I have been a regular customer and have supported this business because I genuinely enjoy the drinks and want to support local businesses. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has made me question whether I want to continue coming back. I recently purchased a coffee and discovered a hair in my drink. I understand that mistakes can happen, but finding a hair in something I am drinking is extremely unpleasant and concerning. I have photos of the drink and the hair as well. What made the situation even more upsetting was what happened when I tried to contact the shop about it. I was hung up on twice. I understand that a phone call can potentially be disconnected by accident, but after it happened twice while I was trying to address a legitimate issue with a product I purchased, I felt completely dismissed. I am not someone who normally goes out of my way to complain, and honestly, I would have preferred to simply have my concern acknowledged and handled professionally. Instead, I was left feeling like my concern wasn't important. I am bringing this to management's attention because I genuinely hope this isn't how customers are supposed to be treated. Finding a hair in a drink is already unacceptable, but being unable to get someone to listen when trying to report it makes the situation even worse. I would appreciate someone from management reaching out to me regarding this situation. I have photos available and would be happy to provide them. I really hope this can be addressed appropriately because I have enjoyed supporting Sip & Co., but this experience has left me extremely disappointed.

While occasional poor service can be excused as a bad day, there has been one barista, I believe her name is Amidie, whose behavior has been consistently unwelcoming and at times outright rude. On more than one occasion, I have even overheard her speaking poorly about customers waiting in line. It's truly disappointing when one employee's attitude diminishes what would otherwise be a great experience. Sadly, we'll be looking elsewhere for our coffee moving forward.
