasted really good. Once we got the egg sandwich, we cut it in half, and shared it, and that was the right amount of food for a late breakfast snack. The breakfast sandwich was really good as well. We did ask for a refill on the coffee and they did offer it to us without a charge. A nice plus This was a Saturday morning, and it was kind of busy in the place, but it was nice and quiet and able to have a conversation.
