Delicious & quick service. Personally would've added some teriyaki sauce to the white rice.

Haven't had food here for a long time but decided to stop in and try their take on a Banh Mi since they've recently started to promote it. The sandwich itself was nothing impressive. It was dry as an overall sandwich as it seemed to be lacking components i typically get on banh mi's elsewhere. Such as not having mayo, maggi or fish sauce. I got chicken as my meat choose and the meat itself is super delicious! there was lots of flavor but as a whole sandwich it was underwhelming. Room for improvement however! The staff was super friendly and the wait for the food wasn't bad at all! The seating inside is cute and I'd love to try other items and eat in.

The place is cute the service is prompt. My pho was amazing and at least the price wasn't killer. I could sip on that broth all day, especially when you feel a little under the weather. There were so many different dishes that I wanted but maybe next time.

I loved this place , Ive eaten the pho here before it was so good but I came back to see they have gone viral and the quality of the food has just gone down. The broth tasted like water it had no flavor other than that service was good

The spring rolls split open so I can't eat them easily. This sucks

Absolutely not good! The pho broth was cold instead of scalding and without any flavor...maybe because it the end of their day?! You shouldn't have to add sriracha, or hoisen sauce to make it good. Not only was the broth flavored like soapy water, it was also the smallest amount served too. The flavor of the meat was like dish soap too as if the cutting surface was flavored with dirty dishwater. I'd blame it on cilantro, but there wasn't any in the dish. The brisket was very chewy and the sliced "rare" steak was cooked through, not even any pink. My child wouldn't eat it and he loves noodles. No issue about the service, the food sucks. I'm out $30 for split spring rolls and weak pho broth! Not going to this place again.

Why not my pho (formerly known as why not my tai kitchen) has definitely gone down hill. Let's start with the service. We had a table of three and were only brought 2 Menus. We then ordered and the two sodas we ordered took 10-15 minutes to come out. The Coca-Cola did not taste right. We then ordered food which came out fast but the quality and the taste was poor. Here's what we got: Spring rolls: The spring rolls were good but served with tough rice paper. The peanut sauce that comes with the spring rolls tasted disgusting. Not like your normal peanut sauce The orange chicken noodle plate: The orange chicken tasted like biting into deep fried fair food fried with dirty old oil, with a very plain chicken. Most of each piece was just breading. The orange flavor was alright. The noodles were burnt and disgusting. Korean corn dog with hot Cheetos: Presentation was pretty good. The Breading tasted like nasty old oil. The spicy mayo just didn't go with it, should've topped it with a different sauce, maybe cheese sauce? Ambiance was alright very cold in the restaurant and it smelt like old dirty oil. We barely touched the orange chicken plate and asked for a refund on just that plate. The server went to the back and the manager came out and told us that "we ate half of the plate" when we only ate two pieces of chicken and a two bites of the noodles. The manager told us she could only give us 50% off or a different plate. I tried to tell her we only ate two pieces of chicken and were not interested in trying anything else on the menu but she didn't care. Absolutely terrible service and the restaurant smelt like old oil. I will NOT be coming back here and I DO NOT recommend this restaurant.

The food was delicious and service was fast and pleasant. We really enjoyed the Phad Thai and the spring rolls were fabulous!

I tried calling 3 times and couldn't get through for a to go order. Someone answered once and then hung up on me. So I decided to go in. When I got there I ordered our order (orange chicken and tofu pad Thai) and then decided to add some boba teas. I was told they didn't have milk tea anymore, only the blended tea. Okay that's fine. Ordered them and waited. Also the front girl speaks very softly, maybe learn to speak up if you're working in food service. The tables weren't cleared so I sat at a table to the side and waited on my food. I got my food first which wasn't bad. Every person behind me got their full orders and then left. I was waiting for my teas when I realized they were just sitting on the back counter. I had to flag down the lady to grab them. When I got home we noticed the tofu in our pad Thai seemed old / Kindve chewy. We also got orange chicken and I remember the girl asking if we wanted rice, and yes I did want rice. We didn't get rice. Overall not really impressed. I've been before and had mediocre experiences but this time was probably the worst one. I really hate to post anything like this but I've worked in food service for years and know how hard it can be, and what needs to be done to make this better. I just hope that they can improve.

My body was craving some salt, and I knew Pho was in the neighborhood, so I called in an order. The gal who assisted me was super kind and helpful. It was ready within the time they said it'd be, I tipped 20%. It felt nice and hot through the bag and ready for my ravenous consumption. I pull open the bag, no chopsticks, no big deal I have extra. no hoisin/oyster sauce or garlic chili sauce, no big deal.. i've got sriracha.. A few bites in, tasting good, satisfying nomz. I look in the bowl... I see a fucking bloated ant. there are no ants in my house. I had to give up on the $30+ meal and throw it away. the iced thai tea was bomb though. I think Yakima food is suffering.. about 7 months ago I went to Arby's and ordered a beef and cheddar. I unwrapped the sandwich and noticed a chewed up hunk of beef/cheese sitting next to my beef sandwich. I know beef can fall off the sides of the sandwich sometimes, but you could see the shape of the roof of their mouth in the meat and their spit.. I should probably just stop eating out..

