The cashier was super nice and easy to talk to. The manager came around to every table and asked how our food was and if there was anything else he could do for us. Just not normal these days. Good jobs guys! Oh and the food was basic Wendys food. Didn't taste amazing but it was good.

Today I went in there was a young red headed girl she was so good with the young kid infrint of me patiently taking her order then was super nice about having to make my drink for me cause they were out of what I wanted up front and she gladly mixed 2 flavors for me and stirred it before handing over. Ive seen this place have some friendly employees but im really impressed with this one! I hope she keeps this attitude forever it was amazing!

Customer service seemed a little rushed, lady handling to food to me at the drive thru did not make eye contact nor was she a people person. Hope I'm not expecting too much from a fast food joint. Got to remind myself that they get paid a minimum wage. The sandwich was great as usual. Nice and warm. Quality of the sausage and egg was better than I was expecting after thinking I was going to receive less than stellar food. The hash brown was a different story, saturated in grease and had to be thrown away. Overall it was what I was expecting to receive for a meal that cost me $5.08! You do get what you pay for I guess lol

If you want piping hot golden delicious fries, you have to request it at the drive-thru since their employees are incompetent and probably don't take pride in their minimum wage job, who can blame them though! The fast food chain makes millions a day in profits but their workers only see a tiny percentage of that! Nature of a business I guess lol. With their disgruntled employees, their customer service is leaning towards being rude. I'm accustomed to their lackluster service and really don't mind. Their food is normally hit or miss but I see them improving since I initially frequented this particular McDonalds. What brings me back is that I loved McDonalds since I was a fat kid. We have a love/relationship. I love eating their food but it makes me fat and I hate it.

Just now, I got home with my order and saw there weren't any the extras I paid for in little plastic ramekins in the bag. I live in West Richland so I was disappointed at first, but calmly accepted that they might have forgotten my extras. Then I actually started digging into my meal. If you order an extra for a menu item, they put the extra in or on the item, as god intended, saving you a step and extra garbage. The staff was nothing, but friendly and professional, and the seating area, bathroom, drink station and everywhere I could see were all immaculately clean. The last thing this fine staff deserves is mistreatment from someone, like me, who is new to their new, inside, take-away ordering system and process. Five stars, excellent overall experience.
