My first time to any Firehouse Subs and was greeted by Michaelei. She was kind and attentive to making sure my name was spelled correctly for the order - very sweet of her! I had ordered a salad and I'm much too short to see how many people behind the counter that may have helped assemble it, but the main gentleman with the caramel skin may have been it. I wish I had caught his name to thank him properly! My salad was beautifully prepared with finely sliced meats, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, pepperoncini, with hand-torn lettuce. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! It makes it so much easier to eat and to have so many different flavors in one bite. I will be a repeat customer! I was at a training a couple of blocks from this Firehouse Sub, so I had subs 4x here. For what it is, a Sub deli in a Shell Station, it was pretty decent. The Steak and Cheese sub was our favorite. We also had a Meatball sub, and a Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket sub. We would probably only get the Steak and Cheese again. The reason for the lost stars had to do with inconsistent subs and mask wearing. In the front people had masks on, one lady on the production line was wearing her mask under her chin. And a dude in the back where we drove up to pick up our order wasn't wearing a mask at all. If you're in a hurry, it fits the bill in a pinch. But, after a day, I wished there were other options available. read more

i went to this location with my sister and her boyfriend we placed a mobile order and after we picked it up and came back home we realized that we had the wrong food we called and told them what happened and after all of that frustration of not getting the right order and having to wait while talking to a worker they tell us there's nothing they will do no refund and no remaking the sandwiches it was almost $50 for the three of us were out $50 and the sandwiches we were hoping to get i do not recommend coming here the customer service is horrible and they scammed us never will i go to the richland location again read more

It took exactly 30 minutes from placing my order to receiving it. Others that came in later received theirs prior mine. I understand lunch can be a busy time but today was unacceptable. I was told they were waiting on the bread. I guess white bread is unusual. read more

I was getting gas and noticed the Firehouse Subs grand opening was today. I haven't ate there before, and thought I would try it out. I came in around 11:30am, and It was packed. I was a little hesitant of getting the right order because they where slammed with customers. It looked very clean, and smiles all around. The cashire was very informative, and knowledgeable of the menu, and I tried the Italian sub, add bacon, and jalapenos chips and a drink. The sub came out fast and they called my name. I sat down and opened the box, and the heavenly smells hit me. I have had an Italian sub at some places before. But never did I have one that smelled and tasted so good. I dont know if it was the meats, spices, or if it fell from the sky like that. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star, is because I want to come back and try anouther sub, too see if it was as amazing asnthe first.
