This place really isn't what it used to be prior to the Covid pandemic. What's sad is that I'm sure all the regulations are the real reason behind less positive experiences I have had this year. This place USED TO BE the best place in town for wings. I don't know what happened but there was almost no sauce on our garlic wings. "No smoochin"? I made sure to smooch him real hard and I couldn't even taste garlic on my lips afterwards. Sure, you can pay extra for more sauce but it's a dumb discount if you half the amount of sauce on them to begin with. I think we can all agree the sauce is what makes chicken wings good. That's why it's the #1 thing you should not skimp on. Quality has gone down significantly. I can no longer recommend this place for wings. Just go to the honey hole they are better. This place attracts a lot of college students in the evenings which makes it not quite suitable for children the later the night goes on. The last good burger I ate there was the Big Ellensburger on November 1st 2016... since then the patties have been very low quality. Usually I enjoyed food at Wing Central, and I order usual burger that I always order. Burger over all tasted hint of 2nd degree hot sauce, but it was blend. Usually if there is not that many people food comes out fast, but if it's full, customers might have to wait at least 40 min + to get your order. But people should definitely stop by and try their "Hell Wing", but I have noticed consistency of spiceness for that single wing can be vary depends on when customers get there. Also sometimes table will mot be cleaned and we need to remind the waitress to do so. It can be very dark, should brightning the place up more would be great. read more

Gave the 3rd star because the food was good...... when we finally got some. Decided to try it on our way home from Moses Lake, was rumored to be kid-friendly but Mom and Dad could still get a good beer. After seating ourselves - which I think is customary here, so no big deal - we sat for almost 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Then the server (or host maybe?) actually brought us some menus and offered to get us waters. When we tried to order beers he had to get someone else to get them for us. We sat and watched 2 other tables who came in after us get waited on as we just got seemingly ignored in the corner booth. We waited for at least another 15-20 minutes to have anyone take our order. When food finally came out, we were given a wrap that no one ordered. We told the server what we had ordered so she went to "fix" it. When she came back again, she still had the wrap but told us the burger was on the way. Finally we just took the wrap even though it was wrong and continued to wait for the burger. When it came out, it had the wrong side. At that point we didn't say anything more because we had been there for over an hour and had 3 small, hungry children with us. In the end, we had to go to the counter to ask for the bill and it was not right either, but we got it figured out. The food was very good, service was not. I love wings. I make them pretty regularly during football season. So, I have pretty high expectations. Honestly, the wings here were good. I would definitely come back to try more. I had the 8 wing (plenty for most people who are not dudes in their early-20's) I also had the fried pickles, which were great, and a great portion for sharing. Two complaints; more than two skinny celery sticks would be nice. With this many beer options, there should be at least one non-alcohol option. Back to the positive... service was EXCELLENT and the atmosphere was 'sports bar' without being obnoxious. I've been to national wings chains and this was MUCH better. Yes, the "crowd" there is very different from what I am use to. I felt like I was in a episode of "Teen Mom"-- probably Jenelle's scene, maybe Amber's. This is my younger brothers first year at Central Washington University (Yeahh!! I love you Beau). We both dig wings, so when I came out to visit him, he suggested Wing Central for dinner. Our first visit we got 4 different types of sauces (2nd degree, 3rd degree, BBQ honey and Garlic)... honestly none of them were THAT good. The waitress told us the wings with a toothpick in them was the 3rd degree. They were not hot at all, infact the 2nd degree tasted a bit hotter. The garlic wings were horrible, the garlic flavored "glaze" was weird and unappetizing. The BBQ honey wings were a-ok, pretty much what you'd expect. Overall I am disappointed... I really expected HOT, big wings. Instead the wings were rubbery and small. My brothers tried the "hell" wing, which wasn't that hot either. My younger brother drank milk and got over, my other brother barely bated an eye after eating his and then finished my younger brothers hell wing. Besides wings, we also got some crappy fries...think Red Robin but worse. Their shot glasses are similar to cough syrup cup sizes, never seen anything like that at a bar. A week later my little brother needed a ride back to school from Bellevue. This time my boyfriend came along and wanted to try the hell wing. Second visit we did the 4 different sauces again (40 wings, $24.99) 3rd degree, samurai, yellow jackets, and spicy BBQ. This time around the wings were a bit better, but still not very spicy. The 3rd degree was almost bland. My bf and I both liked the yellowjacket, the sauce was a little thick but good. Spicy BBQ were drenched in sauce. The waffle fries were pretty damn good and the waitress was more than happy to bring extra sauces out. They both attempted the hell wing again. They survived, but looked in pain. My boyfriend said it was hot but the burning subsided quick. We would all come back again... maybe not order so many wings.
