Stopped in for lunch after fighting our way through the home and garden show at TRAC. Met at the door with friendly smiles and service. Ordered a pizza and Irish death (nice to see that on tap!). Beer was cold, fast and poured correctly. Pizza was quick and cooked perfectly. Crust was great and more of a Chicago style. Seating and overall restaurant was comfortable and very clean. Prices seemed very reasonable for what we received. Everyone was very friendly and smiling and our drinks were kept full. We will be back. The thing that would make it better is being able to order from your table vs having to make a food decision at the counter. The menu looked great but with people standing in line behind you we had to make a quick decision. Great if you are a regular but awkward when it is your first visit. Great pizza, possibly best in town. Must be same ownership as Brickhouse Pizza which explains why it's so good. Definitely not as cheap as the chain pizza joints but you get exactly what you pay for which is a great tasting pizza. Suggestion is to try all of their specialty Pizzas. Delicious pizza - lousy service! 1st visit shortly after Rocco's grand opening and the service was quick. Loved the pizza! 2nd visit on a early week day night and being the only customers in the place, we waited FOREVER to be be seated and and to receive our glasses of wine. As another reviewer stated, the employees were also mopping up and cleaning as if to signal 'Party's over'! We ended up taking our pizza home. Still loved the pizza! 3rd visit (tonight). Called in our pizzas for take out. No problem - be ready 15. Hubby gets there and while waiting to receive the pizzas, a large group walked in. Instead of cashing Hubby out, the waitress placed the boxed pizzas aside and began to take orders from the very undecisive group. 15 minutes later (Hubby's way too nice about things) the waitress turned her attention back to him. Even still, loved the pizza! Hopefully the 'bugs' will get worked out on the service side of things because the pizzas are really really good. I just ordered Rocco's using DoorDash. I got a meatball sub and an order of wings. The Meatball sub consisted of some burnt, hard as a rock meatballs covered in, what can only be described as, canned ragu spaghetti sauce. It was simply horrible. My dog wouldn't even eat the meatball I tried to give him. He spit it out and looked at me like WTF. The wings were absolutely horrible. I'm not sure what spices they put on them but they were inedible. I hope your pizza is better than the crap I had, but I'll never know. read more

Beer on tap is NOT COLD. Their pizza is awesome. Their staff is friendly and helpful and hard-working. But their beer was not cold, which was such a disappointment. So many choices! I can't believe the unique and delicious pizza combinations plus the biggest sandwich I've ever seen. We went in expecting just a while in the wall but clearly these people know good food. The beer selection and wines too was really really good. When we checked a couple days later, they rounded the tip to a full dollar amount, increasing the total charge. We called and were promised it would be fixed. Rocco's Pizza has the Tri-Cities' best pizza by far. It is always cooked perfectly. The crust is just right, not too thick, not too thin, and sturdy enough to pick up, even a slice with lots of toppings, but still very tender. Rocco's has lots of different menu options, and uses high quality toppings. The toppings and cheese go almost all the way to the edge of the crust, and the sauce is just the right amount and zesty flavor. There is a great salad bar, the atmosphere is casual, sporty, and clean with very nice clean bathrooms. Also, very friendly and professional staff.
