Pepperoni, mushroom (can), lack of extra cheese

Not worth the $30. At. All. Asked for fresh mushrooms...got canned. Asked for extra cheese...got regular. Pretty disappointed. Oh yeah, I think they forgot to add the flavor as well. Smh. It was pretty...so I guess they've got that going for it.

I don't usually like veggie but this was delicious.

I absolutely love this place. Really nice family atmosphere and the pizza rocks. It's like the old school Shakey's pizza that you got as a kid. Little bit of char on the crust, perfectly on the thin side, heavy on the toppings and delicious. Nothing like the cookie cutter chain places - when you order a large, it's LARGE. Tons of parking, really great place to bring kids. World's largest pizza knife is an interesting curio. But man... I just can't say enough about the pizza. The prices might seem high compared to the chains but when you figure you're getting a real size pizza, not some 12" "large" it's worth it. Great people, excellent pizza, one of my favorite places in Tri-Cities!

    Video games

We ordered a turkey sandwich and a Pee Wee sized Amigo pizza with a large Hubby's Household Combination to go. The sandwich was good, no complaints. The Amigo was good, but there were too many veggies. The combination was okay, but don't care for canned mushrooms on anything. The use of fresh mushrooms would have made this a much better pizza. Both pizzas had good crispy crust. They also have a great salad bar. There is rustic bench seating. There is an enclosed, covered open air play ground for the kids. There are a few video games. During the weekends this place gets hopping with birthdays and can be difficult to get seating if not reserved.

I remember Hubby's when it was in Grandview. Walking into the establishment was a little jarring, because the set up is so similar. It feels like I was walking right back into the old Hubby's. Okay, now back to the review. We ordered a salad and a small pepperoni and pinapple pizza, easy on the sauce. It's my favorite combo and I don't usually get to order it, so I took advantage. The crust is my favorite texture, chewy and baked enough to hold up the toppings. It gets a little charred and a little bubbly, and it just creates a good foundation for the toppings. The pizza came out quickly and was on point. I am definitely planning to go back.

    Well that's impressive

The cashier was too busy flirting with other customers than helping the ones that wanted to order.

Best pizza in the Tri-Cities since the day they opened their doors. The crust sets them apart from all the others!

This place is kind of iconic in tri cities. Lots of toppings on a thinner crust pizza, they also have a salad bar that's good as well.

Horrible service for a flat greasy pizza. Table was dirty and the salad bar was guarded like it was fort Knox.

On our last trip I was looking for something fun for a couple of 11 year old boys to do on a cold day and found this place online. It was super clean, well organized and lots of fun. I think 11 years old was probably the top end of the age range unless you were doing laser tag or virtual golf but we had fun. Like I said I have been to a ton of these places over 15 years and was very impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of this one!

I was told to stop and can not hold my daughters (Who is special needs) hand to assist her to jump. Literally jumping an inch or two off the ground. I get their are rules, and you are not going to catch everyone but, others were doing the same and even pointed out by one of the owners while we were talking yet said absolutely nothing to them?? We have never felt she was not welcomed at a place until we tried to celebrate her bday at Quake. Such a sickening feeling as parents. We never had this issue at Max Air. I'm just glad she doesn't have the understanding to know what happened, to feel unwanted so she could still attempt to enjoy her bday.. Again needed to add this edit due to the lies of this company. First we were never told that we could move to bigger trampoline and continue to jump assisting my daughter like in the video. In fact I had to demonstrate to you in the adjacent bigger trampoline how I was jumping like in the video and was told that wouldn't work. Second in your video of rules we watched I did nothing close to depicted as double jumping or jumping too close to a smaller person as clearly seen in the video below. I was very gently assisting my physically handicapped daughter to jump. Absolutely nothing dangerous in that. Shameful and shady of a company to respond with lies instead of facts. Then to suggest that I'm putting my daughter at such dangerous risk to her safety is a joke. Much like how this company has responded to this whole thing.

This was the wrong approach given I'm a business professional and that I'm always nice to people until they give me a reason not to be. So I let her have it and she just got more rude and more rude, finally making me pay to have it resurfaced..... Soooooooooo things are cool in this store just hope you don't have an issue because she won't own it and insist you are lying and treat you like garbage when you are being honest. Who knows but my experience was not so good, no excuse for a bad attitude and no excuse as a business owner not to make it right. I will be doing my best to shop online from now on.
