The service here suck! I have order multiple times and it seems like they have an issue with forgetting things all the time!

The store was kind of cluttered and not well managed for carry out orders. The front was dirty and loud. Couldn't really hear the clerk and she was slightly rude. My pizza was cooked well. Prepared as requested and nice and hot. My wife's chicken didn't have a lot of toppings. Very little pineapple and jalapeño. Little disappointing. read more

Friendly. The person taking my order over the phone worked hard to make my order the best value possible. When I picked up my order, very friendly again and attentive even though the phone was ringing and orders were coming out of the oven. Not many people can be friendly when they are really busy, but it happened here. I used to not like Domino's because I thought the crust tasted like cardboard. They have fixed that, and the sandwiches they have on their menu now just plain taste great. They also have pasta bread bowls, but I haven't tried those yet. Pizza arrived quickly, but we had it delivered to our hotel drive arrived with no napkins, no paper plates etc. He said they were out. We had to eat the pizza right out of the box and use a hotel towel as a "napkin". The pizza had hardly any sauce and was fairly tasteless. I regretted tipping $8 upfront for this. My absolute favorite pizza place for a number of reasons: -The awesome people they hire that are not only friendly but I've seen literally running to deliver fast service. These kids are so diligent and seemingly passionate about their jobs, I can't help but wonder what Dominoes is offering them to make them so idyllic making pizza. -The value is superb. There are always specials, like "any two for $5.99 each" and one of the two is a medium pizza. More than once when I've come to pick up my order and try to buy dipping sauces, they will offer them to me for free. It's a sweet gesture that always makes me leave feeling increasingly impressed. -The pizza itself is super delicious. I love the garlic crust. Just the right amount of sauce. -They're restaurants are sprinkled everywhere, even some small random towns where finding a bite to eat after 9 can be a challenge (Sunnyside, Custer, Monroe, etc..). I was un able to update my old information on the app or website which was frustrating. Then my sauce was forgotten for my cheesy bread. I left this information on a direct website review. They showed up at my door with the forgotten ranch and a coupon for any large pizza! Not only that but gave an honest apology. I was floored by this level of customer service. I'm quite fond of this Domino's. We order a couple times a month, sometimes for delivery and sometimes carryout. Whenever I call, they are happy to take my order-- very friendly and really do try to get you the best deal. When we arrive for our carryout, it's always ready on time. When ordering for delivery, it arrives promptly as well. Now, I've ordered online before and had trouble with adding the coupons, but after placing the order, I call and they're happy to resolve it for me. Get this, though...I JUST ORDERED FROM MY IPHONE...and it was super easy! I even used my credit card. And I can track my order straight from my phone. OMG! The pizza...it's great. Crust is perfect, toppings are in proper portions, and the sauce has great flavor also. OH, and the garlic buttered crust. I always get consistent and quality service form this Dominos location. I order with them once every month or so because they are conveniently located just down the street from work. I use the online ordering option, and it works very well. My food is ready quickly and I get to see all of the current promotions and menu items. I'm impressed with the customer service I received from Carrie at this location. I tried ordering online for delivery but the website kept saying it was a carry-out store only. I called the store and the original gal was nice but wouldn't give me the online price for my order (it wasn't my fault the dominos website wasn't working correctly). I then asked for a Manager and spoke to Carrie. She was more than happy to give me the online price. Thank you for the great customer service! These people are some real idiots , I ordered delivery and they got my address wrong after I read it correctly for about 4 times, had to go pick it up with a broken arm, reason I ordered delivery. After I got there they were still trying to charge me for and and the pizza was already cold! My Dominoes, on Court Street in Pasco, Washington, has proven exceptionally responsive to me. Today, I ordered two pizzas on gluten-free crust. I ordered online. In minutes, Mike called to tell me that they were out of gluten free crusts and how would I like to proceed. He left a message as I was on the phone. Only another few minutes had passed when I returned his call. In those few minutes he had arranged to acquire the necessary crusts from another Dominos and that my delivery would be prolonged by only a few minutes. Would I mind? Of course not!
