long story short: just go to shiki's. at least shiki's restaurant can give accurate, tasteful food with great customer service. first time ordering, last time too. tonight, i went here to order at 7:28PM and ordered a chicken yakisoba. i'm not a regular but i've picked up before for ubereats orders so for those who are a regular, you know the lady with an attitude that i'm talking about that takes orders. i saw her put in "vegetable yakisoba" and i was confused because i said chicken yakisoba so i repeated "i said chicken yakisoba right?" and she looked at my receipt, said "ya", before proceeding to give the paper to the chef. i had assumed everything was fine until i got home and saw that my order was indeed the vegetable yakisoba. the presentation was sloppy, bag was leaking too! the host/server didn't care that she had inputted the order wrong even after i asked her to confirm what i had ordered. no wonder she didn't give me my receipt because i know damn well it would've said "vegetable yakisoba" lol. i ended up driving back at 7:55PM because i did pay a $20 meal only for it to be incorrect, and guess what? she had locked the doors already at 8PM with no explanation despite the hours being stated that it closes at 9PM. also, don't bother to call because their number doesn't work. hours of operation is incorrect and their "to-go order" sign with their number is not valid. wasted my time, gas, and money. never recommending this restaurant. read more

Pho-nomenal!!! Stopped here on a whim while we were waiting on our truck to get done at Corwin. Sign outside said grand opening but wasn't sure? Big menu that has something for everyone with very reasonable prices. Ordered the steak pho, chicken yakisoba, and one of the specialty rolls (cannot remember but it's the last one on the back of the menu, bottom right). Food came out fast and fresh and SO delicious!! Service was excellent - attentive but not annoying. My husband and I are avid Japanese/sushi eaters and were doubtful this would be a hit.....but we can't say enough good about it - REALLY worth trying. When I was sat both the table and menu were sticky. I ordered 3 things, pot stickers and two rolls, I wanted to order a soup but before I had the change the waitress which I think was the manager because that's what it said on my receipt, she said this "I think that's enough no?" And laughed and took the menu from me. Then when she brought me my pot stickers I asked for spicy Mayo, and she said "no I'll bring it to you when your main dishes come out" which is rude because if I wanted it then I would have asked. I Ordered some pho on the chow now website, my first thought was wow they have online ordering? That's amazing! I placed my order and it said "pending" for a good hour! Well my husband went over to pick up the food but they said they didn't have an order for me? They took $41 out of my account for some reason. My husband calls me to let me know what's going on so I send him the emailed receipt and proof it was from that store that I ordered from! Well these men didn't know what the hell my husband was talking about, they don't have chow now or online website ordering but it didn't make any sense since they took money out of my bank account under their name! The manager comes out to help and my husband told me that he seemed very drunk, slurring his words and tells him that they don't know what ChowNow is. I told my husband to leave since they kept saying that they don't have ChowNow or online ordering, so he did. I immediately call ChowNow and they had great customer service! I told them about the issue and requested a refund, they try calling Red Bento a few times but it seemed as if the restaurant blocked ChowNows number so he immediately canceled my order, issued my refund, and called me right back to let me know that it was very strange as to why they didn't make my order if they accepted and order through Chow Now the same day! This is one of the few south east Asian/Korean/Japanese restaurants in Pasco. I tried the Combination Pho and the Sashimi Tuna. SASHIMI: The tuna portion was very generous the price was reasonable and was good quality tuna. PHO: The combination Pho had a good mix of meats, very small portion of veggies and lacked the traditional variety of Asian condiments all they had was Hoisen and Sriracha. The beef broth had ok flavor which is crucial to a Pho soup, it had boiled chicken and beef which kind of made it taste like a stew. The beef was a little too soft. PORTION: The size portion was enough for a grown man. One bowl could easily feed two children. SERVICE: The woman who served me didn't have much knowledge about SE Asian cuisine when I asked her questions about the Pho "Fuh" she said "P-oh", regardless of how she pronounced it she was awesome, she was always smiling and had a great attitude. Pho is un-good. It tasted nothing like what I've experienced, and even if they called it something else - I'm not sure I would order it again. I have eaten at a dozen or so different Pho restaurants in my life and they all have the same basic flavor profile. This had no flavor and was clearly missing some spices that pho HAS to have! Now, I'm not going to destroy this entire establishment, just because of one dish. However if you are looking for decent-to-good pho, keep driving. I don't think I have ever awarded a 1-star rating for any business, and I'm not going to start with this one. The restaurant was very clean and presentable, the owners do care and have put out an effort. I will come back, I would like to try their sushi and other dishes. They advertise their dishes with photos around the walls inside and most looked good. One more note: The waitress was very unprofessional and poor at service. Again, another tidbit that I won't destroy the whole place for. But this gal clearly had little experience in service, and wouldn't leave my friend and I alone - let me eat in Peace for crying out loud! This place is ok. On par for price with other Chinese places in the area. Food is good, but for a Chinese place, the portions are small. It comes out in a boat shaped plate. You get more of their Asian style salad than anything else. However, their fried rice is really good, and in a good sized portion. The sushi rolls are really good and get well priced. I wouldn't go back here for their meals, but I would go back for the sushi definetly. It's super fast service as an added bonus. read more
