What distinguishes these tacos from other places in town are the fresh tortillas, quantity of meat, and beans that are served on the tacos. They are truly phenomenal and served up beautifully. The taco truck is adjacent to O'reillys Auto Parts. They have a nice covered area to sit at so you can enjoy your tacos outside and often play really good classic Latin music on loudspeaker's. The workers are incredibly nice and answered all the questions we had. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. Whether you're passing through Sunnyside, or somewhere else in the valley, the taco truck is definitely worth the trip for their phenomenal food and service.

I went to La Colima, El Fogon and Con Sabor a Mexico and loved all of them, El Fogón being my favorite. At La Colima I had the birria de chivo and a pupusa and they were both very good, the pupusa especially. The broth for the Birria was pretty good and the meat was very tender. I got three big chunks of goat in the Birria and while I wasn't happy with the amount of fat on each of them, that's to be expected with whole chunks of goat meat. The repollo (pickled cabbage) that came with the pupusa was very good. And the house-made tortillas that came with the birria were fantastic.

It's affectively a food truck inside a small garage. It checks all the boxes for things we were looking for... Owned by a small family, great food, and in a non-traditional location! The folks working here are absolutely delightful! It was a husband and wife along with what I assume was a grandmother. The grandmother was making homemade tortillas using an old-school tortilla press. They were absolutely magnificent! We ended up ordering, a dozen tacos for the five of us and then ordering three more after finding out how good they were! They have tons of different meat options, but had one that we've never tried, and then quickly became a favorite - Buche! They combined it with Carnitas, and it was absolutely amazing! Buche is pig stomach, and before you get grossed out, it's similar to Tripa and was fried up to be crispy. Combine that with the deliciousness that is Carnitas, and you've got yourself something to write home about! The adobada and Asada were lovely as well! They have lots of different pop options, including Jaritos, and Fanta, along with general Coke products. End of the day, this place is absolutely awesome! If you're in the area, you owe it to yourself to go try it out.
