We visited for the first time yesterday. We ordered the individual size pizza. It was wonderful! LOTS of toppings made it worth our while. It was so delicious I didn't stop to take a pic! Maybe next time! . The ambiance is definitely family friendly, not always the greatest for retirees. The service was impeccable! Extended Happy Hour until 8pm. Beer on draft was only $3.50 a glass!!! read more

First of all when you call in an order the call doesn't even go to the restaurant, it goes to a call center. Of course the person answering the call barely speaks English so you have to ask them to repeat themselves repeatedly. Second thing is I was told it would be 15 - 20 minutes, I get there after waiting 30 minutes and they tell me it's going to be an extra 15 minutes at least. The 3rd thing is I just ordered the exact same thing 2 months ago and this time it was $5 more than a couple months ago. I will never go to a Round Table again, the customer service is absolute garbage! read more

Pizza is good although they have twice given us the wrong pizza when getting take out. The prices are a bit steep for what you get but overall I would still come here for a take out pizza. Atmosphere not great but what you might expect from a standard pizza place. Service is always friendly. read more

The customer service is very welcoming. Very nice environment with a good variety of games to play.

Round Table Pizza - Xtra large pepperoni with Xtra sauce - Pizza Near Me - Richland, Washington

The salad bar was clean and full and the mini pizza was hot and very good but it was the service which was the best of any Roundtable where we have ever eaten. Servers came by and ask how things were and one server came by and was asking if we needed a carry out box. It was refreshing to have a friendly staff who seemed to care about service. read more

Pizza was good, cooked well and lots of options that aren't just pizza. The place wasn't too bad, not the place to go if you want quiet as it is kid friendly which, isn't a problem just a heads up for anyone looking for a place to talk. read more

The public needs to be worn and understand the dangers of going to round table Pizza in Richland Washington regarding the coronavirus they take no precautions or measures to ensure our safety or your health by not wearing glass washing hands doing proper food handling precautions and procedures no measures are set to ensure not contaminating your food nor is there any appreciation for the customers who unknowingly risk their life by just walking in and paying for a pizza that could possibly infect them and spread the virus. Why is it every other business have to follow proper practice in protecting the public by wearing masks cloves social distancing but Restaurant workers don't comply with even the basics ! I am offended and now scared to death of the nightmare RoundTable is putting our Comunity at risk! Please take this seriously this is the gods honest truth. If you value your life and those around you please avoid that place of business they don't cate about the reality and the actions or the lack of actions that need to be taken in order to ensure their food they are serving is safe to consume not to mention is safe to even pick up or have delivered . What I witnessed last night would make anybody who wants to live without risk of exposing themself and those around the from a very potentially deadly virus than avoid them like the plague and please please let everyone you know what that round tables practice and procedures they do not do in order to preventing the possibility of spreading the virus due to their lack of proper precautions being implemented . No masks are worn no gloves are worn multiple people handling your food passing it from one person to another regarding wearing and cleaning everything from hands to counters to breathing on the food with inch's away from their faces. So I just read a response fromRound Table and to the bs response of down playing their neglect and disregard to the issues I was talking about , nothing less than what I would expect them to say , Fall short my A-- epic failure in public safety is more like it . And sounds like a Trump response nothing but bullshit and now backtracking saying what they have to to cover up the responsibility they are required to adhere by when serving the public! All I can say when this is all said and done I would hate to be the Person who is responsible for the utter lack and disregarded to the public safety and health. Round Table you can't spin this or paint a picture of ignorance and a oversight !!! I am done with people place long blame or downplaying their guilt! Only your company or business should I say may learned how to lie and deceive and disregard the people you serve like following in Trumps lead however your not Trump nor will the public be so willing to forgive as they have to for Trump cause He is Trump. So Here is to your smoke your blowing up my B . Shame on You and Sell your bullshit story to someone else's I however can read between the lines. Go head try to lie your way out of owing your negligence and excepting Responsibility!! I believe in the photos and Videos of your so called compliance so stick to your story let the pieces fall where they may! I am sure what ever you have as defense in the end I will and can blow the bull--- lies your trying to spin as your concern and actions taken right out the window. I don't want your apology all I want is my city to know how little you care about public safety!! I am now on a mission because more than anything I hate to be lied to and denied !!! Next time if you want to respond to this review trying taking some responsibility and and actually change your work policies and procedures next you are only as strong as your weakest link and your management over there needs to be replaced with people who can lead and make sure the employees .all have the education and supplies to serve the public the way we deserve to be served and than maybe I might actually believe in your efforts in correcting you negligence and lack of concern for anything other than your business making money and forgetting the people you have let down and exposed them to a virus that can very easily destroy our-life as we know it or possibly even life itself all because we bought a pizza from that Petri dish of germs you say was overlooked but R following the guidelines . Now RoundTable to you smell what I am cooking don't bother to respond because I don't think you will like fueling my fire more than it's fueled now I promise you this . I will not back down and I will make you eat your lies and truly give you back all you have giving to me . Stand behind that bullshit response and you can than be the one to try to sell it to to the public or actually get off the excuse train and clean house inside and out and do your job.. Thank you for nothing your customer no more Mick read more

