Your employees are causing you to lose money. I ordered a 8" tuna today. Drove off out of the drive through on my way and went to take a bite. Uhh GROSS! No Mayo mixed with tuna. Just straight ass tuna from a can. Not even flaked. Drive it ALLLLL the way back. I asked if the recipe had changed. The gal said in fact it had. Upper management no longer wants them to use Mayo mixed in with the tuna because it doesn't last as long. lol... wtf! NOT! I called Kennewick and they said that's a lie. I recently placed an order at Bruchi's and specifically asked for two classic steak sandwiches multiple times throughout the ordering process. I even confirmed my order again at the end to ensure accuracy. Despite this, I was still given the only one sandwich!!! It was frustrating to repeat my request multiple times only to receive the wrong order. I was really looking forward to the two classic steak sandwiches, but the mix-up unfortunately impacted my experience. While the food is normally great, this time, the accuracy and attention to detail in fulfilling my order were lacking. Bruchis on Court. ST. Pasco on Wed 2/25 @ 5:09pm. Ordered burgers and a pound of fries to go.1st off fry sauce dumped all over fries in bag so had to get replacement. Then questioned if what we received really was a pound of fries and was told its sold by the bag no matter what the menu says so no its not a pound but that's what's on the menu what you order and you and pay for. HELLO FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! Get home weigh the bag and fries and funny story its only 10.5 oz. Took pics of that. Call to complain and ask for a manager, get spoken to rudely by a young female then get hung up on. Call back get a young man who doesnt care and who gives us a number which no one answers then hangs up on me while still talking. So customer service sucks. Start eatting my burger and guess what its pink inside. Gross, under cooked burger after all the crappy service to top off the whole experience. I'm usually not a huge fan of cheesesteaks but I'll have to say theirs wowed me. I got the Malibu and loved how soft the bread was. The cheese melting on the meat was also perfection. The pineapple added the perfect balance to cut through the heftiness of the cheese. Service and quick since your order at the counter and they bring it out to you. Plenty of space to sit and the tables are spread out enough where you can talk amongst your group with no problem. read more

Waited another 15 minutes to get up to the window (2cars in front of me) 3:30 in the afternoon. Was told there were only 2 people working ( watched another worker arrive). Finally made it to the window and the guy tells me they are just waiting on fresh fries. Get my order and the fries were COLD and so was the burger, which was also missing the bacon I paid $2.00 for. They had the nerve to throw a cookie in the bag due to the wait. Will NEVER go to this store again. Called and spoke to the manager. I first stated eating at Bruchis in Spokane when they first ope.ed in the 90's. After a decade of awsome sandwiches. I moved to the tri cities. So when a Brichos opened up down the street I was excited. I have to say the shop down the street is nothing like the shop I remember and enjoyed so much on neveda street. The sandwiches here have always had half as much in between the bun and tonight when I was there the grittle was gross. I can't say that the sandwich tasted bad because it did. The service was good. It just lacked the substance that I remember from back in the day. My advice is. Put more meat in the sandwich and make it what it used to be. I higg end sandwich. If I can give less than a 1 star I would. One of my biggest issues is places that aren't educated on allergies. I have a major allergy and it was not handled well at all. The store manager Rosa handled the situation very poorly abd wouldn't refund me for my sandwich and was very rude. She gave me the owners number and told me to take it up with him. I am not happy. I highly recommend, If you have any allergies avoid this place because they don't seem to care or want to right their wrongs. Absolutely, the worst place to get good service, and edible food! We used to love going to Bruchi's, but now they are slacking all the way!! I agree with the other reviews where they say they have Raw food & a Moldy bread! Well, now their bread is soggy as if they dipped it in water! I got our food and I will show what it looked like, and it was extremely wet again as if they dipped it in water. We took it to go, and drove home when we noticed we called immediately! The girl there Becka said she will make another if we brought it in. We declined at first because then we have to drive all they way back there of course wasting gas & time. If they had got it right the