I've never given a Taco Bell - till now. It's 2000 on a Tuesday night. Drive thru is hopping but no one else is inside. It is *immaculately* clean. No one's at the counter. But there are 2 kiosks from which to place your order. Fast, quick, efficient. Then Sabrina, The young Lady we'd seen outside cleaning up, came in and manned the counter. Smiling, friendly, she was terrific. We got our food and left. What a pleasant experience! read more

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER SERIOUSLY NEEDS IMMEDIATE RETRAINING, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGER, MANAGER RUDE TO CUSTOMERS Tuesday October 14 10:15 AM Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10:45 according to taco bells website & app. We came to get breakfast around 10:15 they helped us order just to say they are out of eggs (which in Taco Bell language just means they don't want to make more) so as our cashier is trying to figure out a alternative with us, the manager starts yelling over her and the cashier LITERALLY HAD TO APOLOGIZE AND SAY SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHATS GOING ON! when we agreed on a alternative the VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Manager rudely hands the money, and would no longer let us order a alternative. We then realized that we had handed them a $20 bill, and only got refunded $16.65 for the breakfast items. I walked back in, and let the cashier know about the mistake, she nicely went and told the manager in the very back of the kitchen, and all the way from the lobby I could hear the rude manager yelling that there was a drink on the order, and that she's not going to refund us ect. The cashier then lets me know and I ask to speak to the manager. She then comes out and asked very rudely what the problem was I told her I came for breakfast not a soda. She then storms off with the drink dumps it dramatically and starts being aggressive with the cash register in the back getting my change. Oh and I didn't even get my full $20 back THE MANAGER SHORTED ME MY CHANGE! ‍ COUNT YOUR CHANGE IF YOU ARE REFUNDED AT THIS TACO BELL LOCATION!! this is not how a manager should treat loyal customers. Will not be coming back read more

Great food always comes on time I never have to wait. Overall it's amazing. It's a must stop if ur hungry.

This may be a long review, but worth reading. Earlier today I visited this restaurant and had some of the worst customer service that I have seen in sunnyside. As I walked in with my friend to order our food we saw an elder who was waiting alone in line for his order, we made our entire order on the computers and he still was not helped by a worker to take his order as they walked right by him and didn't say anything. After a long amount of time his order was taken and we were waiting for our food, they set out a try of food and asked us if it was ours, we asked what the name was on the order and he didn't answer. Since the elder ordered first then us we put the dots together and asked him if that was his food and he said he didn't know they did not call his name out when we asked the cashier he completely avoided us until someone else had to step in. One worker who was changing garbages had to come in and help the situation when he wasn't even in the position to be doing that as he had his own job to do. This is unbelievable and the management needs to fix the communication a cashier has with their customers. I completely understand these teenagers who juggle with school and then with their part time jobs, but the customer does not have fault in that. read more

The food here is quick and good for the price and for what it is and the service is probably the best I've had in this town

Honestly not a taco bell person, just eat here for the staff. Friendly, funny, open and lit, love the vibes I get here from the employees like for real read more

Same location just rebuilt from scratch.. has more sitting area than it did before which is good but everyone is elbow to elbow. Not only do I not want to sit so close to someone else but the menu words are so tiny it's hard to read. Also there is an unnecessary edge sticking out of the wall that seems to hide 1/4 of the menu. Food still taste the same also they completely got rid of their fountain drink selection they used to have. Still have the basics but they used to have more selection. Why 2 stars? Cause of the seating, the loss of drinks, and odd menu. read more

Basically this has one of the best tacos I had from the restaurant, love the food, the rebuild was legit though I will miss the nostalgia of the old building, the staff is legit and we come here once and awhile, so yeah, try it out!!! read more

This place opened over a week ago. A couple days after opening, we decided to try it out. We waited over 45 minutes in the drive through line. Once we got near the window we could see the problem. A couple of teenage workers were hanging out the drive through window socializing with other teenagers in cars and on foot. This went on for 5 minutes or more per car. Chalking this up to grand opening bumps in the road, we decided to try again this past Saturday night. When we pulled in we immediately noted the large number of cars in the drive through. We decided to go inside to order to see if that made a difference. There were only 2 parties ahead of us in line, but it took 20 minutes before they took our order. We made it a simple order, without even ordering drinks. While waiting for our order, we noted the drive through line not moving at all. We also observed several teens not in uniform walk behind the cash register area and socialize with teens that were on duty. At one point the teen taking orders walked out the front door to have a conversation with someone, leaving a long line of customers with noone to take the orders. After waiting another 20 minutes for our food, we noticed 2 parties that had ordered large orders after us getting their food. We called this to the attention of the manager on duty ( the teen that had walked out the front door) and it turned out they had not even started preparing our order. Another 10 minutes before we had our food. You may be thinking, maybe it was a busy night for fast food. As a comparison, immediately after getting our order, we drove over to Zaxby's and placed a similar sized order in the drive through. The whole process took 4 minutes including the drive there from Taco Bell! We were happy that a Taco Bell was opening here to save us the drive to Tallahassee. However, with the service so slow that it would have been faster to drive round trip to Tallahassee Taco Bell for dinner, we will be slow to choose this place again. I sincerely hope the management takes a hard look at the behavior of their employees. There are lots of hard workers looking for jobs in this county, but from the looks of it none of them were hired at this place. read more

This place just opened up not too long ago after being completely rebuilt from the ground up and looks great. Has a larger parking lot, longer drive through, i havent been inside yet but for being brand new and having +20 (more or less) customers almost all day they have not screwed up my order and were fast. Unlike the other places down the road,McDonald's ugh -_-. Will be coming here whenever i forget a lunch for work. read more
