Accidentally placed order for counter and went through drive through they acted like it was cool till the 2nd window and she made us walk in to get it when my kid was in the car. It's gross, disgusting and over priced. The servings are smaller, but cost quite a bit more. The food was not bad when I was kid (in the 80s) and they had a play place. Now all of them look like boring tacky government buildings. Service is average, but when they get paid minimum wage to deal with Karens all day, I don't blame them for being average. Today I went to this location and was so under-impressed with the service I left without my food after waiting at window 3 for 8-10 minutes for a single order. I can not believe any order could not be made and presented to the customer. But it happened. I sat after paying and not being given a reciept so I could give exact wait time. I had 10 other cars behind me be given orders and off to their day. I find it inconceivable that a national chain would have such poor service! This is not my first pull up and wait in this establishment. But the wait time exceeded my tolerance for poor service. It seems to be a trap order , pay , oops food not ready pull up and we will get to you. This was never agreed to as this is supposed to be fast food. But it seems to be normal as they have both the third window and designated parking. This will no longer happen, I will not be back to the Court Street Business. These guys are fast, friendly, and accurate. I won't bother mentioning the food because I think everyone who has access to a computer has eaten at McDonalds once. This location has a meeting room you can reserve, whether for parties or large group meetings. Never been in it but it gets used a lot so must be nice. This location updated a couple years ago and it looks really nice. Easy to forget you are at McDonalds, it looks that cool. I am docking them a star because I think McDonald's prices have gotten too high for what you get. i am also impressed with how clean they can keep the place considering how busy this location usually is. read more

When I want a quick unhealthy snack, I would normally choose McDonalds since it's right near the house which makes it convenient. If you want piping hot golden delicious fries, you have to request it at the drive-thru since their employees are incompetent and probably don't take pride in their minimum wage job, who can blame them though! The fast food chain makes millions a day in profits but their workers only see a tiny percentage of that! Nature of a business I guess lol. I picked an exchange student up from the Pasco airport, after she spent many hours flying from Holland. She arrived late at night so was too tired to sit at a restaurant and of course McD's drive-thru is conveniently open. We are first told they don't do anything with chicken after midnight. Then when we get home, my daughter finds a long hair in a cheeseburger. Grossed everybody out so both the exchange student and my daughter could not eat their food. I tried to get something to eat there today at around 2pm. All the parking for the restraunt was taken and I mean ALL. Even the South parking that's 100 yards away was full.The drive through had cars backed up way past the entrance. Whoever came up with the idea for the new parking lot by eliminating half for a fire lane is a idiot. If you eliminate the 4 handy cap parking, there is only maybe 8 or 9 spots. Bad place to come and eat inside. Food is usually good even though when you ask for something fresh from grill they will give you food that's already been made.I eat there at least 3 times a week. By far the worst Mcdonalds I ever visited recently, this lady was playing loud music at 2 in the morning, I was wondering what type of ice cream flavors they had she sounded upset like if she didn't want to tell me! Slowest drive-through in Tri-Cities! Literally 20 minutes in line.... for a sundae and a McFlurry! I sat at the window and watched the kid fiddle around with the ice cream in my cup for several minutes before finally getting it to me. This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. My boyfriends burger was not cooked all the way and neither was my friends bacon. My chicken sandwich had to be made again because it was wrong and it was just chunks of fat. They kept forgetting some food and drinks and the fries were gross and not all the way cooked. I drive for Uber and was picking up an order at drive thru. Lady who was handing me the order looked upset when I came to the window and handed me the bag of food while looking away from me behind her back. I felt as if she has had bad experiences with Uber drivers and was taking out her frustrations on me. I did not feel that I deserved to be treated the way she treated me. I feel it was very disrespectful to do to anyone no matter is they are their to get food for them selves or Uber. Everyone should be treated the same. I called the store to report the incident to the store manager that they said was not available. I let them know I reported them to Uber for treating me unfairly. The staff retaliated and reported me to Uber for being in professional. I do t think it's right for them to report me when they are the ones who treated me unfairly. At this time I am unable to do anything about it because it is 1am in the morning and the real manager is not available. Tomorrow I will be visiting their store to see if I can speak with their store manager.
