We were willing to accept the bad service as stated in those reviews but we're pleasantly surprised upon entering we were greeted immediately, given menus, drink order taken and order taken. Our food arrived in a timely manner. Dinner salad was ample. Things went downhill from there. The Prime Rib was unseasoned and basically tasteless as was the au juice. We were bummed. My burger was tasty and too large to finish so I took half home with me. That night I ended up sick to my stomach and spent the night in the bathroom. 2 days later I warmed up and ate the half of the burger I had taken home and again spent the night back and forth to the bathroom. Needless to say we will NOT be back.

I don't expect constant attention, but a simple greeting or "we'll be right with you" would have made a difference. The happy-hour pretzels are worth coming in for, but the inconsistent service really takes away from the experience. I got a "full" order of the broccoli soup and some of the cheese biscuits, as well as a cookie... The full order wasn't very full, it was $11 for the soup with the smallest amount of bacon on top, I'm not sure if it was an extra charge but with how much they were rationing it, I can imagine it was. The soup was maybe medium warm, not even close to hot, I brought it home and microwaved it for 1.5 minutes longer. The soup smelled great, but my wife didn't like the taste, it had a strange flavor, I tried it and so did both my kids, we all agreed, it wasn't terrible, but something was off. We did not finish it. The biscuits were DENSE they were dense as hell, I don't know what I expected, I guess something similar to the biscuit from red lobster since that's almost exactly what they resemble, but don't go into it with that expectation, it will be a disappointment. Kids loved them though. The cookie was straight fire, 10/10 would get a cookie from here again for sure.
