I ordered on phone today at 6PM, Roasted Chicken medium size pizza, was told by the girl at counter that order would be ready in 20 minutes, when I went to pick after twenty minutes the order was ready. The salad cost $8 and consisted of a small box of lettuce with ranch dressing, sunflower seeds, and goldfish. What kind of salad is that? Who puts goldfish on a salad? Even if that was an expected/normal salad combination, the salad was tiny, barely enough for one person as a side. I understand if you don't have the proper ingredients, but why don't you give me a call and offer me something else instead or a refund for that portion of my order? I am very disappointed with the service I received tonight from Rocco's. My family and I have been ordering pizza here for years, but tonight will be my last time I get pizza from them. I spent almost 100 for 3 pizza's and bread sticks, which included a generous tip. I understand inflation but giving me only 1 container of ranch for all my pizza is ridiculous. I asked for more but the employee at the register was rude and she said they charge 80 cents for their ranch. I should also add the quality of their pizza isn't as good as it used to be. read more

I went to Rocco's Pizza for the first time this afternoon and their pizza is amazingly delicious and filling, it may seem to be a bit tad on the spendy side but IMO it is well worth it because there is enough to take home with you for leftovers, the service is also great and the lady at the counter always makes sure to check on how you like your pizza, I lived in the Tri-Cities since March of 2016 and I wish I had gone to this restaurant sooner than today. It always saddens me to write negative reviews, but if I can save someone a disappointment, it's worth it. We are big pizza lovers who just moved to the area, and Rocco's seems to be well-liked by locals, so we were excited to try it. The most important detail of our trip here is that we left several uneaten slices on the table. We have NEVER ever left pizza behind before! Sadly, my boyfriend and I agreed that neither of us was interested in the leftovers. We ordered a Rocco's Specialty. What looked like a nice pie loaded with toppings when it arrived turned out to be oddly flavorless. The crust was tough and otherwise nondescript, the cheese had an unpleasant mouthfeel, and the sauce couldn't be detected. We ordered an additional ramekin of sauce, and were surprised to realize that it wasn't just a lack of sauce on the pizza - the sauce itself was virtually tasteless. We each nibbled at several slices, but ultimately left unsatisfied. The pizza was simply not good. And at a $25 price tag for 2 people (1 medium pie and 2 soft drinks), we felt angry and disappointed. I would usually give more than one star to account for factors other than food, but given that an employee was hunched over her phone with her back to the counter, no one welcomed us or thanked us for coming in, and the temperature inside was uncomfortably warm, there wasn't anything to recommend the atmosphere, either. We won't be back. Here's hoping our next Tri-Cities pizza adventure is more successful! read more

However on Sunday evening I picked up food to go & I was very disappointed to see the following: Over crowded, zero social distancing, not one employee wearing masks not one! Not even the cashier. From what I understand, this place (and the previous Little Brickhouse) are not actually associated with West Richland's Brickhouse. Apparently Rocco's is run by a brother of the guy who runs Brickhouse, and apparently their was some sort of falling out between them, so this one copied the menu and went on his own. The result is that Rocco's is a knockoff. Very similar menu and presentation, very similar pricing. That's where the similarity ends. Execution and preparation is a poor imitation. My pizza was overdone, with burnt crust, and the toppings were pretty bland. Only the jalapenos were really noticeable. It wasn't really bad, it was just very, very ordinary. Service wasn't great either. Nobody was at the counter when I came in, they were all in the back talking loudly about their weekend plans. Once I placed my order, the girl returned to the kitchen and the conversation. Once that was finished, they started cleaning the place up...at 8:10. That was a bit annoying. I'll stick with Brickhouse. Them and Rocco's are both relatively expensive, but the product at Brickhouse is far superior. read more

Tim's review is inaccurate. As an employee from Rocco's id like to clear the dough issue. We make all of our dough from scratch every morning. We transport them from the dough room to a refrigerator in the kitchen. Due to weather, humidity, etc it will effect quality if dough. So sorry Tim had a bad experience :( read more

Pros: I love this place! I come here often to study since they have good food and free wifi. The pizza and salad bar are great and the space is awesome. This is a great place to bring friends or be alone and enjoy some great food and a cool atmosphere. Cons: I went there today and was surprised to find that the woman behind the counter was coughing uncontrollably next to the open salad bar and not covering her mouth :/ Like head up, mouth open, hacking. Super gross. Needless to say, I did not make a second trip to the salad bar and left early. Hope their hygiene practices are good and this was just a weird day. read more
