I called this place before I went shopping to ask if they had nachos cause I've never been here before and said I will call back when I'm done shopping to place an order. After I got done I called and they didn't pick up the phone so I called again still no answer after calling 4 times without an answer so on the 5th call they blocked my number it went straight to voicemail. I later called on my other device and without it ringing more then once I got an answer I don't know what there problems were with me but I'm not pleased. I'm also not trying to be a Karen but it's very frustrating. Also when I went and ordered at the place it took them 40 minutes to make my order of two nachos all it was, was little bits of cheese here and there and all the other stuff was just plopped on top of it very disappointing. It was overall great. The burgers were worth the price. Especially the dk burger. The only thing i didnt like was that the onion rings tasted unsalted as well as the tater tots. I came to Bob's to grab lunch quickly on a weekday a few weeks ago. Noting that their sign was being fixed at the time so may have had an impact - food service time was not as quick as a typical fast food joint. Unfortunately I was picking up a burger for a friend who had only 30 minutes to eat and I didn't leave quite enough time for that, so I had to tell her to find lunch elsewhere while I was waiting at Bob's. But when I checked in on my burgers, everyone was very nice and the young man served up my milkshake for me to help aid with the wait. read more

I took a bite of my burger and it was old and dry... I called and told them, they said they would take care of it. I went back and gave them the old burger and they made me a new one. I've been going here for years and years (at least 15 years), and I've yet to find another burger place that can hold a candle to Bob's Drive-In. The "Special" is a classic, and the Super Trucker (3 beef patties, ham AND bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, etc) is a legendary beast which my father believes can cure any illness. I tell everybody at work about this place. Their Twister Fries are amazing. Their gizzards and fried-chicken are good, too! Best Dr. Pepper on tap in the state in my opinion. We ordered a double burger and a Hawaiian burger plus small orders of onion rings and tots. The burners came out so hot we needed napkins to insulate our fingers so we could hold the burger and indulge. The burgers had a great grilled flavor and condiments were fresh. Nice joint, clean, solid standard burger done well and to order. They put "relish" on it which is actually just some version of tartar sauce. I'd drop that and just go mayo/mustard (Texas style) personally. But don't let that take away from the nice patty, cheese, fresh veg, and bun. Fries were above standard but didn't wow. Let me apologize if you've been to this place before and you waited a long time for your burgers and fries. I feel your pain. I too had to wait a long time for my meal and I was the only customer in the building. I ordered what I have to say is the Best foot long hot dog and chili and cheese tater tots I've had anywhere in Washington state. I have to say hands down the Best Hot dog. However, it came at a cost and that cost was 25 minutes of my life. I've never had any fast food/drive in meal take 25 minutes for any reason. Plus when it came out they made no effort to apologize for taking so long. In truth no matter how good the food is at any restaurant if you have to wait a unreasonable amount of time for your food, it ain't worth going to that restaurant. It's not worth it because there's no small town hospitality going on here. They make you feel like their doing you a favor. Heck, I'm the paying customer. Be if I'm being kind and patient with you, I deserve the same regards from you. I sense a bit of complacency going on here. The owner or its manager should be teaching their manager and the other staff some customer service skills and Kitchen service efficiency. This place ain't that great. At least it wasn't for me. First time going to this place, I got the bacon burger it was pretty good. I gave it 3 stars because after I payed she told me that I had to wait 30 minutes for my order to be ready. The courteous thing to to do would have been to advise me before I ordered that way, if I was in a hurry, I could get the chance to change my mind. Also, I wanted to order a milkshake but she told me that on Wednesday they don't make milkshakes because they had to wash the machine which wouldve been more understandable if it was closer to closing but it was 6 in the evening. Also the cashier's attitude was very rude when she was explaining to me that they were cleaning the machine.