first time we wouldn't have to waste anything! We took it opened the bag, and she didn't even want me to say anything she took it right away and tossed it in the trash saying' "yea that does not look ok" and "sorry, I'll make you a free sandwich & burger" huh?!? FREE?? No, I said it's not free! We paid for that sandwich and burger! Your just going to remake them! It's funny how these places say they will make you free replacements when it's not free! I wish I could give more stars, as I REALLY enjoy this Brucci's when they get it right. The sandwiches are awesome, and I love the crinkle-cut fries. My favorite item is the Steak, Bacon & Cheddar. The prices are on the medium-high scale and I don't mind paying for quality, but quality has to be delivered. Unfortunately, they have botched my order literally the last 3 times I've gone. "No mayo" is a pretty simple request, but somehow it's been slathered on each time. Also, 2 of the times the steak was extremely chewy. The last time I just threw the sandwich away and didn't even go back. I WILL be back, but definitely with lower expectations and I hope truly that they can get their groove back. Horrible wait times. Staff doesn't care, have the worst attitude, and of course they take your money the second you drive up to the window and leave you waiting. Could see my wait time on the monitor from the drive through window - 7 minutes and forty five seconds before they handed me my food. I drove up and nobody was inside, or in the drive through. Decent cheesesteaks in a fast food setting that sells beer. I had the large steak supreme. I have had lots of cheesesteaks and these are better than average but not unforgettable. The bread could be softer (or warmer) and the meat could be a little less salty. The American cheese is awesome but I like more. The fries are nothing special though. If I could give this place 4.25 stars, I would. Their sandwiches aren't drop-dead amazing, but they are consistently good. The service is always great. Sometimes we get there right before they close (sorry), but they always are happy to take our order. I usually get the cold club sandwich and my fiance gets the chicken supreme cheesesteak. My sub is always packed full of meat (puts Subway to shame, no comparison) and has lots of other fresh veggies and spices in it. It's the most unique club sandwich I've ever had (who knew it was possible?). His cheesesteak is always loaded with chicken, peppers, mushrooms, etc. I can vouch that it is very good, especially with horseradish on it. Let's talk about the fries. They are delicious, crinkle cut, and cooked to perfection right when you order them. They're practically still sizzling when you get them. Also, Bruchi's fry sauce is awesome. It's very clean inside and there is plenty of seating. The thing that would earn this establishment 5 stars is if the prices were more reasonable. It's on the expensive side for fast food. The tone and response is terse and borderline rude. They make it feel like your putting them out by visiting and wanting to order food, like your bothering them being there. Salads are made fresh, same with the sandwiches, and the options are rather wide, though I typically was a 1/2 sub, 1/2 salad person with a Roast Turkey tub and a Ceasar Salad with Ranch, sometimes getting a pop on the side. They make your food rather quick, the place has plenty of areas to sit and usually has the option of watching news on one screen or sports on the other, though no audio is present. Found this out because I had the pleasure of finding a good chunk of cheese in my soup. We ordered a pound of fries to share. They were amazing. Perfectly cooked. Perfectly crispy and fresh. I was a little taken back by the price of everything. It was a bit more than I expect out of a simple sandwich place, but you can taste the quality. I stopped at this restaurant to get my son a healthy sandwich, and myself a yogurt next door at myfroyo . I'm very conscious of not dumping waste in the local environment, so when I go out to a fast food type restaurant, I always bring my own cup, to do a refill. I've been to many fast food restaurants that will just charge for the refill, and not supply the cup. So no waste of straws lids and cups to the environment, and they just keep the cup. 7-Eleven, gas station, Burger King subway I'm all charged up roughly $.99 for a refill. Bruchi's wouldn't do the refill, wouldn't charge for the small cup which is $1.30+ tax. They wanted me to take a large cup be charge for a large drink, and no customer service flexibility and understanding. Terrible customer service just think about before you go there. We all live on a planet that we must take care of, and I know one cup doesn't seem like a big deal, but if everyone's saved a recycle cup( plastic gulp, w/lid and straw).