Put in an online pickup order through the app and had paid for it by card. We got there about 15 mins before it was done and sat in the store waiting for it. After about 20 mins waiting we asked if it was almost ready to find out they gave it out to the wrong person. Told us to wait another 10 mins for another one. No help whatsoever and terrible communication and customer service from the staff. Did not even offer to make it up in any way besides making us wait even longer for their ignorant mistake. read more

Saw the online advertising for National Pizza Day only to find out once we got there that all the local ones have some hand printed sign stating that they are not participating. What a crock! Just decided to go to Pizza Hut instead. read more

This places saved my life, my very hungry life. One of the few places open later on a Sunday, they came to the rescue with a hot pizza and a calzone for Monday lunch. I got the Chicken Smokehouse combo, and it came with generous portions of chicken and veggies. I was quite hungry, but the pizza tasted pretty good, I'd say certainly above average delivery pizza. The calzone was on the smaller side, and was itself not a full entree. It has some delicious sauce inside with some meat, and could have used a bit more cheese (although that phrase is true for about every situation). I've also eaten in here, and got the lunch combo for Personal Pizza + salad bar. The salad bar had typical limited veggies of a fast food place, but does allow some semblance of healthy eating here. The personal pan pizza is a thinner crust than the delivered pizza, and was just enough to fill me up with the salad, comparable in size to a Pizza Hut personal pizza you would see at an airport. They also have good service, at one point walking around and offering fresh breadsticks to those who got the salad bar. read more

I'm not a huge pizza fan like much of the Tri-Cities. Lots of pizza places. But when we want pizza, we order here. It just taste better. Takeout staff so friendly. House staff same. Always get your order right and provide lots of condiments. We use G-Way location. read more

My goto pizza joint. Not only is their pizza ALWAYS delicious but their staff is always friendly. Their salad bar is the best in town. Always fresh and stocked! read more

45-min wait for delivery, my butt. They rushed over in 20min! Ordered a Gourmet Veggie, and the person on the phone was more than nice enough to let us alter the toppings (didn't want green/red onions, swapped for olives). You can call for deliveries up until 10:59pm (yeah, she said that was "evil"!, but that they can work around it if you're close) :) You can pay via debit card or cash for deliveries. Oh, and as for the pie...ummm...when you're hungry, a good pizza is like heaven (even if it is from a chain!). read more

Not only did I order online and wait 2 hours for my pizza. When I called and asked where my pizza was. The online order messed up and had me as a pick up not how I entered it or paid it. I said they was cool if they throw some ranch dressing in. 2 hours late. They finally delivered this extremely late pizza. And no ranch. Horrible service. !!! read more

I went to round table on Sunday the 20th and ordered our pizza got a salad and when I approach the salad bar it had green slime in the lettuce so I brought it to their attention and ask for new lettuce the manager was going to put fresh lettuce out and the girl at the front counter said I just put lettuce out so he puts the lettuce bag comes out and picks the green slimy out of the letters I said to him that lettuce is no good can we get fresh lettuce and he said I'm just going to freshen the lettuce and he started picking it out I said I am not eating that lettuce with the lettuce scare out right now you need to put fresh lettuce out and he didn't and I said well I am not eating lettuce in my salad the pizza was good but the salad the lettuce was bad and customer service was poor read more

Pretty decent pizza for what it is, corporate chain chow. Better than the others, but a bit more of a price than I care to pay. Keep the tab down. Get water. We spent around $65 for five people, but we all got soda cups. I'd return. I liked their pizza! read more

Promised delivery in 45 minutes; delivered to our hotel room door in 25 minutes. Either Richland has a curious distortion in the fabric of time or this is excellent customer service. Either way I'm thrilled! read more

I ordered two pizzas online to be ready 30 minutes later for dining at the restaurant. We had a schedule to keep and ordering ahead of time would allow the pizzas to cool before we even arrived. We arrived 35 minutes later, ready to eat, only find that the delivery guy grabbed our pizzas instead of the two he was supposed to deliver. They did make our pizzas right away, but required us to wait twenty minutes we really didn't have. We weren't offered any compensation, which isn't that important to me, but they did apologize for the inconvenience. read more

Great pizza and love their salad bar, lots of fresh veggies and toppings. Staff very friendly.