When you walk in you think that everything is primarily to go which looks like a lot of their business. Once you find a seat you get a large menu that's posted above the to go area and to your right on a rotating screen. We ordered two dishes that were delicious, the special pho with beef and Mom's Special. Mom's Special was definitely the favorite. Egg roll, shrimp, roasted pork and egg noodles (cold). It's served over bean sprouts with a sweet chili sauce. This dish hits all your taste buds. Yakima needs variety. I'm excited to try other dishes soon.

I really do understand the challenges of running a family business -- everyone pitches in, the hours are long, and it's a lot of work -- so my feedback comes from the perspective of hoping it can be helpful. Service & Atmosphere * The interior is clean and modern, which we appreciated. * The setup initially made it look like we should order at the counter, but when we went up, we were kindly told to grab a seat instead. * We ordered one pho and one banh mi. There were at least six people working and only about four tables occupied, so we were a bit surprised that it took longer than expected for our food to arrive. * The staff seemed quite busy, and we didn't experience much warmth or friendliness during our visit (no smiles or casual check-ins). * One staff member checked on us before our food arrived, but after the dishes came out, no one came by to see how everything was or for water refills. * Check-out is at the counter, which is confusing. * I understand space is limited and family members need breaks, but two people were watching videos on their phones at a fairly loud volume near us. Normally this wouldn't bother us much, but the videos had a lot of loud laughing, and they were on at full volume, which made it a bit hard to relax and enjoy our meal. Food I'm not sure if this is a different regional style of Vietnamese food or a unique take, but it was quite different from what I'm used to. * The pho, for me, lacked depth of flavor. It basically was a bowl of hot water with MSG. I didn't taste any beef bone broth, so I ended up using quite a bit of sriracha and hoisin to add more flavor. 1/5 * The menu mentioned cilantro, but our bowls came with green onions instead and no cilantro. Big deal! * I ordered a large pho, and the portion felt closer to what I'd consider a regular size elsewhere. * The pork banh mi was okay, but it didn't have the charred, grilled flavor I usually associate with this sandwich. Again, it was topped with green onions instead of cilantro. 3/5 * Prices felt higher than what I'm used to in Seattle and Bellevue: the large pho was around $19, and the banh mi was about $15. I recognize there aren't many Asian or pho options in the area so I can understand why this place is popular. Unfortunately, it just didn't quite match what we typically look for in pho and banh mi.

When we arrived, the seating area is full, but we were still greeted warmly. We ordered our meal to go but we were still offered a place to sit in glasses of water while we waited. We both ordered pho. I got the combination pho with everything and my wife ordered the beef pho. She also ordered some pork bao buns, and I ordered soup dumplings. They packaged the pho very well, with the broth, vegetables and meat, and one container and the noodles, some of the extra meat, lines, cilantro, basil, etc. In another container, the servings were huge. We had plenty for another meal the next day. The pho broth was excellent. We did have to heat it up again when we added the noodles and extras, but it was well worth it. The soup dumplings were flavorful and warm and the bao buns had a mild but rich pork filling. This was a real treat while we were on the road.

Not too sweet, but definitely sweet enough to cut the bitter taste of the coffee. The coffee itself wasn't too bitter or sour tasting. I'd get that again. The banh mi, the pork belly option is double the price of any other protein. I'm not sure if that works out in the worth it department for me, but the meat proportion in the sandwich is worth it. The veggies seemed pretty fresh, crisp, but no jalapeño in the sandwich. Not sure if that's a regular thing, but I've eaten enough banh mi with jalapeños, so I consider that a necessary ingredient. The bread was toasted pretty heavily, perhaps cooked in the grease of the pork belly? Not sure. I wasn't a huge fan of that, the bread itself was difficult to tell if it was light and springy with a flaky crust, because it was toasted so hard. Either way, the sandwich was eaten, the coffee was gulped down. I'd probably try other things here. Smelled good in there. Service was nice, staff seemed really amicable and they were turning tables as quickly as people were hopping out of their seats.

I got the typical single black milk tea that I get at most shops that are new to me. Black Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Less Ice w/ Boba ($6.75) - The black tea here is actually quite good, with a good earthiness almost like a quarter going to puerh. The place recommends half sweet for this drink and I agree that it's very appropriate. The creamer is balanced well in the drink and is not overpowering. The boba has pretty good chew and have a somewhat sticky exterior from the sugar soak. They are kind of oblong in shape and not completely spherical.
