The place was pretty much empty when we went there at 12 in the afternoon. Do not get the cheesy garlic bread, it barely had any garlic so basically paid $8 for cheese and bread. Not worth it. Great tasting pizza and great service! Evette (sp) did a great job and was very courteous

This place is really good. Everyone was really friendly walking in and the girl building out pizzas was goofy and joking around with us. The pizzas came out in a reasonable time and all ingredients were cooked through and the pizzas were still hot. We got a ceasar salad and the MOD no name cakes were basically DumDum pastries. The tables could have been cleaner is the only thing i will say. All of the tables seemed to be like they have not been wiped down after the dinner rush. read more

I ordered my stuff online, I put anchovies on one and artichoke on the other. They def do look the same on the receipt and the same line. Got the pizzas then they were wrong I called they made me new ones best customer service and the ambiance there was calming lots of natural lighting. Def gonna order from them again. I went there about a month or two ago and this worker was extremely rude we ordered drinks and he forgot to give us the cups and he got angry when we asked about the cups. The supervisor is a lady with a pony tail and she has taken her daughter to work and she was jumping up and down the tables and the guy who was rude and the supervisor where laughing at staring at us. I don't know who the manager at this location is but they clearly don't manage their employees or ever physically go into the restaurant to check their messages or return phone calls because after I I tried twice to place an order online through their website and I hit confirm it said "oops. Something went wrong " both times so I then had to get on the Kennewick stores site and placed the exact same order and it went through the 1st time and I then drove to Kennewick and got my order. To then see days later on my bank statement the Pasco location charged my account for the order their online ordering NEVER ONCE CONFIRMED MY ORDER BUT TWICE SAID "OOPS.SOMETHING WENT WRONG." . I now have called 4 different times to get told a manager would be informed and either get back to me or immediately fix the charge. It's now been almost 2 weeks and I have yet to be contacted by or be able to contact or speak to a manager one time. But I have spoken to a male employee who informed me he was a manager until I told him my problem and then he admitted he wasn't a manager but would leave my name and # for the manager and have them get back to me and NOTHING. I then spoken to a female who said she'd have the manager call me back and NOTHING. Call #3 I spoke to a girl who apologized and said the manager would call me or fix the charge and NOTHING. Then tonight (call #4!) to have a disrespectful gentleman named John tell me good luck getting my money back because it wasn't their fault. WTF!?!?!!! Whomever the manager of this store is......I want my $41.12 you've taken from me for your website ordering charging me when it never confirmed anything but said "oops.something went wrong" twice.
