    Nice and clean bathroom

Cheap as far as games go.... Expensive for drinks but a fun time! Clean bathrooms are a plus

Drink menu with an 80s flair!

This is a fun spot! Tons of old school arcade games. They have a fun drink menu. Lots of seating options. No food but that's ok! Bring your own, Uber eats, DoorDash or hop downstairs for some excellent BBQ. There is a kids day on Sunday, I can't wait to share this with my kid. Staff is friendly and on point. I wasn't without a drink.

    Private Parties at Power Up

A good friend hosted a private birthday party at Power Up and it had to be the best birthday party I've been to in several years. The place is setup great. The bar is easy to get to (the place was crowded) and the bartender makes delicious drinks. There are plenty of nice, comfortable seating areas and a few even have the old school table top arcade games. Super cool. The room is laid out with all the best, old school bids around the outside which makes for a nice mingling area in the middle. I highly recommend visiting and a slam dunk to host your next private event here. It's awesome.

    Happy hour every day

Happy hour everyday and a great selection of vintage arcade games. The games were reasonably priced too. The husband and I each got vodka sodas which were good and strong. There was an awesome Fresh Prince drink menu i would love to try. Would definitely visit again next time I'm in the tri-cities area.

The concept is great, location is great, but being here falls flat. Of the 20 vintage games, five don't work. Wanna play with beer all over your stuff? You got it. It's a dead spot, wanted to try, the novelty is neat, but the social aspect is flat. Old games, lame crowd, nothing else to do. Not worth spending our money.

    Drinks are so fun!

Rad 80's and 90's arcade bar with a laid back experience and good drinks. A little small, but we thought it was perfect! Galaga!!

On our last trip I was looking for something fun for a couple of 11 year old boys to do on a cold day and found this place online. It was super clean, well organized and lots of fun. I think 11 years old was probably the top end of the age range unless you were doing laser tag or virtual golf but we had fun. Like I said I have been to a ton of these places over 15 years and was very impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of this one!

I was told to stop and can not hold my daughters (Who is special needs) hand to assist her to jump. Literally jumping an inch or two off the ground. I get their are rules, and you are not going to catch everyone but, others were doing the same and even pointed out by one of the owners while we were talking yet said absolutely nothing to them?? We have never felt she was not welcomed at a place until we tried to celebrate her bday at Quake. Such a sickening feeling as parents. We never had this issue at Max Air. I'm just glad she doesn't have the understanding to know what happened, to feel unwanted so she could still attempt to enjoy her bday.. Again needed to add this edit due to the lies of this company. First we were never told that we could move to bigger trampoline and continue to jump assisting my daughter like in the video. In fact I had to demonstrate to you in the adjacent bigger trampoline how I was jumping like in the video and was told that wouldn't work. Second in your video of rules we watched I did nothing close to depicted as double jumping or jumping too close to a smaller person as clearly seen in the video below. I was very gently assisting my physically handicapped daughter to jump. Absolutely nothing dangerous in that. Shameful and shady of a company to respond with lies instead of facts. Then to suggest that I'm putting my daughter at such dangerous risk to her safety is a joke. Much like how this company has responded to this whole thing.

This was not a problem given it's an old game, the problem is that when I went back to sunken treasures to let her know it didn't work the owner had a stuck up valley girl attitude insinuating that I basically swapped the disc out(that I was lying) and that wasn't the disc that was sold to me. This was the wrong approach given I'm a business professional and that I'm always nice to people until they give me a reason not to be. So I let her have it and she just got more rude and more rude, finally making me pay to have it resurfaced..... Soooooooooo things are cool in this store just hope you don't have an issue because she won't own it and insist you are lying and treat you like garbage when you are being honest. Who knows but my experience was not so good, no excuse for a bad attitude and no excuse as a business owner not to make it right. I will be doing my best to shop online from now on. You try to support local businesses and this happens, over a $8 game it costs me more in diesel just to drive there and back. Insinuating I'm lying is crazy to me.

The first game went fine, but halfway through our second game, an employee named Mary approached our lane and rudely demanded to know why I was using the disabled/child bowling ramp and a 7-pound bowling ball. I have an old wrist injury from high school that makes it difficult and painful for me to bowl without accommodations. When I tried to explain this, Mary became argumentative and continued to challenge my explanation rather than simply accepting it. The interaction was uncomfortable and completely ruined the mood of our outing. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there were no children waiting to use the ramp, and there was another ramp available in the arcade area. There was no shortage of equipment, so there was no reason for me to be questioned in the first place. As someone working in hospitality, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and respect I received as a paying customer. Disabilities and injuries are not always visible, and customers should not be made to justify their need for accessibility equipment in front of others. I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed by the way I was treated.
