We visited for the first time yesterday. We ordered the individual size pizza. It was wonderful! LOTS of toppings made it worth our while. It was so delicious I didn't stop to take a pic! First of all when you call in an order the call doesn't even go to the restaurant, it goes to a call center. Of course the person answering the call barely speaks English so you have to ask them to repeat themselves repeatedly. Second thing is I was told it would be 15 - 20 minutes, I get there after waiting 30 minutes and they tell me it's going to be an extra 15 minutes at least. The 3rd thing is I just ordered the exact same thing 2 months ago and this time it was $5 more than a couple months ago. Pizza is good although they have twice given us the wrong pizza when getting take out. The prices are a bit steep for what you get but overall I would still come here for a take out pizza. The salad bar was clean and full and the mini pizza was hot and very good but it was the service which was the best of any Roundtable where we have ever eaten. Servers came by and ask how things were and one server came by and was asking if we needed a carry out box. It was refreshing to have a friendly staff who seemed to care about service. read more

Put in an online pickup order through the app and had paid for it by card. We got there about 15 mins before it was done and sat in the store waiting for it. After about 20 mins waiting we asked if it was almost ready to find out they gave it out to the wrong person. Told us to wait another 10 mins for another one. No help whatsoever and terrible communication and customer service from the staff. This places saved my life, my very hungry life. One of the few places open later on a Sunday, they came to the rescue with a hot pizza and a calzone for Monday lunch. I got the Chicken Smokehouse combo, and it came with generous portions of chicken and veggies. I was quite hungry, but the pizza tasted pretty good, I'd say certainly above average delivery pizza. The calzone was on the smaller side, and was itself not a full entree. It has some delicious sauce inside with some meat, and could have used a bit more cheese (although that phrase is true for about every situation). I've also eaten in here, and got the lunch combo for Personal Pizza + salad bar. The salad bar had typical limited veggies of a fast food place, but does allow some semblance of healthy eating here. The personal pan pizza is a thinner crust than the delivered pizza, and was just enough to fill me up with the salad, comparable in size to a Pizza Hut personal pizza you would see at an airport. They also have good service, at one point walking around and offering fresh breadsticks to those who got the salad bar. read more

I went to round table on Sunday the 20th and ordered our pizza got a salad and when I approach the salad bar it had green slime in the lettuce so I brought it to their attention and ask for new lettuce the manager was going to put fresh lettuce out and the girl at the front counter said I just put lettuce out so he puts the lettuce bag comes out and picks the green slimy out of the letters I said to him that lettuce is no good can we get fresh lettuce and he said I'm just going to freshen the lettuce and he started picking it out I said I am not eating that lettuce with the lettuce scare out right now you need to put fresh lettuce out and he didn't and I said well I am not eating lettuce in my salad the pizza was good but the salad the lettuce was bad and customer service was poor read more

I ordered two pizzas online to be ready 30 minutes later for dining at the restaurant. We had a schedule to keep and ordering ahead of time would allow the pizzas to cool before we even arrived. We arrived 35 minutes later, ready to eat, only find that the delivery guy grabbed our pizzas instead of the two he was supposed to deliver. They did make our pizzas right away, but required us to wait twenty minutes we really didn't have. We weren't offered any compensation, which isn't that important to me, but they did apologize for the inconvenience. read more

Horrific service. I placed an internet order and the time of delivery said 1:20. At 1:40 I called and was told that they were really busy and that we should have called in the order in the first place. The manager told us that the pizza had not even been made yet, and could not give us a time of delivery. She assured me the pizza would be fresh when it arrived. She never apologized, and she told us it wasn't her fault they were busy, but implied that it was our fault for trusting their online ordering system rather than calling our order in. The manager repeated this several times. That we shouldn't trust the online system and that we should've called in. I understand there can be delays, but we didn't know the store was unusually busy, and we had planned for food around an hour after our order. We agreed to wait a longer and hung up. We talked and decided to call back to cancel the order. My husband called and asked for the manager she said basically the same things to my husband, repeating the claim to not order online and only call in. My husband said that it's still a bit ridiculous to receive our order almost two hours after we had placed the order, as it was still unbaked and the delivery driver still hadn't gotten back yet, and he asked if there was anything the manager could do to fix it. The manager snapped at my husband. He asked if she could cancel the order to which she said something and hung up on my husband. We're still not sure if our order was canceled or not. She never tried to help other than offering the advice not to use the online ordering system. My husband and I will be taking her advice to not place orders to round table pizza! read more

Looking forward to pizza allllllll day. Called and asked if they could push my order 15 minutes and they said they already made it, half an hour before my scheduled pickup time. Got there and they said they made a fresh one cause the others had been sitting for 2 hours. So I was pretty stoked even though it was still 15 minutes earlier than what I wanted. Get home to find that my pizza has half the ingredients it should on it. Thanks for making this pregnant lady angry and cry. All the manager offered was a discount. No refund or remake. I really wish I could give this place a better rating. The reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is because I always feel like it's a little dirty, old and needs updating. The pizza is pretty expensive. The staff also wasn't very friendly, and their hygiene was fairly offputing (I.E. sloppy dress, dirty, unkempt hair, frowning, acting bored and unhelpful, seemed annoyed with me as I was trying to decide what to order, body piercings, and tattoos, poor verbal, people skills). I wish I could give it a higher rating because it has my favorite pizza. The Maui Zaui pizza is my favorite pizza of all time. I don't know how I ever paid $30 for a family sized pizza, but that is the only thing I order now. It's like the best Hawaiian I've ever had, with a little kick. Sweet and spicy. Terrible experience, Two sodas, a medium pizza and 1 salad was over 30 bucks. I complained about the price but we running short on time so decided to go ahead. 20 minutes later I go to the counter and ask where the pizza is. Guess the guy thought it a good idea to screw with me as the cook said no ticket was printed thus it hadn't been started. I told them forget the pizza, I go to the counter to get a refund and the guy at the counter takes forever putting in the order. So I told him donate the pizza we're out of there. They have proven they honestly want me to like my pizza no matter how odd the order. They have always been friendly, and a pleasure to do business with.
