Mine came out just slightly more done than I ordered, but honestly not enough to bother me much. With a steak that large, especially around the bone, I was kind of expecting some variation in the cook anyway. Most of it was right where I wanted it and the flavor was excellent. My date got the full rack of ribs and those were also really good. We both got baked potatoes, although I went with the baked sweet potato, and everything on the sides was cooked well. We also had a few margaritas. I had a couple of the spicy ones and they were really good, definitely better than I expected from a chain steakhouse. The peanuts were a nice snack too and I ended up taking some home. Our server was excellent. I unfortunately cannot remember his name, but he was a younger guy and did a great job throughout the meal. He was attentive without hovering and everything came out smoothly. Overall, this was exactly what I want from Texas Roadhouse. Big portions, a good steak, solid drinks, and great service. I would definitely come back if I am in Yakima again.

If you want a good dining experience, try and sit in her section. The manager stopped by and welcomed us to the restaurant since some of the folks in our group had never been to a Texas Roadhouse before. It's like Jimmy Mac's in Federal Way but with less flair. Even though the restaurant was pretty busy the food came out in a timely manner. They cook a pretty good sirloin. We shared entrees because I knew from a previous visit that portion sizes are pretty large.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER SERIOUSLY NEEDS IMMEDIATE RETRAINING, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM…read moreMANAGER, MANAGER RUDE TO CUSTOMERS Tuesday October 14 10:15 AM Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10:45 according to taco bells website & app. We came to get breakfast around 10:15 they helped us order just to say they are out of eggs (which in Taco Bell language just means they don't want to make more) so as our cashier is trying to figure out a alternative with us, the manager starts yelling over her and the cashier LITERALLY HAD TO APOLOGIZE AND SAY SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHATS GOING ON! when we agreed on a alternative the VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Manager rudely hands the money, and would no longer let us order a alternative. We then realized that we had handed them a $20 bill, and only got refunded $16.65 for the breakfast items. I walked back in, and let the cashier know about the mistake, she nicely went and told the manager in the very back of the kitchen, and all the way from the lobby I could hear the rude manager yelling that there was a drink on the order, and that she's not going to refund us ect. The cashier then lets me know and I ask to speak to the manager. She then comes out and asked very rudely what the problem was I told her I came for breakfast not a soda. She then storms off with the drink dumps it dramatically and starts being aggressive with the cash register in the back getting my change. Oh and I didn't even get my full $20 back THE MANAGER SHORTED ME MY CHANGE! ‍ COUNT YOUR CHANGE IF YOU ARE REFUNDED AT THIS TACO BELL LOCATION!! this is not how a manager should treat loyal customers. Will not be coming back

My mom has been a patron here and has purchased plenty of pizza. She even came back after being…read moreserved and sold pizza with rotten (sour smelling and tasting) dough, thinking she should give them a second and then third chance. The FIRST time she was sold pizza with bad dough, she didn't ask for a refund. My family tried to eat the pizza thinking that there was no way the workers knowingly sold them a bad pizza. The second time this happened, though, she went back and told the workers that the dough was bad. The first person there just told her to get a refund. The person my mom had to get the refund from tried to play it off as if it were fine, until my mom told them to smell the dough. They refunded her her $19. Now today my mom decided she would give them their third chance. I personally wouldn't have. She went into this place ready to spend $50+ on their pizza - but she was immediately refused service for "causing problems" in the past and "causing them to lose money" by returning the last bad pizza. This was told to her (rudely, might I add) by both the employees as well as the manager after she requested to speak to her in order to understand why. My mom was BAFFLED that they would refuse to take her $50+ after "losing them" their $19 last time, even though she was still trying to support their local business when they didn't deserve it. Long story short - don't do business here unless you're willing to give them your money and shut up when they give you expired and bad food. I know I won't be frequenting this business and I'll make sure everyone I know knows how they treat their customers. My mom was correctly told by the manager that they have the right to refuse business to everyone - just as everyone else has a right to know that they're being sold and fed bad food.
