Fuji has a wide assortment to choose from. The hot tea is also lovely.

The food is pretty good. The sushi is fresh. There's a wide assortment to choose from. The fruit was actually ripe! The servers are fast, friendly, and attentive. I was surprised to find beef tripe, beef ribs, squid, oysters, crab legs and lots of shrimp variations. We'll be back.

Absolutely love the food, exceptional service, ambiance and prices. You can either do the all you can eat buffet or if you're watching what you eat get a to go plate. Get the food you want, have them weigh it and that's it. Very simple! I love this place. They have seafood, Italian, American and Chinese. And desserts!!! You can't ask for more!!!

New Asian Buffet Restaurant Offers a Wide Variety of Delicious Food A new Asian buffet restaurant has recently opened up in town, and it is quickly becoming a popular spot for locals and visitors alike. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food, including hibachi, sushi, ice cream, fruits, cakes, prime rib, crab, and seafood. The hibachi is a great option for those who want to enjoy a delicious and interactive dining experience. The chefs cook your food right in front of you, and they are happy to make recommendations based on your preferences. The sushi is also very fresh and delicious, and they use only the freshest ingredients. If you are looking for a sweet treat, the ice cream bar is a great option. There is also a fruits and cakes bar that's a great way to end your meal. The fruits are fresh and ripe, and the cakes are moist and flavorful. The ambience is as expected in a restaurant that can seat up to 300 people. During peak hours, there is a potential for a ton of conversation. The staff are super friendly and eager to help clear off dishes and bring back refills. We LOVED our first visit.

Receipt clearly shows party of 4 and was charged a 15% service charge at bottom of receipt.

Flavor was bland. No variety on buffet line. Sushi was a joke. Forced service charge on receipt that staff and manager refused to remove. Bathroom floor was gross and not clean for a "new" business. Will not be back. Other local buffets are better.

Food is very bland fry's are very stiff feel like im eating cardboard, the orange and sweet sour chicken are flavorful, the chowmein has no flavor at all just taste like plain noddles, Workers are very friendly, very kind to younger children it felt like they were rushing us to our table Not many food option at all 2 tables of food and thats all. Even minado buffet has more options than this place Macaroni tasted decent felt very dry but was very rich of flavor but it didn't taste like cheese at all The fried chicken didn't look good, looked under cooked and felt under cooked The pizza tasted very alike pizza hut

    Main Buffet Area

Fuji is Yakima's newest, And best Buffet, they have so many options! The food is absolutely amazing and everything is fresh! They even have a sushi conveyor belt! The service was good, The staff was very friendly, They were also very sweet to the children. The inside was very well lit and not too loud. And the decorations and theming were spot on. There are a few reasons why I didn't give a five star rating. - Additional charges will apply for leftovers which is understandable however, it makes you stress the entire time about eating everything and makes you not want to try more new things as well as with kids it's hard because you don't know if they're going to eat all their food -The prices were a little high, but perhaps it's worth it because the food was fresh and delicious There is a 15% gratuity charge for a 5+ party

Food is mediocre at best. makes Panda Express seem amazing. If you're just trying to feed the kids it has a good variety of food and treats.

When we arrived, the seating area is full, but we were still greeted warmly. We ordered our meal to go but we were still offered a place to sit in glasses of water while we waited. We both ordered pho. I got the combination pho with everything and my wife ordered the beef pho. She also ordered some pork bao buns, and I ordered soup dumplings. They packaged the pho very well, with the broth, vegetables and meat, and one container and the noodles, some of the extra meat, lines, cilantro, basil, etc. In another container, the servings were huge. We had plenty for another meal the next day. The pho broth was excellent. We did have to heat it up again when we added the noodles and extras, but it was well worth it. The soup dumplings were flavorful and warm and the bao buns had a mild but rich pork filling. This was a real treat while we were on the road.

Not too sweet, but definitely sweet enough to cut the bitter taste of the coffee. The coffee itself wasn't too bitter or sour tasting. I'd get that again. The banh mi, the pork belly option is double the price of any other protein. I'm not sure if that works out in the worth it department for me, but the meat proportion in the sandwich is worth it. The veggies seemed pretty fresh, crisp, but no jalapeño in the sandwich. Not sure if that's a regular thing, but I've eaten enough banh mi with jalapeños, so I consider that a necessary ingredient. The bread was toasted pretty heavily, perhaps cooked in the grease of the pork belly? Not sure. I wasn't a huge fan of that, the bread itself was difficult to tell if it was light and springy with a flaky crust, because it was toasted so hard. Either way, the sandwich was eaten, the coffee was gulped down. I'd probably try other things here. Smelled good in there. Service was nice, staff seemed really amicable and they were turning tables as quickly as people were hopping out of their seats.

Half expecting a little Teriyaki restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised it was much more upscale than I had imagined and has wonderfully innovative menu options. I had the Blackened Salmon and loved it because I loved their use of apples and mangos in such a tasty dish. I also tried the Banana Crème Brûlée which was a rotating dessert and it was Amazing. My compliments to the chef Diana who was lovely to chat with as I sat at the kitchen bar.

We got the stone bowl fried rice and blackened salmon with apple slaw.... I wasn't a fan of the fried rice- it was way too salty and kind of gooey/wet? And was an additional $6 for a couple little chunks of chicken in it (kind of ridiculous). So when I read "blackened salmon" I was thinking blackened seasoning or something?-Nope, it was literally just charred black. Had no flavor other than "burnt", but at least it was tender- a glaze or a marinade would have been nice. Had super high expectations after those apps and the salmon seriously fell short.... The apple slaw that came with it was to die for though! flavorful and the perfect combination with the sweetness from the apple, tang from the mango, a bit of spice from the jalapeño, and a touch of acidity- super refreshing on a 90+ degree day! Plan to try some other dishes next time
