I was visiting town for a work trip and a colleague if mine was craving pizza so we found this spot not too far from where we were staying. We called ahead for pick up and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the pizzas (we each got a medium sized which was more than enough and we frankly could've shared). I also got a salad to go (which could be an all you can eat salad bar if you ate there), the green options looked fresh though I wish they had more topping options and a balsamic vineagarette dressing option. First time here. Passing through and stopped because of star ratings. The menu had a a lot of selections. We ordered the Ham Up. It had very little flavor. Tried their Pasco location and all was well till 8:56pm. I saw them closing up and spoke to the owner/manager (brunette in her 50s, that had her family there). I asked if it would be an issue to stay to finish my beer and she told me they close at 9 and she'd get me a straw. WTF? Seems like if you are family the closing time doesn't mean shit, but a paying patron trying to finish beer he bought is a problem? Get your priorities straight. You are here for customers not your family. That is what your house is for. I won't be back. I hate being rushed on a $50 dollar dinner. I'm still in the parking lot and her family is living it up on their terms. Never will see me again and I hope others read how you treat us. read more

Pizza was mediocre. Nothing great, but also not terrible. The chicken pesto pizza tasted bland. Definitely needed more pesto sauce on it. The pickle face pizza was something I've never seen on a menu so I had to try this as well. It had good flavor, but pizza was overcooked and dry. Went here for my daughter's birthday and the entire experience was terrible. The inside of the restaurant was dirty and the salad bar looked like it had been sitting out for weeks. The tables were dirty and the pizza was some of the worst I've ever had. Hopefully the service improves, because as of now, we've crossed a pizza place off our list. read more

Ol went online to order pizza from the gymnastics meet across at the Hapo center. Rocco's had great selection as well as relevant and good reviews. We ordered the mini-cheese as well as the Dill Pickle pizza. Both were hot, delicious, and very satisfying to all of us. Really good service and flavorful pizzas! We loved the salad bar, the lettuce and toppings were crunchy and fresh and it was the perfect size for an individual serving. We got the roasted garlic chicken pizza and the pesto vegetarian pizza. Both were amazing and very flavorful. They messed up our order and accidentally made the veggie pizza with chicken but the lady at the front desk was super sweet and had the pizza remade. While we had to wait a bit for the second pizza, it was totally worth it. Great pizza spot in Pasco and we'll definitely be back for more. Love from Seattle :) read more

I haven't been into Rocco's in years, but we did have it ordered for delivery after my surgery a few months ago. Holyyyy wow. When I say we all loved it, I mean it. Even my picky kids. They say this is the best pizza ever and they want to get it again!! Way to go Rocco's! read more

We ordered a med. Pizza and an order of wings 2 sodas and a salad. Over $50 the pizza was lacking cheese and was burned. Had to track down someone, and then they go to get the manager the manager was rude and said I can't do anything for you she said the would not re make it nor take it off the bill ( cause we ate half of it ) I had 1 slice my son took 1 bite and my wife ate 3/4 of a slice that is not half. Manager tried to tell me that it was sugar from the tomato sauce that was dark. All of the crust and the toppings and the sausage were also burnt and which she'd never acknowledged she did not try to make things right I told her this would be the last time we came her and she just walked away. This was an odd experience. It's a perfect example of what a classic pizza joint should look like, but the pie had some pretty bad prep and was really unsatisfying. Crust is pre-fab, with the lip-ring around the outer portion, and holes poked thru it. And I hate utilizing the oft-used term, 'caught them on a bad day,' but I can't help thinking that. This is a popular place, and if the product was consistently that bad I wouldn't think they could stay in business. I went with my usual Bacon & Onion, and while I did notice an onion flavor, I sure couldn't taste bacon (it was strangely ground up). I guess they put all the real cheese on my MIL's cheese bread, because there was hardly any on my pie that actually tasted like cheese? Was it vegan cheese by mistake? 1st time at Rocc's pizza. We we pleasantly surprised how quick they were to make sure we got seated. We very impressed with the welcome we received from staff. A baseball team showed up and staff immediately put tables together to accommodate them. Very friendly!! Food was great! We left Rocco's pizza with a full tummy and a smile on our faces. IEach time I come to this area, I always have at least one dinner at Rocco's Pizza. The pizza is always of highest quality and the staff works hard to satisfy everyone especially during the most busy of times. If you/when you bring the pizza home, it is always good the next day too. Atmosphere is small, but lively, with good music and charm. Cant say I've ever had a bad time here and I'm usually here solo for work. Definitely the best pizza in the area as well. What really hits home for me is the first time I came here, I was finishing a long day in the field and roccos was closing in 30 minutes, They sat me down and let me stay for a while and relax while they were closing up.