Fantastic dining experience. Everyone was top notch particularly the manager. Runs a very tight ship and clearly enjoys what she does. Left happy. read more

My Grandparents come here almost every week, they are always nice, clean and serve great pizza.

Looking forward to pizza allllllll day. Called and asked if they could push my order 15 minutes and they said they already made it, half an hour before my scheduled pickup time. Got there and they said they made a fresh one cause the others had been sitting for 2 hours. So I was pretty stoked even though it was still 15 minutes earlier than what I wanted. Get home to find that my pizza has half the ingredients it should on it. Thanks for making this pregnant lady angry and cry. All the manager offered was a discount. No refund or remake. Waste of 18 dollars. read more

Terrible experience, Two sodas, a medium pizza and 1 salad was over 30 bucks. I complained about the price but we running short on time so decided to go ahead. 20 minutes later I go to the counter and ask where the pizza is. Guess the guy thought it a good idea to screw with me as the cook said no ticket was printed thus it hadn't been started. I told them forget the pizza, I go to the counter to get a refund and the guy at the counter takes forever putting in the order. So I told him donate the pizza we're out of there. I know they don't care but we won't be back. And these are the same crowd that wants 15.00 an hour. They have no work ethic or customer service. read more

Horrific service. I placed an internet order and the time of delivery said 1:20. At 1:40 I called and was told that they were really busy and that we should have called in the order in the first place. The manager told us that the pizza had not even been made yet, and could not give us a time of delivery. She assured me the pizza would be fresh when it arrived. She never apologized, and she told us it wasn't her fault they were busy, but implied that it was our fault for trusting their online ordering system rather than calling our order in. The manager repeated this several times. That we shouldn't trust the online system and that we should've called in. I understand there can be delays, but we didn't know the store was unusually busy, and we had planned for food around an hour after our order. We agreed to wait a longer and hung up. We talked and decided to call back to cancel the order. My husband called and asked for the manager she said basically the same things to my husband, repeating the claim to not order online and only call in. My husband said that it's still a bit ridiculous to receive our order almost two hours after we had placed the order, as it was still unbaked and the delivery driver still hadn't gotten back yet, and he asked if there was anything the manager could do to fix it. The manager snapped at my husband. He asked if she could cancel the order to which she said something and hung up on my husband. We're still not sure if our order was canceled or not. She never tried to help other than offering the advice not to use the online ordering system. My husband and I will be taking her advice to not place orders to round table pizza! read more

I really wish I could give this place a better rating. The reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is because I always feel like it's a little dirty, old and needs updating. The pizza is pretty expensive. The staff also wasn't very friendly, and their hygiene was fairly offputing (I.E. sloppy dress, dirty, unkempt hair, frowning, acting bored and unhelpful, seemed annoyed with me as I was trying to decide what to order, body piercings, and tattoos, poor verbal, people skills). I wish I could give it a higher rating because it has my favorite pizza. The Maui Zaui pizza is my favorite pizza of all time. I don't know how I ever paid $30 for a family sized pizza, but that is the only thing I order now. It's like the best Hawaiian I've ever had, with a little kick. Sweet and spicy. Soooooo good, they do have a family size which is pretty big which I love. Unfortunately because of the price, and dirty old feel, and employees, I had to rate it 3 stars. read more

For franchise pizza joints, love the King Arthur's Supreme. They also have one of the best salad bars for pizza establishments.

The staff here are very nice and they have great pizza to go along with their excellent service

Used to be on Torbett, now on Geo. Wash. Way. I love the salad bar, but this store is dirty, filthy in fact. Salad bar food and dressing dribbled all over the place, tongs missing, soft drink area horrible, straw papers, pop dribbled all over and ice all over the place. Unclean tables and the floor had food all over the place. The pizza is over priced, not that great. Guess I will stick to Papa Murphy's pizza and go to Kennwick store for the salad. read more

Great tasting pizza made exactly the way I like it! If you aren't getting what you like, then you aren't telling them what you want. They have proven they honestly want me to like my pizza no matter how odd the order. They have always been friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. You can put up as many lights and colorful signs as you want; it's the staff that make or break the ambience of a pizza place, and these guys do a great job! read more
