I started going to this Papa John's Pizza because they are close to my house, but I've kept ordering from them for the last 4 years because they have the best, freshest pizza in the Tri-Cities. The online ordering system is quick and easy, allowing me to order exactly what I want, pay for it ahead of time, then just walk in and grab my pizza and go! Their Facebook, email and text deals make it easy to get a great bargain and their staff are always friendly and helpful. Absolutely one of my favorite places to eat in Richland!! My daughter and her husband just had a baby and the mother-in-law was signing up friends and relatives to take turns brining them dinner so they could rest. I live hundreds and hundreds of miles away in another state but I wanted to get involved so on my assigned day I arranged to have Papa Johns on Van Giesen St delivery pizza, salad and soda. I went to Papa John's years ago and was not impressed. I decided to give it another change when my son started work there. I am happy to say that Papa John's on Van Giesen has changed, once where it was a "crap shoot" as to if you would get a good pizza ............I am happy to say you will get a great pizza.........they are consistent now and now when I order I get a great pizza. My favorite pizza place and favorite pizza crew! Very young and lively! I love how they know me by name when I come to pick up. These guys never seem to have a bad day, always with the smiles and happy go lucky attitudes! Makes someone wanna come back more, only once a month for me! Love this Papa John's! Never had a bad experience and have ordered pizza here many times. I can't speak to delivery as I've only ever done carryout, but my pizza is always hot & ready when they say it will be. In my opinion the taste of Papa John's can't be beat, and this location lives up to that. I also am impressed with the customer service. Never order pizza, breadsticks or cookies (in fact) from any other place but this one. Not just because of their great ingredients but also because of what they stand for and their great service. We had quit ordering pizza from Papa John's until the new owner reopened this store a few years ago. Now we rarely order from anywhere else! Delivery is always on time. Pizzas are always hot and fresh. We get great deals, and I really appreciate how community oriented this owner is. The local franchise has really great customer service. I follow them on facebook and they always have a good deal that makes it affordable. The local owner tries really hard to be connected with his customers through social media and he even tries to remember his regular customers' names. also really involved in supporting the community. read more

I have had my problems with Papa John's, No place is perfect. But I can say they take care of their problems. When they mess up they fix the issue immediately with no hesitation.
